Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cooling lubricants, in particular to a low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Since the dental plate is very easy to generate heat in the screw manufacturing process, a lubricant with a strong cooling effect is needed, but since the coolant is generally composed of a solvent, mineral oil or a chlorine-containing substance is adopted, the coolant cannot pass a biological natural degradation test and does not accord with the environmental protection standard.
If the number of thread rolling devices in a processing plant is large (more than 100 sets, even more than 400 sets), the smoke generation amount is very large, mechanical forced smoke exhaust needs to be arranged in the corresponding factory, and after a forced smoke exhaust system is arranged, smoke is easy to diffuse into the surrounding environment, so that the exceeding of air suspended particles, VOCs, non-methane total hydrocarbons … and the like in the surrounding air can be caused, even serious exceeding is caused, the environment-friendly requirement is not met, and even the harm to human health is caused.
Based on the situation, the invention provides a low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant and a preparation method thereof, and the low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant can effectively solve the problems.

The invention aims to provide a low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant and a preparation method thereof. The low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant disclosed by the invention is prepared by selecting raw materials and optimizing the content of each raw material, does not adopt mineral oil or chlorine-containing substances, is plant type lubricating oil, and does not contain chlorine; substantially no exhaust gas is discharged during the use process; smoke is not easy to generate during tooth rubbing; and can be recycled and biodegradable.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30.0 to 45.0 parts of rapeseed oil,
65.0 to 70.0 parts of light white oil,
0.1-0.5 part of m-phenylenediamine.
According to the technical scheme, as a further preferable technical scheme of the technical scheme, the low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
37.5 parts of rapeseed oil,
67.5 portions of light white oil,
0.3 part of m-phenylenediamine.
According to the technical scheme, as a further preferable technical scheme of the technical scheme, the low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
40 parts of rapeseed oil,
68 portions of light white oil,
0.38 part of m-phenylenediamine.
According to the above technical solution, as a further preferable technical solution of the above technical solution, the rapeseed oil is refined rapeseed oil.
According to the above technical means, as a more preferable technical means of the above technical means, the light white oil is D110 light white oil which is a preferable material.
According to the above-mentioned aspect, as a further preferable aspect of the above-mentioned aspect, the m-phenylenediamine is BASF L67.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant, which comprises the following steps:
A. adding rapeseed oil into a reaction stirring kettle, controlling the temperature of the whole process to be not higher than 30 ℃, adding m-phenylenediamine, and stirring to dissolve the m-phenylenediamine completely;
B. and adding light white oil, and uniformly stirring to obtain the low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
the low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant disclosed by the invention is prepared by selecting raw materials and optimizing the content of each raw material, does not adopt mineral oil or chlorine-containing substances, is plant type lubricating oil, and does not contain chlorine; substantially no exhaust gas is discharged during the use process; smoke is not easy to generate during tooth rubbing; and can be recycled and biodegradable.
The low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant considers a screw thread rolling process, cooling is the first important consideration, and the lubricating aspect is slightly superior to that of diesel oil, so that rapeseed oil is used as a lubricating main body, the rapeseed oil has good permeability and low viscosity and is easy to clean, and light white oil is matched with the rapeseed oil, although the light white oil is still volatile, the low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant increases the cooling capacity by adopting D110 which has a higher flash point and is less volatile than common D30 sold in the market, so that smoke is not generated due to overheating, and antioxidant components are added to reduce the recession of smoke.
Because the low-viscosity plant type screw tooth plate cooling lubricant adopts a low smoke fog formula, for a user with a forced smoke exhaust system, the existing central pumping system is adopted, a gas washing device is additionally arranged at an air outlet of the pumping system, a gas washing medium is low-viscosity rapeseed oil, no suspended particles are basically discharged after gas washing, but gas is discharged after being filtered by activated carbon, the gas-washed medium passes through a distillation tower, the distillation temperature is about 117 ℃, a light component, namely D110, is distilled, residues are rapeseed oil and oxides thereof, the distilled D110 and the rapeseed oil are re-prepared according to the formula proportion, the insufficient component (usually D110) is supplemented, and the density (ASTM D4052) is met: 0.7990-0.8100 can be reused on the equipment.
The preparation method has simple process and simple and convenient operation, and saves manpower and equipment cost.
