Abstract
A conveying belt transmission device of a table type glass sheet turning machine comprises a bottom frame, wherein a plurality of stand columns are arranged on the upper surface of the bottom frame at equal intervals, a bearing with a seat is arranged on each stand column, and the bearing with the seat is connected with a conveying belt through the transmission device. The motor drives the transmission shaft, the driving chain wheel on the transmission shaft drives the driven chain wheel through the chain, and the driven chain wheel drives the synchronous belt to drive through the transmission short shaft; thereby achieving the function of conveying the glass. The glass can be turned over by 180 degrees and can be automatically conveyed.

Background
The photovoltaic glass is arranged on a production line conveyor belt, the pattern surface of the glass is always downward, the upper surface is a smooth surface (namely a suede surface), and the glass is coated with a film directly on the suede surface; at present, in order to save cost, the generating efficiency of the solar photovoltaic cell is maximized, and along with the progress of scientific technology, the solar photovoltaic cell introduces a screen printing technology, namely, the double-sided generating technology: in the upper and lower glass structures of the photovoltaic cell, the pattern surfaces of the upper and lower pieces of glass face inwards, and the pattern surface of the lower piece of glass (which becomes the back plate glass) is printed with a customer-specified pattern in a silk-screen manner, so that the cell can be conveniently installed. Therefore, in a production field, the photovoltaic glass needs to be turned over by 180 degrees, then the glass is sent into a silk-screen printing device, and silk-screen printing operation is carried out on the pattern surface. At present, the work site mainly depends on manual operation for turning the glass sheets, and a plurality of problems of glass breaking risk, personnel management and the like exist.
