Claims (10)

1. An automated cleaning apparatus for a silo, the automated cleaning apparatus comprising:
a main support arm fixedly suspended in an opening of a silo;
one end of the lifting arm assembly is rotatably connected with the main support arm to drive the lifting arm assembly to rotate and lift relative to the main support arm by 360 degrees;
the rotary whip can be rotatably arranged at the other end of the lifting arm assembly, and the rotary whip can rotate 360 degrees relative to the connection part of the rotary whip and the lifting arm assembly;
the 3D scanner is arranged on the main supporting arm and used for constantly monitoring the blocking condition in the silo;
a guide post fixedly suspended in the opening of the silo;
the drill floor is movably arranged on the guide columns and can be arranged in a lifting and moving mode relative to the guide columns;
and the drill rod is fixedly clamped by the drill floor and moves along the guide column in a descending manner through the drill floor so as to drive the drill rod to extend into the silo or extend out of the silo.
2. An automated cleaning apparatus for a silo as defined in claim 1 wherein the lift arm assembly includes:
one end of the swing arm is rotatably connected with the main supporting arm;
the pulley is arranged at the other end of the swing arm;
and the rope driving piece is in driving connection with the swing arm so as to drive the other end of the swing arm to move up and down.
3. An automated cleaning apparatus for a silo as defined in claim 2 wherein the cable drive includes:
a guide wheel;
a part of the lifting rope is sleeved on the guide wheel, and one end of the lifting rope is connected to the swing arm;
the first driving assembly is in driving connection with the guide wheel so as to drive the guide wheel to rotate, and the lifting rope is contracted or stretched to drive the other end of the swing arm to move up and down.
4. An automated cleaning apparatus for a silo as defined in claim 3 wherein the cable drive further includes a wheel disposed between the guide wheel and the swing arm, a portion of the hoist cable engaging the wheel.
5. An automated cleaning apparatus for a silo as defined in claim 2 wherein the swing arm includes a first arm, a second arm, and a third arm; the first knuckle arm is rotatably connected with the main supporting arm, one end of the second knuckle arm is connected with the first knuckle arm, and the other end of the second knuckle arm is connected with the third knuckle arm; one end of the lifting rope is connected to the second section arm; the tail end of the third section arm is rotatably connected with the rotary whip.

The automated cleaning apparatus for the silo of claim 1, wherein the automated cleaning apparatus further comprises a second driving assembly, and the second driving assembly is drivingly connected with the rotary whip to drive the rotary whip to rotate 360 degrees relative to a connection with the lifting arm assembly.
7. An automated cleaning apparatus for a silo as defined in claim 1 further comprising:
a rack mount disposed on the main support arm;
the roller is arranged on the bracket base;
one part of the transmission pipe is wound on the roller, and the other part of the transmission pipe extends outwards and is communicated with the rotary whip;
one end of the transmission pipe is communicated with the hydraulic machine, and the hydraulic machine provides liquid to be transmitted to the rotary whip through the transmission pipe so as to drive the rotary whip to rotate.
8. An automated cleaning apparatus for a silo as defined in claim 1 wherein the rotary whip comprises:
a copper chain;
the rotary power heads are at least two and are mutually connected, and the two rotary power heads mutually rotate in opposite directions;
the two ends of the rotary power head are connected with the copper chains, and one end of each copper chain is connected with the material cutting head.
9. An automated cleaning apparatus for a silo as defined in claim 1 wherein the drill floor includes a chuck and a third drive assembly, the third drive assembly being drivingly connected to the chuck for causing the chuck to move in elevation relative to the guide post.
10. An automated cleaning apparatus for a silo as defined in claim 9 wherein the third drive assembly includes a supply port, a transfer tube and a hydraulic press; the supply interface is connected with the chuck, one end of the transmission pipe is communicated with the supply interface, the other end of the transmission pipe is communicated with the hydraulic machine, and the hydraulic machine supplies liquid to be transmitted to the supply interface through the transmission pipe so as to drive the supply interface to move up and down.
