Abstract
The invention provides an internal combustion power pack mounting frame for a motor train unit, which comprises: the frame comprises a cross beam, a longitudinal beam, a first edge beam, a middle beam, a second edge beam, an end beam and a frame fixing piece; two ends of more than two first side beams are respectively and fixedly connected with the cross beam and the middle beam, two ends of more than two longitudinal beams are respectively and fixedly connected with the cross beam and the middle beam, and more than two longitudinal beams are positioned between the first side beams; two ends of the second edge beams are respectively fixedly connected with the end beams and the middle beam; and more than two frame fixing pieces are respectively and fixedly connected with the free ends of the cross beam, the middle beam and the end beam. The invention realizes the same installation of all devices in the internal combustion power pack by combining the cross beam, the longitudinal beam, the first edge beam, the middle beam, the second edge beam, the end beam and the frame fixing piece, and has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and easy realization of the structure.

The internal combustion power pack mainly comprises a diesel generating set, a diesel engine auxiliary system, a cooling system, a control system, an installation frame and a suspension system, and provides power for a traction system and an auxiliary system of the motor train unit; the mounting frame is used as a framework of the power pack and used for bearing and integrating all components of each system of the power pack; thus, the mounting frame is one of the important components in an internal combustion power pack. The existing internal combustion power pack mounting frame is complex in structure, high in production and maintenance cost and low in efficiency.

two ends of the two first side beams 9 are respectively and fixedly connected with the cross beam 1 and the middle beam 4, two ends of the two longitudinal beams 8 are respectively and fixedly connected with the cross beam 1 and the middle beam 4, and the two longitudinal beams 8 are positioned between the two adjacent first side beams 9; two ends of the two second side beams 12 are respectively fixedly connected with the end beam 5 and the middle beam 4; six frame fixing pieces 16 are fixedly connected with the free ends of the cross beam 1, the middle beam 4 and the end beam 5 respectively.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the frame fixing member 16 includes: a fixed plate 16.1, a U-shaped plate 16.2 and a shock absorber 16.3;
