Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wrench machining, in particular to wrench hole finish machining equipment.
Background
The spanner is a common hardware tool and is a hand tool for screwing bolts, screws and the like by utilizing the lever principle. As shown in fig. 3, a through hole is provided at the front end of the wrench, the process requirement is reamer finish machining, and simultaneously, the bottom end of the through hole needs to be chamfered. The reaming is a method for cutting a trace metal layer from the hole wall of a workpiece by a reamer so as to improve the dimensional precision and the surface quality of the hole, is one of main hole finishing methods, and is widely applied to production and machining. The chamfering refers to a process of cutting the edge of a workpiece into a certain slope by a chamfering tool or the like, and is intended to remove burrs caused by machining on the wrench through-hole and to chamfer the end of the through-hole for the convenience of part assembly.
In the prior art, after a drill bit of a wrench is used for processing a through hole, subsequent reaming and chamfering are separately performed, generally, a reamer enters and reams the through hole from one end of the through hole, the wrench is inverted after the reaming and chamfering are completed, and a chamfering tool chamfers the through hole from the other end. The method has the advantages of complex steps, complex equipment matching and control, low hole finish machining efficiency, more importantly, twice positioning for finish machining, increased error rate and reduced through hole machining precision.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide equipment capable of finishing reaming and chamfering of the wrench through hole at one time so as to simplify the finish machining steps and improve the finish machining efficiency, the machining precision and the quality of the wrench through hole.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides wrench hole finish machining equipment which comprises a clamp and a cutter, wherein the clamp is used for clamping and positioning a wrench, and the cutter can be used for simultaneously reaming and chamfering; the cutter includes right the finish reamer that the through-hole reamed, the finish reamer surface is provided with the screw thread, the top cover of finish reamer is equipped with a chamfer sword, the bottom of chamfer sword is provided with the back taper face.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The structure of the wrench 1 is shown in fig. 2 and 3, the front end is provided with a through hole 2, the process requirement is reaming by a reamer, and meanwhile, the bottom end of the through hole 2 needs chamfering. The wrench hole finish machining equipment clamps and positions the wrench 1 through the clamp 3, and then the wrench 1 enters from the bottom end of the through hole 2 through the cutter 4 capable of simultaneously performing reaming and chamfering, so that the finish reaming and the bottom end chamfering of the through hole 2 are completed at one time, as shown in figure 1. Compared with the existing equipment, the invention can reduce the steps of turning, positioning and feeding the wrench 1 once, and obviously improve the finish machining efficiency and quality of the wrench 1 hole.
As shown in fig. 2, the cutter 4 includes a finishing reamer 5 for finishing the hole, the finishing reamer 5 is rod-shaped, the surface of the finishing reamer 5 is provided with threads (not shown), and a chamfering cutter 6 is sleeved at the top end of the finishing reamer 5, which may be integrated. The bottom end of the chamfering tool 6 is provided with an inverted conical surface 7 which is transitionally connected with the outer surface of the chamfering tool 6 and the outer surface of the finish reamer 5, and the inclination of the inverted conical surface 7 is matched with the technological requirements of hole chamfering.
The cutter 4 is vertically arranged integrally, and the top end of the cutter is connected with a feed driving mechanism 8. After the clamp 3 clamps and positions the wrench 1, the wrench 1 is in an inverted state and the through hole 2 is kept vertical, and the bottom end of the cutter 4 is opposite to the bottom end of the inverted through hole 2, so that the position precision can be ensured. The cutter 4 is driven by the feed driving mechanism 8 to move downwards, the finish reamer 5 enters the through hole 2, and the finish reamer is rotated to finish ream the through hole 2. After finishing reaming by penetrating the finish reamer 5 deeply and through the through hole 2, the chamfering tool 6 on the finish reamer 5 is gradually close to the bottom end of the through hole 2, the inverted conical surface 7 of the finish reamer gradually contacts with the hole edge, and chamfering processing of the through hole 2 is finished when the chamfering tool 6 synchronously rotates.
Therefore, the length of the finish reamer 5 at the bottom end part of the chamfering tool 6 needs to be larger than that of the through hole 2, so that finish reaming can be finished on the whole section of the through hole 2.
In order to facilitate the loading of the wrench 1, the clamp 3 is movably disposed on a working table 9 in this embodiment. Specifically, a sliding groove 10 is arranged on the workbench 9, and the bottom end of the clamp 3 is slidably arranged in the sliding groove 10 and driven by a clamp driving mechanism. When the clamp 3 is located at the first end of the chute 10, the wrench 1 is loaded, and when the clamp 3 slides to the second end, the wrench 1 is located at the preset processing position. The feed drive mechanism 8 is also provided on the table 9, and can rotate the tool 4 to feed the machining.
Since the wrench 1 itself is irregular in shape, the positioning accuracy of the wrench 1 can significantly affect the hole machining accuracy. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fixture 3 includes a fixture base 11 slidably connected to the sliding groove 10, a wrench positioning post 12 fixedly disposed on the fixture base 11, a vertical positioning block 13 fixedly disposed in front of the wrench positioning post 12, and two rotary clamping arms 14 hinged to the wrench positioning post 12 at left and right sides thereof. The wrench positioning post 12 is square, and the upper surface thereof is a first positioning surface 16 for positioning a first end surface 15 of the wrench 1. The vertical positioning block 13 is also square, and when it is fixed at the front side of the wrench positioning column 12, the second positioning surface 17 vertical to the outer side thereof positions the second end surface 18 of the wrench, so that the through hole 2 is kept vertical by positioning the position and posture of the wrench 1 in the vertical plane through the first positioning surface 16 and the second positioning surface 17.
The first end of the rotary clamping arm 14 is provided with a set screw 19 for positioning the wrench 1, in this embodiment, two set screws 19 are provided on one rotary clamping arm 14, and one set screw 19 is provided on the other rotary clamping arm 14 and is arranged in a staggered manner. The rotary clamping arm 14 is driven by a clamping driving mechanism arranged at the second end of the rotary clamping arm to rotate around a hinge point in opposite directions, so that the positioning screw 19 at the first end is closed, contacted with two sides of the wrench 1 and clamped tightly, the horizontal position of the wrench 1 is positioned, the through hole 2 is positioned under the cutter 4, and the wrench 1 is completely positioned by matching with the wrench positioning column 12 and the vertical positioning block 13.
Wherein, rotatory centre gripping arm 14 articulates and sets up in two mounting grooves 20 of spanner reference column 12 left and right both sides, and for the rotation of convenient rotatory centre gripping arm 14, the corner machine-shaping with rotatory centre gripping arm 14 contact in the mounting groove 20 has the radius angle, makes rotatory centre gripping arm 14 and one side of corner contact can hug closely the radius angle rotation better.
The clamping driving mechanism includes a clamping driving cylinder (not shown) disposed behind the wrench positioning post 12, a guide block 21 fixedly disposed at an end of a piston rod of the clamping driving cylinder, and a guide plate 22 fixedly disposed inside a second end of each rotary clamping arm 14. The deflector 22 is wedge-shaped and is matched with the inclined plane formed on the deflector 21, the clamping driving cylinder drives the deflector 21 to move, the inclined plane extrudes the deflector 22 and the second end of the rotary clamping arm 14 to rotate outwards around the hinge point, and then the first end of the rotary clamping arm 14 is drawn close inwards to clamp and position the wrench 1.

Claims (8)
1. A fine machining device for wrench holes is characterized by comprising a clamp for clamping and positioning a wrench and a cutter capable of simultaneously reaming and chamfering, wherein the cutter is connected with a feed driving mechanism and is driven by the feed driving mechanism to enter from the bottom end of a through hole of the wrench, so that reaming and chamfering of the through hole are completed at one time; the cutter includes right the finish reamer that the through-hole reamed, the finish reamer surface is provided with the screw thread, the top cover of finish reamer is equipped with a chamfer sword, the bottom of chamfer sword is provided with the back taper face.
2. The wrench hole finish machining device according to claim 1, wherein the finish reamer is rod-shaped, the chamfering tool and the finish reamer are integrally arranged, and the inverted conical surface is transitionally connected with the outer surface of the chamfering tool and the outer surface of the finish reamer.
3. The wrench hole finishing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the finishing reamer length of the bottom end portion of the chamfering tool is greater than the length of the through hole.
4. The wrench hole finishing machine of claim 1, wherein the clamp is movably disposed within a slide channel of a table and is driven by a clamp drive mechanism, the feed drive mechanism being disposed on the table.

The wrench hole finish machining equipment according to claim 4, wherein the fixture comprises a fixture base slidably connected with the sliding groove, a wrench positioning column fixedly arranged on the fixture base, a vertical positioning block fixedly arranged in front of the wrench positioning column, and two rotary clamping arms hinged to left and right sides of the wrench positioning column, the wrench positioning column and the vertical positioning block are both square, the upper surface of the wrench positioning column is a first positioning surface for positioning a first end surface of the wrench, and the outer side surface of the vertical positioning block is a second positioning surface for positioning a second end surface of the wrench.

The wrench hole finishing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a positioning screw for clamping the wrench is provided at a first end of the rotary clamping arm, and the rotary clamping arm is driven to rotate around a hinge point in opposite directions by a clamping driving mechanism provided at a second end thereof, so that the positioning screw is closed, contacted with both sides of the wrench, and clamped.

The wrench hole finish machining equipment according to claim 6, wherein the rotary clamping arm is hinged to two mounting grooves on the left side and the right side of the wrench positioning column, and a fillet is machined and formed in the corner, in contact with the rotary clamping arm, in the mounting groove.

The wrench hole finishing machine of claim 6, wherein the clamping driving mechanism comprises a clamping driving cylinder disposed behind the wrench positioning post, a guide block fixedly disposed at an end of a piston rod of the clamping driving cylinder, and a guide plate fixedly disposed inside the second end of each of the rotating clamping arms, the guide plate being wedge-shaped and slidably engaged with an inclined surface formed on the guide block.
