The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a technical solution, a composite geotextile, comprising a cloth body base layer 1, a short fiber cloth layer 2 attached to the top end of the cloth body base layer 1, a chemical fiber cloth layer 3 attached to the bottom end of the cloth body base layer 1, viscose 4 coated between the cloth body base layer 1 and the short fiber cloth layer 2 and between the cloth body base layer 1 and the chemical fiber cloth layer 3, a plastic tape 5 embedded in one end of the short fiber cloth layer 2, a heat insulation cotton tape 6 embedded in one end of the short fiber cloth layer 2 corresponding to the lower position of the plastic tape 5, vertical reinforcing wires 7 embedded in one end of the chemical fiber cloth layer 3, horizontal reinforcing wires 8 embedded in the other end of the chemical fiber cloth layer 3 corresponding to the vertical reinforcing wires 7, each vertical reinforcing wire 7 and each horizontal reinforcing wire 8 are connected in a staggered manner, viscose 4 is attached between the cloth body base layer 1 and the short fiber cloth layer 2 and between the cloth body base layer 1 and the chemical fiber cloth layer 3, the tightness of the connection between each vertical reinforcing wire 7 and each transverse reinforcing wire 8 is improved.
As shown in fig. 3-12, the composite geotextile is processed by using a geotextile preparation device, the geotextile preparation device comprises a base plate 9, winding side plates 10 are symmetrically connected to the top end of the base plate 9, a blowing side plate 11 is connected to a position of the top end of the base plate 9 corresponding to one side of one of the winding side plates 10, a collecting side plate 12 is connected to a position of the top end of the base plate 9 corresponding to one side of the other winding side plate 10, a gluing side plate 13 is symmetrically connected to a position of the top end of the base plate 9 corresponding to one side of the winding side plate 10, a control switch 14 is installed at a position of the top end of the base plate 9 corresponding to one side of the gluing side plate 13, a pressing side plate 15 is symmetrically installed at a position of the top end of the base plate 9 corresponding to the other side of the gluing side plate 13, a bundling side plate 16 is symmetrically connected to a position of the top end of the base plate 9 corresponding to one side of the pressing side plate 15, and winding rollers 17 are uniformly placed between the two winding side plates 10, a limiting block 18 is embedded and mounted at one end of the winding side plate 10 corresponding to one side of the winding roller 17, and a transmission roller 19 is uniformly and rotatably connected between the two gluing side plates 13;

the input end of the control switch 14 is electrically connected with the output end of a mains supply, the output end of the control switch 14 is electrically connected with the signal input ends of the gluing transmission pump 2006, the liquid level detector 2008 and the filter pump 2011, the installation angle of the gluing filter screen 2012 is 60 degrees, a rubber sealing ring is attached to the joint of the outer side of the cleaning cover 2013 and the gluing filter bin 2009, and the sealing performance between the cleaning cover 2013 and the gluing filter bin 2009 is improved.

A blowing receiving mechanism 22 is installed at one end of the blowing side plate 11 and one end of the collecting side plate 12, and the blowing receiving mechanism 22 comprises a blowing hole 2201, a blowing fan 2202, an air inlet 2203, a receiving bin 2204, an activated carbon plate 2205, a drying agent plate 2206, an exhaust hole 2207, an exhaust pump 2208, a fiber filter screen 2209, a discharge bin 2210, a turnover cover 2211 and a fixing knob 2212;

the output end of the control switch 14 is electrically connected with the signal input ends of the blowing fan 2202 and the exhaust pump 2208, one end of the fixed knob 2212 passes through the turnover cover 2211 to be meshed with the discharge bin 2210, and through holes are uniformly formed in the top ends of the activated carbon plate 2205 and the desiccant plate 2206, so that the sucked gas can be conveniently deodorized and dried through the activated carbon plate 2205 and the desiccant plate 2206.
One end of the bundling side plate 16 is connected with an adjusting bundling mechanism 23, the adjusting bundling mechanism 23 comprises a placing groove 2301, a stable top block 2302, a stable plate 2303, a stable knob 2304, a moving groove 2305, a moving rod 2306, a positioning rod 2307, a limiting rod 2308, a return spring 2309 and a bundling roller 2310;

The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the composite geotextile is used, the plastic belt 5 and the heat insulation cotton belt 6 which are embedded and installed in the short fiber cloth layer 2 can reduce the water and heat which penetrate through the geotextile when the geotextile is used, so that the waterproof and heat insulation performance of the prepared geotextile is improved, the vertical reinforcing wire 7 and the horizontal reinforcing wire 8 which are embedded and installed in the chemical fiber cloth layer 3 can improve the overall strength of the chemical fiber cloth layer 3, reduce the damage of external tension and relatively sharp strength to the geotextile, and increase the tearing resistance performance of the prepared geotextile;
when the composite geotextile preparation device is used, firstly, a fabric is wound on the outer side of a winding roller 17, the winding roller 17 is limited through a limiting block 18, then the fabric can be conducted through a transmission roller 19 when being transmitted, when the fabric is conducted, a blowing fan 2202 and an exhaust pump 2208 are controlled to operate through a control switch 14, when the blowing fan 2202 operates, fibers and dust on the surface of the fabric can be blown, when the exhaust pump 2208 operates, gas around the conductive fabric can be pumped into a containing bin 2204 through an air inlet 2203, the pumped gas can be deodorized and dried through an active carbon plate 2205 and a drying agent plate 2206 in the containing bin 2204, the condition that peculiar smell is too heavy and too humid when the geotextile is prepared is reduced, then the air pumped into the containing bin 2204 can be filtered through a fiber filter screen 2209 to filter the dust and the fibers contained in the air, the filtered gas can be discharged through the exhaust hole 2207, after the use is finished, the fixing knob 2212 can be rotated, the overturning cover 2211 is rotated, the filtered dust and the filtered fibers are cleaned, the dust on the surface of the cloth and the fibers are blown and collected when the cloth is conducted, and the cleaning degree of the cloth in subsequent use is improved;
