Specifically, when the connector positioning device is lifted upwards, the limiting groove moves upwards relative to the second limiting block until the lower end face of the limiting groove is limited towards the second limiting block when the lower end face of the limiting groove is contacted with the lower surface of the second limiting block, the connector positioning device can not be lifted upwards any more, and the damage to parts caused by the overlarge stroke of the connector positioning device is avoided.

a wire end connector 1;
the plate end connector 2 is detachably connected with the line end connector 1 through a first connecting assembly and a second connecting assembly;
the connector positioning device 3 is sleeved outside the wire end connector 1 and is in sliding fit with the wire end connector 1;
the connector positioning device 3 slides towards the direction far away from the plate-end connector 1 to disassemble the first connecting component;
and the limiting component is used for limiting the sliding stroke of the connector positioning device 3 relative to the wire end connector 1.
In this embodiment, the line end connector includes:
a first housing 4;
a first contact body disposed within the first housing 4;
and a wire 5 having one end connected to the first contact and the other end extending out of the first housing 4.
In the present embodiment, the plate-end connector 2 includes:
the second shell 6 is detachably connected with the first shell 4 through a first connecting assembly and a second connecting assembly;
a second contact body arranged inside the second housing 6 and in contact fit with the first contact body;
and the rubber core is arranged on the outer side of the second contact body and is wrapped by the second shell 6.
In this embodiment, the first connection assembly includes:

a second locking groove 19 provided at a lower end of the button 15;
and a second latch 20 provided on a surface of the second housing 6 and engageable with the second engaging groove 19.

a boss 21 provided at a middle portion of the connector positioning device 3, a button groove 22 for receiving the button 15 being formed at a top of the boss 21;
a lock plate 23 connected to the connector positioning device 3, positioned above the boss 21, and slidable in the first gap 17;
and a connecting plate 24 having one end connected to the boss 21 and the other end connected to the lock plate 23.
In the embodiment, the two sides of the connector positioning device 3 are respectively provided with a sliding groove 25, and the line end connector 1 is in sliding fit with the sliding groove 25;
an outlet 26 and a connection beam 27 are provided on a surface of the connector positioning device 3 opposite to the boss 21, and the connection beam 27 connects both side surfaces of the connector positioning device 3.
In this embodiment, the spacing subassembly includes:
a third block 28 disposed at the bottom of the connecting beam 27, wherein a third inclined surface 31 is formed at the upper side of the third block 28;
a third locking groove 29 opened on a side of the first housing 4 facing the connection beam 27, the third locking groove 29 having an upper end surface and a lower end surface, the third locking block 28 sliding between the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the third locking groove 29 when the connector positioning device 3 slides with respect to the terminal connector 1;
and a first stopper 30 protruding outward from the groove bottom of the third catching groove 29, and limiting the connector positioning device 3 from sliding downward through the first stopper 30 relative to the line end connector 1 by allowing the connector positioning device 3 to slide upward through the first stopper 30 relative to the line end connector 1 through cooperation with the third catching block 28.
In this embodiment, the outer contour of the first stopper 30 includes a fourth inclined surface 32 and a circular arc surface 33, which are connected to each other, the fourth inclined surface 32 faces downward and cooperates with the third inclined surface 31 to allow the third stopper 28 to slide upward through the first stopper 30, and the circular arc surface 33 is disposed on the upper side of the first stopper 30 to limit the third stopper 28 from sliding downward through the first stopper 30.
In this embodiment, the spacing subassembly still includes:
a limit groove 34, the limit groove 34 being recessed downward from an upper end surface of the connector positioning device 3 and being close to a side surface of the boss 21, the limit groove 34 having a lower end surface;
the second stopper 35 extends outward from the top of the first housing 4 into the stopper groove 34, can slide in the stopper groove 34, and is stopped by the lower end surface of the stopper groove 34.
In summary, when the connector provided by the present invention is used, the line terminal connector 1 and the board terminal connector 2 are connected by the first connecting assembly and the second connecting assembly, so as to achieve contact conduction between the first contact and the second contact. When the line end connector 1 is required to be separated from the plate end connector 2, the connector positioning device 3 is lifted upwards, in the process that the connector positioning device 3 is lifted upwards, the vertical plate 13 and the first guide groove 11 move upwards relative to the first shell 4, the first inclined surface 12 applies force to the second inclined surface 14, the free end of the first clamping sheet 7 is driven to move outwards through the matching of the first inclined surface 12 and the second inclined surface 14 on the first clamping sheet 7, so that the first clamping block 9 on the plate end connector 2 is separated from the first clamping groove 8, and the first connecting assembly is detached. As the connector positioning device 3 is lifted, the locking plate 23 moves upward, moves out of the first gap 17, and does not lock the upper end of the button 15; meanwhile, the third latch 28 moves upward in the third latch groove 29, and under the cooperation of the third inclined surface 31 and the fourth inclined surface 32, the third latch 28 moves to the position above the first stopper 30 through the first stopper 30 and is limited by the first stopper 30, so that the connector positioning device 3 does not fall down and reset when a downward force is not applied to the connector positioning device 3, and the unlocking state of the button 15 is maintained. At this time, the upper end of the button 15 is pressed, the button 15 deforms and rotates around the connecting portion 16, so that the lower end of the button 15 moves outwards, the second clamping block 20 is separated from the second clamping groove 19, and the second connecting assembly is detached. At this time, the connector block positioning device 3 and the terminal connector 1 are lifted upwards, so that the terminal connector 1 and the plate-end connector 2 can be detached.
The connector realizes the connection of the line end connector 1 and the plate end connector 2 through two connecting structures of the first connecting assembly and the second connecting assembly, the connection is firmer, and the capability of the connector for adapting to severe working conditions is improved; simultaneously, the first connecting assembly that unpacks apart that setting up of connector positioner 3 can be convenient realizes first connecting assembly's unblock to meanwhile make connector positioner 3 keep at button 15 unblock state through the setting of first stopper 30, conveniently through pressing button 15 unblock second coupling assembling, convenient operation behind the first connecting assembly of unblock.
Example two
As shown in fig. 9, the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is only that the limiting assembly includes:
a limiting groove 34 which is arranged on the inner wall of the sliding groove 25 from top to bottom, wherein the limiting groove 34 is provided with a lower end face;
the second stopper 35 extends outward from the top of the first housing 4 into the stopper groove 34, can slide in the stopper groove 34, and is stopped by the lower end surface of the stopper groove 34.
When the connector positioning device 3 is lifted upwards, the limiting groove 34 moves upwards relative to the second limiting block 35, and when the bottom surface of the second limiting block 35 contacts with the lower end surface of the limiting groove 34, the connector positioning device 3 cannot be lifted upwards, so that the connector positioning device 3 is limited, and the damage to parts caused by the overlarge lifting displacement of the connector positioning device 3 is avoided.

Claims (12)

1. A connector, comprising:
a wire end connector (1);
the plate end connector (2) is detachably connected with the line end connector (1) through a first connecting assembly and a second connecting assembly;
the connector positioning device (3) is sleeved on the outer side of the wire end connector (1) and is in sliding fit with the wire end connector (1);
the connector positioning device (3) slides towards the direction far away from the plate-end connector (2) to disassemble the first connecting component;
the limiting component is used for limiting the sliding stroke of the connector positioning device (3) relative to the wire end connector (1).
2. Connector according to claim 1, characterized in that the line end connector (1) comprises:
a first housing (4);
a first contact body arranged within the first housing (4);
and one end of the wire (5) is connected with the first contact body, and the other end of the wire extends out of the first shell (4).
3. Connector according to claim 2, characterized in that the plate end connector (2) comprises:
a second housing (6) detachably connected to the first housing (4) by the first and second connection assemblies;
a second contact body arranged inside the second housing (6) in contact fit with the first contact body;
and the rubber core is arranged on the outer side of the second contact body and is wrapped by the second shell (6).
4. The connector of claim 3, wherein the first connection assembly comprises:
the two first clamping sheets (7) are respectively arranged on two sides of the first shell (4), the first clamping sheets (7) are L-shaped, one end of each first clamping sheet is connected with the first shell (4), the other end of each first clamping sheet is a free end, and the other end of each first clamping sheet (7) is provided with a first clamping groove (8);
the two first clamping blocks (9) are respectively arranged on two sides of the second shell (6), and the first clamping blocks (9) are connected with the first clamping grooves (8) in a clamping mode.

The connector according to claim 4, characterized in that two sides of the connector positioning device (3) are respectively provided with a movable groove (10), the first clamping sheet (7) is movably arranged in the movable groove (10), the inner side of the movable groove (10) is provided with a vertical plate (13), the outer side of the lower end of the vertical plate (13) is provided with a first guide groove (11), the side wall of the first guide groove (11) facing the first clamping sheet (7) is provided with a first inclined surface (12), and the inner walls of the two first clamping sheets (7) are provided with a second inclined surface (14) in contact fit with the first inclined surface (12).
6. The connector of claim 3, wherein the second connection assembly comprises:
a button (15), wherein the middle part of the button (15) is connected with the first shell (4) through a connecting part (16), so that a first gap (17) and a second gap (18) are respectively formed between the upper end and the lower end of the button (15) and the first shell (4);
the second clamping groove (19) is arranged at the lower end of the button (15);
and the second fixture block (20) is arranged on the surface of the second shell (6) and can be clamped with the second clamping groove (19).
7. The connector of claim 6, further comprising a push button locking assembly, the push button locking assembly comprising:
a boss (21) provided at a middle portion of the connector positioning device (3), a button groove (22) for receiving the button (15) being formed at a top of the boss (21);
a lock plate (23) which is connected to the connector positioning device (3), is positioned above the boss (21), and is slidable in the first gap (17);
and one end of the connecting plate (24) is connected with the protruding part (21), and the other end of the connecting plate is connected with the locking plate (23).
8. A connector according to claim 3, wherein sliding grooves (25) are respectively arranged on both sides of the connector positioning device (3), and the wire end connector (1) is in sliding fit with the sliding grooves (25);
an outlet (26) and a connecting beam (27) are arranged on the surface, opposite to the bulge (21), of the connector positioning device (3), and the connecting beam (27) is connected with two side surfaces of the connector positioning device (3).
9. The connector of claim 8, wherein the retention assembly comprises:
the third fixture block (28) is arranged at the bottom of the connecting beam (27), and a third inclined surface (31) is formed on the upper side of the third fixture block (28);
a third slot (29) opened on a side of the first housing (4) facing the connection beam (27), the third slot (29) having an upper end surface and a lower end surface, the third latch (28) sliding between the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the third slot (29) when the connector positioning device (3) slides relative to the line end connector;
a first stop block (30) projecting outwardly from the bottom of the third slot (29) and limiting downward sliding movement of the connector locating means (3) relative to the line end connector past the first stop block (30) by cooperation with the third block (28) to allow upward sliding movement of the connector locating means (3) relative to the line end connector past the first stop block (30).

The connector according to claim 9, wherein the outer contour of the first stopper (30) includes a fourth inclined surface (32) and a circular arc surface (33) connected to each other, the fourth inclined surface (32) faces downward and cooperates with the third inclined surface (31) to allow the third stopper (28) to slide upward through the first stopper (30), and the circular arc surface (33) is disposed on the upper side of the first stopper (30) to limit the third stopper (28) from sliding downward through the first stopper (30).
11. The connector of claim 8, wherein the retention assembly further comprises:
the limiting groove (34) is formed in the inner wall of the sliding groove (25) from top to bottom, and the limiting groove (34) is provided with a lower end face;
the second limiting block (35) extends out of the top of the first shell (4) to the limiting groove (34), can slide in the limiting groove (34) and is limited by the lower end face of the limiting groove (34).

a limiting groove (34), wherein the limiting groove (34) is downwards sunken from the upper end surface of the connector positioning device (3) and is close to the side surface of the bulge part (21), and the limiting groove (34) is provided with a lower end surface;
the second limiting block (35) extends out of the top of the first shell (4) to the limiting groove (34), can slide in the limiting groove (34) and is limited by the lower end face of the limiting groove (34).
