The unlocking process of the locking assembly is described in detail below.
First, a conventional press unlocking process is described. When it is desired to unlock the connector, pressing the unlocking button 44 in the plugging direction causes the movable pin 45 to slide out of the latch holder slide groove 324 and along the cam surface 322, which is opposite to the locking process, specifically, the pressing force causes the movable pin to slide along the latch holder slide groove while the coil spring 4 is compressed to accumulate the elastic force, and when sliding to the apex of the cam surface, the movable pin slides on the cam surface by the elastic force of the coil spring, thereby releasing the lever-type latch member 42 from the latch holder 32.
Next, an unconventional pulling unlocking process is described. When it is desired to unlock the connector, the cable on the top wall of the plug housing 10 is pulled against the plugging direction, so that the plug 1 together with the latch socket 32 thereon is moved against the plugging direction, wherein the movement of the stop opening 325 causes the stop tongue 481 snapped therein to rotate about the fixed shaft 46 and move out of the stop opening, while the movable pin 45 is slid out of the latch socket slide groove 324 due to the movement of the latch socket slide groove 324, thereby releasing the lever-type latch piece 42 from the latch socket 32.
The connector according to the present invention has been described in detail, but the above-described embodiments are merely preferred examples, and should not be construed as limiting the structure of the connector according to the present invention. Those skilled in the art can make corresponding modifications to the specific structure of the connector according to the described embodiments of the present invention.
