As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present invention provides a connector assembly including the board-end connector and the line-end connector of embodiment 1.
The wire end connector comprises a second insulator 21, a second electric connection part 22, a cable 23 and a lock catch 24, wherein the second electric connection part 22 is arranged in the second insulator 21, and one end of the cable 23 is electrically connected with the second electric connection part 22; the front end of the second insulator 21 is provided with a protruding part 211 extending towards the bottom end of the second insulator 21, a lock catch 24 is arranged on the protruding part 211, and the surface of the lock catch 24 is provided with a lock catch convex hull 241; the rear end of the second insulator 21 is provided with a first positioning column 212 protruding toward the bottom end of the second insulator 21; wherein the protruding portion 211 and the first positioning post 212 of the wire end connector are respectively matched with one inserting groove 131.
The first positioning column 212 and the protruding portion 211 are flat plates, and the first positioning column 212 is parallel to the protruding portion 111.
The second electrical connection 22 is a terminal.
The insertion grooves 131 are adapted to fit the protruding portion 211 and the first positioning post 212 of the line end connector, and the thickness of the pair of insertion grooves 131 is equal.
In the present embodiment, the front end of the second insulator 21 is provided with a second positioning column 213 protruding toward the bottom end of the second insulator 21, the second positioning column 213 being located on the side of the protruding portion 211; the second positioning post 213 can be inserted into the positioning groove 133. The second positioning columns 213 are a pair, and the pair of second positioning columns 213 are respectively located at two sides of the protruding portion 211. The width of the first positioning post 212 is greater than the width of the protrusion 211.
The second positioning post 213 is configured to cooperate with the positioning slot 133 to prevent reverse insertion, and when the second positioning post 213 is located on the side of the protruding portion 211, the width of the inserting slot 131 that cooperates with the protruding portion 211 is smaller than the width of the other inserting slot 131, so as to prevent reverse insertion of the terminal connector.
In this embodiment, the second positioning post 213 is rectangular.
In this embodiment, the second insulator 21 includes a mating portion for mating with the board-end connector, the second electrical connection portion 22 is disposed in the mating portion, the mating portion is disposed between the protruding portion 211 and the second positioning post 213, a first gap is formed between the mating portion and the protruding portion 211, and a second gap is formed between the mating portion and the first positioning post 212.
In this embodiment, the locking device further comprises a pull belt connected to the lock catch 24, and the pull belt is used for pulling the lock catch 24 to disengage the lock catch convex hull 241 from the lock hole 132 for unlocking.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the connector assembly according to embodiment 3 is different from embodiment 2 in that the line end connector is a reverse bend connector. In the present embodiment, the rear end of the second insulator 21 is provided with a second positioning column 213 protruding toward the bottom end of the second insulator 21, the second positioning column 213 being located on the side of the first positioning column 212; a positioning groove 133 is arranged on the outer side of one end of the first insulator 11, and the positioning groove 133 is positioned on one side of the inserting groove 131; the second positioning post 213 can be inserted into the positioning groove 133. The second positioning columns 213 are a pair, and the pair of second positioning columns 213 are respectively located at two sides of the first positioning column 212. The width of the protruding portion 211 is greater than the width of the first positioning column 212.
When the second positioning column 213 is located at the side of the first positioning column 212, the width of the plugging slot 131 matched with the first positioning column 212 is smaller than the width of the other plugging slot 131, so as to prevent the wire end connector from being plugged reversely.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the board-end connector according to embodiment 2 is different from embodiment 1 mainly in that in this embodiment, both the first end face and the second end face include a protruding portion 134 and a pair of flat portions, the protruding portion 134 is provided between the pair of flat portions, the flat portions are provided to be fitted to the first insulator 11, and a mating groove 131 is formed between the protruding portion 134 and the first insulator 11.
In this embodiment, the flat portion is provided with a first spring 137, the first insulator 11 is provided with a first spring slot, and the first spring 137 is clamped in the first spring slot. The first spring 137 cooperates with the first spring slot to compress the first insulator 11 and the housing 13.

Claims (22)

1. The board end connector is characterized by comprising a first insulator (11), a first electric connection part (12) and a shell (13), wherein the first electric connection part (12) is arranged in the first insulator (11), the shell (13) is sleeved outside the first insulator (11), a pair of opposite end surfaces of the shell (13) are respectively provided with a lock hole (132), and a plug-in groove (131) is formed between each end surface and the first insulator (11);
a positioning structure is arranged on the outer side of one end of the first insulator (11), and the positioning structure is positioned on one side of the inserting groove (131);
the positioning structure is a positioning groove (133) or a positioning space;
the shell (13) comprises a first end face, a second end face and a pair of side faces, and the pair of inserting grooves (131) are respectively arranged between the first end face and the first insulator (11) and between the second end face and the first insulator (11);
the first end face and the second end face are in a flat plate shape, the locating grooves (133) are in a pair, the locating grooves (133) are respectively located on two sides of the inserting groove (131) and close to the side face of the shell (13), and the groove walls of the locating grooves (133) are attached to the inner wall of the first end face.
2. The board end connector according to claim 1, wherein the lengths of a pair of the insertion grooves (131) are different.
3. The board end connector of claim 1, wherein the first end face and the second end face are further: each of the plug connector comprises a protruding portion (134) and a pair of straight portions, wherein the protruding portion (134) is arranged between the pair of straight portions, the straight portions are attached to the first insulator (11), and a plug groove (131) is formed between the protruding portion (134) and the first insulator (11).
4. A board end connector according to claim 3, wherein the flat portion is provided with a first spring piece (137), the first insulator (11) is provided with a first spring piece groove, and the first spring piece (137) is clamped in the first spring piece groove.
5. The board end connector according to claim 1, wherein a pair of side surfaces of the housing (13) are higher than the first end surface and the second end surface.
6. The board-end connector according to claim 1, wherein a pair of second spring plates (138) are provided on the first end surface, a second spring plate groove is provided on a groove wall of each positioning groove (133), and the second spring plates (138) are clamped in the second spring plate grooves.
7. The board end connector of claim 1, wherein a top portion of at least one of said first end face, said second end face and a pair of said side faces is provided with a guide portion bent outward.
8. The board end connector of claim 7, wherein the side surface includes a flat plate portion and a pair of corner portions provided at both ends of the flat plate portion, a top edge of the flat plate portion is provided with a first guide portion (135) bent outward, and a top edge of the corner portion is provided with a second guide portion (136) bent outward.
9. The board end connector according to claim 1, wherein a pair of the side surfaces of the housing (13) are respectively provided with a positioning hole (139), and both sides of the first insulator (11) are respectively provided with positioning projections which are engaged with the positioning holes (139).
10. The board end connector according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the side face of the housing (13) is provided with a plurality of connection arms (140), the bottoms of both sides of the first insulator (11) are respectively provided with a support portion (111), and the support portions (111) are located below the side face of the housing (13) and between the plurality of connection arms (140).
11. The board end connector according to claim 1, wherein the first end face, the second end face and a pair of the side faces of the housing (13) are each higher than the first insulator (11).
12. A connector assembly comprising a board end connector and a wire end connector according to any one of claims 1-11.
13. The connector assembly according to claim 12, wherein the line-end connector comprises a second insulator (21), a second electrical connection portion (22), a cable (23) and a latch (24), the second electrical connection portion (22) being provided within the second insulator (21), one end of the cable (23) being electrically connected to the second electrical connection portion (22);
the front end of the second insulator (21) is provided with a protruding part (211) extending towards the bottom end of the second insulator (21), the lock catch (24) is arranged on the protruding part (211), and the surface of the lock catch (24) is provided with a lock catch convex hull (241);
the rear end of the second insulator (21) is provided with a first positioning column (212) protruding towards the bottom end of the second insulator (21);
wherein the protruding part (211) and the first positioning column (212) of the line end connector are respectively matched with one inserting groove (131).
14. The connector assembly according to claim 13, wherein the first positioning post (212) and the protrusion (211) are plate-shaped, the first positioning post (212) being parallel to the protrusion (211).
15. Connector assembly according to claim 13, wherein the front end of the second insulator (21) is provided with a second positioning post (213) protruding towards the bottom end of the second insulator (21), the second positioning post (213) being located sideways of the protrusion (211);
a positioning groove (133) is formed in the outer side of one end of the first insulator (11), and the positioning groove (133) is positioned on one side of the inserting groove (131);
the second positioning column (213) can be inserted into the positioning groove (133).
16. The connector assembly according to claim 15, wherein the second positioning posts (213) are in a pair, the pair of second positioning posts (213) being located on both sides of the protruding portion (211), respectively.
17. The connector assembly of claim 15, wherein the first positioning post (212) has a width that is greater than a width of the protrusion (211).
18. The connector assembly according to claim 13, wherein the rear end of the second insulator (21) is provided with a second positioning post (213) protruding towards the bottom end of the second insulator (21), the second positioning post (213) being located sideways of the first positioning post (212);
a positioning groove (133) is formed in the outer side of one end of the first insulator (11), and the positioning groove (133) is positioned on one side of the inserting groove (131);
the second positioning column (213) can be inserted into the positioning groove (133).
19. The connector assembly of claim 18, wherein the second positioning posts (213) are in a pair, the pair of second positioning posts (213) being located on either side of the first positioning post (212).
20. The connector assembly according to claim 18, wherein the width of the protrusion (211) is greater than the width of the first positioning post (212).
21. The connector assembly of claim 15, wherein the second insulator (21) includes a mating portion for mating with a board-end connector, the second electrical connection portion (22) being disposed within the mating portion, the mating portion being disposed between the protrusion (211) and the second positioning post (213), a first gap being formed between the mating portion and the protrusion (211), and a second gap being formed between the mating portion and the first positioning post (212).
22. The connector assembly of claim 13, wherein the wire end connector further comprises a pull strap connected to the latch (24).
