Abstract
The invention relates to the field of intelligent home furnishing, and provides an intelligent fitting system, which comprises: the clothes scanning unit scans clothes of a user to generate a clothes picture; the storage unit is used for storing the clothes picture; a human body scanning unit for scanning a human body image; the fitting mirror unit comprises a display and an image processing system, wherein the display can present at least one clothes picture to a user for selection; the image processing system is connected with the storage unit and the human body scanning unit, can read the clothes pictures in the storage unit, synthesizes the clothes pictures selected by the user and the human body images of the user after receiving the user instructions, and feeds back the clothes pictures and the human body images to the display for the user to refer. The invention saves the time for fitting clothes at home and improves the life quality of the user.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of intelligent home furnishing, in particular to an intelligent fitting system.
Background
With the rapid development of science and technology, people are pursuing more and more intelligent life style. The appearance of the intelligent fitting mirror enables a customer to try on clothes without frequently getting in and out of a fitting room, and the customer can see the effect of trying on the upper body of the clothes only by standing in front of the mirror to select the clothes to be watched.
For example, chinese patent application CN201610200274 discloses a virtual fitting mirror system, comprising: the skeleton recognition system recognizes and binds the first body skeleton entering the recognition range, and controls the action of the three-dimensional model of the virtual scene through the body action; the virtual fitting system is used for fitting a somatosensory model, selecting clothes through palm actions and fitting through the somatosensory model; the assistant matching system is used for trying on the virtual model, establishing the virtual model, selecting clothes in a touch point selection mode, and trying on the clothes through the virtual model; the self-selection clothing system is used for self-selection clothing fitting, inputting a bar code to call corresponding clothing to fit through the somatosensory model; the intelligent pushing system is used for pushing entity clothes, and the selected entity clothes are pushed out through the intelligent pushing wardrobe by selecting the clothes. The invention aims to provide on-line and off-line somatosensory model fitting, virtual model fitting and human body fitting, and solves the problem that the number of shopping guides and fitting rooms of an off-line physical store is insufficient to a great extent.
For another example, chinese patent application CN 200920051812 discloses a fitting mirror, which is an intelligent fitting mirror capable of instantly playing multimedia information of a product by using an intelligent display screen, and comprises a mirror surface, wherein a light reflection layer is arranged on the back surface of the mirror surface, the mirror surface is provided with an intelligent display screen and a signal transceiver, and the signal transceiver is electrically connected with the intelligent display screen. The clothes are provided with electronic label bar codes for recording identification information, the intelligent display screen stores detailed information corresponding to each identification information, including the characteristics of the producing area, the texture, the style and the like of the clothes, and when a customer inspects the fitting effect from the mirror, the intelligent display screen reads the information of the electronic label through the signal receiving and sending device and plays multimedia information corresponding to each identification information on the screen in real time. When the customer examines the fitting effect in front of the mirror, the intelligent display screen plays the multimedia information of the product instantly, the customer can fully master the product information, the consumption desire is promoted, meanwhile, the hands of the merchant are saved, and the cost is reduced
The above patent uses a shop shopping place as a use scene. However, for most users, especially female users, the clothes selection scenario is more likely to occur before the user leaves the house every day, and how to select the existing clothes in the home for wearing. If one piece is taken out and tried on, the time and the labor are wasted, and the piece is required to be picked up again, arranged and put back to the wardrobe once the piece is disliked.
Therefore, there is a need for an intelligent fitting mirror for use at home, which allows a user to see the fitting effect without actually wearing the clothes.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, an object of the present invention is to provide an intelligent fitting system, which can recommend clothes to a user and synthesize an effect picture of wearing the clothes for the user to select according to the clothes in a wardrobe of the user and the dressing habit of the user, thereby greatly saving the time for the user to fit at home and improving the life quality of the user.
According to the invention, the intelligent fitting system comprises:
the clothes scanning unit scans clothes of a user to generate a clothes picture;
the storage unit is used for storing the clothes picture;
a human body scanning unit for scanning a human body image;
the fitting mirror unit comprises a display and an image processing system, wherein the display can present at least one clothes picture to a user for selection; the image processing system is connected with the storage unit and the human body scanning unit, can read the clothes pictures in the storage unit, synthesizes the clothes pictures selected by the user and the human body images of the user after receiving the user instructions, and feeds back the clothes pictures and the human body images to the display for the user to refer.
Preferably, the clothes scanning unit comprises a 3D scanner installed in the wardrobe, and scans and records clothes inside the wardrobe as clothes pictures.
Preferably, the display is a touch display, and the user instruction is sent out through the touch display.
Preferably, the system further comprises a voice interaction unit, and the user instruction is sent out through the voice interaction unit.
Preferably, the clothes recommendation system further comprises an artificial intelligence unit, wherein the artificial intelligence unit generates the clothes dressing habit data of the user by recording clothes selection of the user, and provides clothes recommendation for the user according to the clothes dressing habit data.
Preferably, the dressing habit data includes: condition data and clothes data corresponding to the condition data.

According to the intelligent fitting system, the recommended clothes synthesis effect graph is generated according to the clothes dressing preference of the user by scanning and recording the clothes of the user, and is provided for the user to select. Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments shown in the drawings, which are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to the specific embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of an intelligent fitting system according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the intelligent fitting system 10 includes:
a clothing scanning unit 11 for scanning clothing of a user to generate clothing pictures;
a storage unit 12 for storing the clothes picture;
the fitting mirror unit 13 comprises a display 131 and an image processing system 132, and the image processing system 132 is connected with and reads the clothes pictures in the storage unit;
a human body scanning unit 14 connected to the image processing system 132 for scanning a human body image;
the display 131 presents at least one clothing picture to the user for selection, and after receiving the instruction of the user, the image processing system synthesizes the clothing picture selected by the user and the human body image of the user and feeds the synthesized clothing picture and the human body image back to the display for the user to refer.
In a preferred embodiment, the clothes scanning unit 11 includes a 3D scanner 111 installed in a wardrobe 112, and scans and records clothes inside the wardrobe 112 as clothes pictures. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a laundry scanning unit according to the present invention. In this embodiment, it is possible to ensure that the clothes presented to the user are consistent with the clothes in the wardrobe, eliminating the problem of the user still being provided with the clothes when the clothes are not yet washed or in the wardrobe after being worn. Therefore, the recommendation quantity of invalid clothes can be reduced in the subsequent intelligent recommendation process, and invalid data is prevented from being generated.
In another embodiment, the user may scan the clothes in advance through the clothes scanning unit 11 and put the clothes into the wardrobe, which may simplify the requirements of the clothes scanning unit 11.
In a preferred embodiment, the display 131 is a touch display through which user commands are sent. When the display 131 presents the clothes to the user, the user can select a try-on effect or change one according to prompts on the display, and when the user wants to see a 360-degree all-directional effect picture, the effect display of the whole body can be realized through dragging the picture and rotating the angle.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating an intelligent fitting system according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the intelligent fitting system 10 further includes a voice interaction unit 15, and the user instruction is issued through the voice interaction unit 15. The user can speak out a corresponding voice instruction, such as "change a piece of clothes for trying on", or "turn to see" or the like, through the voice interaction unit 15, so that the display of the fitting effect is realized. Meanwhile, the voice interaction unit 15 may also make a sound to interact with the user, for example, when the user makes a voice command "i want to try on clothes", the voice interaction unit 15 may make a prompt sound "ask for whether the user is a coat or a shirt" or feedback sound "good", and so on.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating an intelligent fitting system according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the intelligent fitting system 10 further includes an artificial intelligence unit 16, and the artificial intelligence unit 16 generates the dressing habit data of the user by recording the clothes selection of the user, and provides clothes recommendation to the user according to the dressing habit data. The artificial intelligence unit 16 is, for example, an artificial intelligence chip having a machine learning capability, and when the user wears clothes every day, data for learning is recorded by the artificial intelligence unit 16, and the dressing habit data of the user is generated according to the recording and learning of a large amount of data of the dressing habit of the user.
Further, the dressing habit data includes: condition data and clothes data corresponding to the condition data. The condition data is one or a combination of several of date, weather, geographic location or activity journey. The date data can reflect the current season and the attributes of the day, for example, on a working day, a user can usually wear professional garments such as western-style clothes, work clothes, leather shoes and formal pants, on a rest day, the user can generally wear comfortable and leisure garments such as sports clothes, casual pants and sports shoes, and differences in wearing can be caused in different seasons, for example, short sleeves are usually worn in summer, thick coats are usually worn in winter, and the like. The weather data reflects the temperature, the rain and snow condition, the wind power and the like of the day, and the difference in dressing can be generated for different weathers. Geographical location is weather-related on the one hand and reflects local customs on the other hand. The activity schedule is usually input by the user in advance, or the schedule set on other software of the user is captured, for example, if important customers are to be seen today, or if a formal occasion is attended, a dress or a formal dress is preferentially recommended, if a wedding is seen today, clothes with bright relative colors and festivals are recommended, and the like.
Therefore, on the one hand, the artificial intelligence unit 16 records daily dressing data of the user, and on the other hand, combines the dressing data with the condition data to train machine learning, thereby forming a dressing habit database of the user.
Further, after the clothes-dressing habit data of the user is obtained, a clothes display sequence can be generated according to the clothes-dressing habit data, and different clothes pictures are displayed on the display according to the display sequence for the user to select. Therefore, the hit rate of dressing selection of the user can be improved, and the user experience is further improved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an intelligent fitting system according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the intelligent fitting system 10 further includes a network unit 17 connected to the graphic processing system 132 for obtaining the clothes picture on the network. When the user is not interested in the clothes in the wardrobe, the user can obtain some pictures of clothes on the network through the network unit 17, and then let the graphic processing system 132 synthesize the pictures and display the wearing effect on the display 131. Thus, the clothes selection of the user can be enriched.
Further, the system also comprises a shopping guide unit 18 which is connected with the network unit 17, displays commodity information corresponding to the clothes when the user selects the clothes pictures acquired on the network, and performs network ordering operation according to the user instruction. The commodity information is information such as material, size, price, supply place, etc. of clothes, and if the user sees the clothes on the internet, the shopping guide unit 18 can directly purchase the clothes on the internet, thereby improving the shopping efficiency.
The clothing in the present invention broadly refers to clothes, dresses, accessories, shoes and socks, etc. worn on the human body.
In conclusion, the intelligent fitting system generates the fitting effect of the user and provides the fitting effect for the user to select by recording the clothes in the wardrobe of the user, so that the user can visually wear clothes, clothes can be recommended according to the clothes wearing habits of the user, the trouble of clothes selection of the user is eliminated, and the problem that the user consumes time and labor when trying on clothes at home is solved. Meanwhile, the intelligent fitting system can lead the user to buy favorite clothes directly according to fitting effects through network clothes recommendation, greatly saves the time spent by the user in wearing, and improves the life quality of the user.

Claims (10)
1. An intelligent fitting system, comprising:
the clothes scanning unit scans clothes of a user to generate a clothes picture;
the storage unit is used for storing the clothes picture;
a human body scanning unit for scanning a human body image;
the fitting mirror unit comprises a display and an image processing system, wherein the display can present at least one clothes picture to a user for selection; the image processing system is connected with the storage unit and the human body scanning unit, can read the clothes pictures in the storage unit, synthesizes the clothes pictures selected by the user and the human body images of the user after receiving the user instructions, and feeds back the clothes pictures and the human body images to the display for the user to refer.
2. An intelligent fitting system according to claim 1, wherein the clothing scanning unit comprises a 3D scanner installed in the wardrobe for scanning and recording the clothing inside the wardrobe as clothing pictures.
3. The intelligent fitting system of claim 1, wherein the display is a touch display, and the user command is issued through the touch display.
4. The intelligent fitting system of claim 1, further comprising a voice interaction unit, wherein the user instruction is issued through the voice interaction unit.
5. The intelligent fitting system of claim 1, further comprising an artificial intelligence unit that generates dressing habit data of the user by recording the user's clothing selections, and provides clothing recommendations to the user based on the dressing habit data.
6. An intelligent fitting system according to claim 5, wherein the dressing habit data comprises: condition data and clothes data corresponding to the condition data.
7. An intelligent fitting system according to claim 6, wherein the condition data is one or a combination of date, weather, geographical location or activity itinerary.

The intelligent fitting system of claim 5, wherein the providing of the clothing recommendation to the user comprises: and generating a clothes display sequence according to the clothes dressing habit data, and displaying different clothes pictures on the display according to the display sequence for the user to select.
9. The intelligent fitting system of claim 1, further comprising a network unit connected to the graphic processing system for obtaining a picture of clothes on a network.
10. The intelligent fitting system of claim 9, further comprising a shopping guide unit connected to the network unit, and when the user selects the obtained clothes picture on the network, displaying commodity information corresponding to the clothes, and performing a network ordering operation according to the user instruction.
