Alternatively, the purchasing device may preset a plurality of standard mannequins, and select the closest standard mannequin as the first avatar of the target object according to personal information related to the height, weight, etc. of the target object.
In some implementations, the personal information may include body type data. The purchasing device acquiring the personal information of the target object may further include: acquiring a second picture acquired by the image acquisition device on the target object, and analyzing the second picture to obtain the body type data of the target object; or, the body type data of the target object input by the user is acquired.
The body shape data includes, for example, at least one of the height, weight, circumference, shoulder width, leg length, and arm length of the target subject. After the purchasing device acquires the target object by using the image acquisition device to obtain a second picture, body type data of the target object can be obtained by analyzing the second picture of the target object, and a corresponding first virtual image is generated by using the body type data, so that the similarity between the first virtual image and the target object can be effectively improved. In some embodiments, the purchasing device may collect the second images of the target object under multiple angles by using the image collecting device, and analyze the obtained second images of the target object to obtain the body type data of the target object, so that the accuracy of the body type data may be effectively improved.
The body type data of the target object may be input by the user at his own time when using the purchasing device. For example, the purchasing device may provide a corresponding interface, and the user may input body type data of the target object through a touch screen, a keyboard, voice, or the like for generating the first avatar of the target object. Thus, when the user can not conveniently acquire the second picture of the target object, the first virtual image can be generated through the body type data of the target object so as to conveniently view the effect of the target object on using the commodity.
In this embodiment, after the purchasing device acquires the first avatar of the target object, the purchasing device may further store the first avatar, where the first avatar is associated with a corresponding target object, so that the first avatar may be directly invoked when shopping for the target object next time, or may be directly invoked when the first avatar of the target object cannot be acquired currently. The purchasing device can also be configured with a name or a label corresponding to the first avatar after storing the first avatar, so that the management is convenient. The purchasing device may also periodically or aperiodically update the first avatar of the target object so as to more conform to the current avatar or state of the target object.
In some embodiments, when the purchasing device collects the second image of the target object by using the image collecting device, one or more preset actions may be further set, and for different target objects, the second image of the target object under the corresponding preset actions is collected, so as to obtain the body type data of the target object more accurately. For example, the target object is a person, and the image acquisition device can be used for acquiring the picture of the human body in a standing state from the front; or the target object is a cat, which can be scanned in a standing state from the side and the front. The image acquisition device can also acquire the first picture of the corresponding target object according to the preset action when acquiring the first picture of the target object. The preset actions corresponding to the first picture and the second picture may be the same or different.

In this embodiment, the shopping device may detect a purchase instruction of the user, and when detecting a purchase instruction of the user for the target commodity, may send a purchase request for the target commodity to the commodity management platform to complete online purchase of the target commodity. As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment of the method for purchasing an on-line commodity according to the present application, when a user purchases clothes using a purchasing device, the purchasing device may collect a photograph of a human body using an image collecting apparatus, and then extract a first avatar including the human body, synthesize the avatar of the skirt onto the first avatar of the human body, and display the synthesized second avatar.
According to the method and the device for online shopping, the target commodity is determined, the virtual image of the target commodity is synthesized to the first virtual image of the target object during online shopping, and the user can more intuitively see the use effect of the target commodity by watching the synthesized second virtual image, so that the interestingness of the online commodity purchase can be effectively improved, the use suitability of the target commodity can be more accurately judged during online commodity purchase, the condition that the commodity is returned due to improper commodity purchase is reduced, and the online shopping experience of the user is effectively improved.

For example, the purchasing device may also obtain characteristics of the target object based on the body type data analysis; and/or determining a preference of the target object based on at least one of the historical shopping information, the current dressing information and the historical browsing information; and then selecting the commodity matched with the characteristics and/or the preference as the commodity matched with the target object.
The purchasing device may obtain characteristics of the target object based on the body type data analysis. In this embodiment, the characteristics of the target object may include at least one of gender, age, and stature. For example, the body type data includes a height and a weight, and the purchasing device receives the height and the weight of the target object input by the user and analyzes the stature characteristics of the target object. In some embodiments, the purchasing device may also use an image acquisition device or other imaging devices to capture an image of the target object, and analyze the face image and the body image thereof to obtain the gender, age, stature, and the like of the target object.
The purchasing device may also determine a preference of the target object based on at least one of the current dressing information, the historical shopping information, and the historical browsing information. For example, the purchasing device may collect an image of the target object using an image collection device or other image pickup means, analyze the image to determine current dressing information of the target object, and then determine preference of the target object. For example, when the jacket is purchased, if the current dressing information of the target object is determined to be a T-shirt, it can be determined that the target object prefers to wear the T-shirt. The purchasing device may also acquire the historical shopping information and the historical browsing information of the target object, and determine the preference of the target object by analyzing the historical shopping information and the historical browsing information. For example, the purchasing device may acquire historical shopping information and historical browsing information related to the target object within the current preset time, so as to confirm the recent preference of the target object.
After determining the characteristics and/or preferences of the target object, the purchasing device may select goods matching the characteristics and/or preferences and display information of the goods. For example, the purchasing device obtains the characteristics of the target object based on the body type data analysis, and then selects and displays the commodity matching the characteristics. The purchasing device displays the synthesized second avatar so that the user can intuitively see the use effect of the target commodity, and the user can purchase the target commodity after being satisfied with the target commodity. In this embodiment, the purchasing device may further acquire at least one recommended commodity from the commodity management platform after displaying the synthesized second avatar. The recommended merchandise may be the same type of merchandise as the target merchandise or a different type of merchandise to provide the user with more purchase options. The purchasing device can display the target commodity and simultaneously display the selectable similar commodity to the user. The purchasing device may perform feature extraction on the virtual image of the target commodity selected by the user, for example, according to preset attributes of the commodity, such as style, version, color, shape, flower color, pattern, use, brand, and the like, and analyze and extract the target feature corresponding to the preset attributes. After the purchasing device extracts the target special diagnosis, the similar commodity with the target characteristic can be requested to the commodity management platform to be used as the recommended commodity. In this embodiment, the preset attribute of the target commodity may be preset attributes of different types of commodities preset by the purchasing device according to the types of the commodities, so as to provide reasonable and accurate recommended commodities for the different types of commodities. The purchasing device may extract the corresponding target feature according to one or more preset attributes of the commodity. For example, the target commodity is a white T-shirt with loose layout and local printing, and when the preset attribute is color, the target characteristic is white, and the recommended commodity can be a white T-shirt; alternatively, the preset attributes are a layout and a color, then the target features include white and loose layout, and the recommended merchandise may be a loose layout white T-shirt.
In other embodiments, S304 may also include: and analyzing the virtual image of the target commodity to obtain the style of the target commodity, and acquiring different commodities matched with the style of the target commodity as recommended commodities.
The different type of merchandise may be merchandise that is used in a different manner than the target merchandise. For example, if the target commodity is a T-shirt, the recommended commodity can be trousers, hats, backpacks and other commodities which can be matched for use. In this embodiment, style matching with the target commodity may include the same or similar color, suit, pattern, brand, material, etc. of the commodity as the target commodity.
The purchasing device can analyze the virtual image of the target commodity, extract some information related to the style of the target commodity, and then request different types of commodities which are matched with the style of the target commodity to the commodity management platform as recommended commodities so as to facilitate the user to purchase a plurality of commodities in a matching way. Different types of recommended merchandise may also be used in combination with the target merchandise. For example, if the target commodity is a dress, the recommended commodity can be a high-heeled shoe, a handbag or the like.
In some embodiments, the recommended merchandise may also include both the same category of merchandise having the same characteristics as the target merchandise and a different category of merchandise matching the style of the target merchandise. The purchasing device may simultaneously provide multiple recommended items to the user to provide the user with more purchasing schemes.
S305: at least one recommended commodity is displayed in a peripheral display area of the displayed second avatar.
After the purchasing device determines the recommended commodity, the recommended commodity can be displayed in the peripheral display area of the second virtual image, so that a user can refer to and compare or match other commodities to perform better selection on the commodity when trying out the target commodity. For example, if the target commodity is a dress and the recommended commodity is a high-heeled shoe and a hand bag, a second avatar, which is a combination of an avatar image of the dress and a first avatar of the target object, may be displayed in the main display area, and the high-heeled shoe and the hand bag may be displayed in the periphery of the second avatar.
In this embodiment, when the purchasing device displays the recommended commodities, the plurality of recommended commodities may be arranged in sequence in the display area, so that the user may conveniently view the plurality of recommended commodities at the same time for collocation or selection. When the recommended commodities are more, the hidden part of the recommended commodities can be folded, so that the displayed recommended commodities can be switched in a sliding or clicking selection mode. Or, the purchasing device can also adopt a rolling display method to sequentially replace the displayed recommended commodities according to the preset display time, so that the display space can be saved, and the recommended commodities are enlarged so as to be convenient for a user to check commodity details.
In some embodiments, the purchasing device may further set a display area of the recommended merchandise, so as to enhance the interest of shopping and improve the aesthetic degree of the shopping display interface. The preset environmental context may be used to define a display area for recommended merchandise to make the interface display more normative and aesthetically pleasing. The preset environmental background may be a background built in the purchasing device; alternatively, the preset environmental background may be a picture or color filling selected by the user according to personal preference, and the like.
The preset environmental background may also be used to highlight recommended merchandise. The category to which the commodity belongs may include the category of the commodity. In some embodiments, at least one of the stored or purchased items prior to the user may also be displayed on the wardrobe, thus facilitating the user's selection of the items for collocation while browsing or purchasing the items multiple times.
In another embodiment of the on-line commodity purchasing method of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, when a user purchases clothes using a purchasing device, the target commodity is a skirt, and the recommended commodity is a coat, shoes and a handbag matched with the skirt. The purchasing device displays the synthesized second avatar in the main display area, and displays the wardrobe and the recommended goods on the right side of the main display area.
S306: responding to a selection instruction of a user for recommending the commodity, synthesizing the virtual image of the recommended commodity onto the second virtual image, and displaying a synthesized third virtual image; or, in response to a user selection instruction of the recommended goods, synthesizing the virtual image of the recommended goods onto the first avatar, and displaying the synthesized fourth avatar.
In this embodiment, the purchasing device displays one or more recommended products, which may be the same type of products or different types of products, in the peripheral display area. When the purchasing device receives a selection instruction of the user for recommending the commodity, the recommended commodity can be further synthesized to the first virtual image or the second virtual image in response to the selection instruction.
For example, the purchasing device may synthesize an avatar of the recommended goods onto the second avatar upon receiving a selection signal of the recommended goods by the user, and display the synthesized third avatar. For example, the target commodity is a dress, the recommended commodity is a pair of high-heeled shoes, when the purchasing equipment receives a selection signal of the user for the pair of high-heeled shoes, virtual images corresponding to the high-heeled shoes can be synthesized on the second virtual image, and the synthesized third virtual image simultaneously displays the target commodity and the recommended commodity so as to check the matching effect of the two commodities.
The purchasing device may further synthesize an avatar of the recommended article to the first avatar and display the synthesized fourth avatar when receiving a selection signal of the recommended article by the user. For example, for similar goods, the target goods are a white dress, the recommended goods are a pink dress, when the purchasing device receives a selection signal of the user for the pink dress, virtual images corresponding to the pink dress can be synthesized on the first virtual image, and the synthesized fourth virtual image is displayed, so that the user can conveniently view more similar goods. The acquisition module 61 is used for acquiring and displaying information of at least one commodity from the commodity management platform. The determining module 62 is configured to determine the target commodity in response to a user selection instruction for the commodity. The display module 63 is used to synthesize an avatar of the target commodity onto the first avatar of the target object and display the synthesized second avatar. The sending module 64 is configured to detect a purchase instruction for the target commodity, and send a purchase request for the target commodity to the commodity management platform.

Optionally, the purchasing apparatus 70 may further comprise image capturing means 75, the image capturing means 75 being adapted to capture images of the target object in order to obtain a more timely efficient first avatar. In this embodiment, the purchasing device 70 may be a household device, so that the user can use the purchasing device 70 to make online shopping at home, thereby effectively avoiding privacy disclosure caused by the commodity for public places and protecting privacy security of the user. Claims (11)

1. A method of purchasing an online commodity, comprising:
acquiring and displaying information of at least one commodity from a commodity management platform;
responding to a selection instruction of a user for the commodity, and determining a target commodity;
synthesizing the virtual image of the target commodity to a first virtual image of a target object, and displaying a synthesized second virtual image;
extracting features of the virtual images of the target commodity to obtain target features of the target commodity about preset attributes, and obtaining similar commodities with the target features as recommended commodities; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
analyzing the virtual image of the target commodity to obtain the style of the target commodity, and acquiring different commodities matched with the style of the target commodity as recommended commodities;
displaying the at least one recommended commodity in a peripheral display area of the displayed second avatar;
responding to a selection instruction of a user for the recommended commodity, synthesizing an virtual image of the recommended commodity onto the second virtual image, and displaying a synthesized third virtual image; or, in response to a selection instruction of a user for the recommended commodity, synthesizing a virtual image of the recommended commodity onto the first avatar, and displaying a synthesized fourth avatar;
Detecting a purchase instruction of a user for the target commodity, and sending a purchase request for the target commodity to the commodity management platform.
2. The purchasing method of claim 1, wherein prior to said compositing the virtual image of the target commodity onto the first avatar of the target object, the method further comprises:
acquiring a first picture acquired by an image acquisition device on the target object, and extracting an image containing the target object from the first picture to serve as the first virtual image; or alternatively
And acquiring personal information of the target object, and generating the corresponding first virtual image by utilizing the personal information.
3. The purchasing method as described in claim 2, wherein the acquiring the personal information of the target object includes:
acquiring a second picture acquired by the image acquisition device on the target object, and analyzing the second picture to obtain the body type data of the target object; or (b)
Acquiring body type data of the target object input by a user;
wherein the body type data includes at least one of a height, a weight, a circumference, a shoulder width, a leg length, and an arm length of the target object.
4. The method of purchasing according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining and displaying information of at least one commodity from the commodity management platform includes:
responding to a selection instruction of a user for at least one commodity in the commodity management platform, and acquiring and displaying information of the at least one commodity; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and analyzing the personal information of the target object, determining at least one commodity matched with the target object, and acquiring and displaying the information of the at least one commodity.
5. The purchasing method as described in claim 4, wherein the personal information includes body type data of the target object, current dressing information, history shopping information, and history browsing information;
the analyzing the personal information of the target object to determine at least one commodity matched with the target object comprises the following steps:
analyzing and obtaining characteristics of the target object based on the body type data, wherein the characteristics comprise at least one of gender, age and stature; and/or determining a preference of the target object based on at least one of the historical shopping information, the current dressing information, and the historical browsing information;
And selecting the commodity matched with the characteristics and/or the preference as the commodity matched with the target object.
6. The method of purchasing according to claim 1, wherein,
the displaying the at least one recommended commodity in a peripheral display area of the displayed second avatar includes:
displaying a preset environmental background as the background of the peripheral display area, and displaying the at least one recommended commodity in the preset environmental background.

9. A storage device storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the method of any of claims 1-7.
10. An on-line merchandise purchasing apparatus comprising a processor and a communication circuit, a display and a memory coupled to the processor;
the processor is configured to execute the computer program stored in the memory to implement the method of any one of claims 1-7 in combination with the communication circuit and the display.
11. The purchasing apparatus of claim 10, further comprising image acquisition means for image acquisition of the target object.
