In this embodiment, for each delivery label recorded with user order information, a delivery terminal that needs to be provided with a corresponding reading device recognizes the state of a delivery object in response to the relative position information between the delivery object and the delivery device acquired in step S201, and also recognizes the user order information recorded in the delivery label, and provides the user order information to a server. The state of the delivery object is either one of moving into and moving out of the delivery device. In one embodiment, the status of the delivery object is determined by: if the relative distance between the distribution object and the distribution device is determined to be reduced compared with the value acquired last time and is smaller than the distance threshold value specified in the preset condition, determining that the distribution object is moved into the distribution device; and if the relative distance between the delivery objects and the delivery devices is increased compared with the value collected last time and is larger than the distance threshold value specified in the preset condition, determining that the delivery objects are moved out of the delivery devices. In one embodiment, the identification range is determined based on the spatial range encompassed by the dispensing device; and detecting whether the distribution object is positioned in the identification range to obtain the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device. Further, constructing a preset condition based on whether the delivery object is located in the identification range; if the delivery object is detected to enter the identification range, determining that the delivery object is moved into the delivery device; if the delivery objects are checked to move out of the identification range from the identification range, the delivery objects are determined to be moved out of the delivery devices. In one embodiment, the user order information recorded in the delivery label is identified by a card reader provided on the delivery terminal. Following the example of the takeaway scenario, after a user places an order for an entity object providing takeaway service, the entity object configures the takeaway service, and then the entity object computing device provides user order information and a configuration identifier of a delivery object to a server, the server determines that the delivery object has completed configuration and then sends the user order information to a card writer, the card writer writes the user order information into a specific electronic tag arranged on a takeaway packaging box, and when the takeaway packaging box enters a takeaway box, a delivery terminal arranged on the takeaway box reads the user order information from the specific electronic tag. In one embodiment, the image information is collected by an image collecting device provided on the distribution terminal. Further, the captured image information is provided to a computing device for determining location information by image recognition techniques, and user order information contained in the image is identified by the computing device. The above example of a take-away scenario continues. The image acquisition device acquires the order pictures, and the image recognition device recognizes the text content in the order pictures to obtain the user order information. In one embodiment, the delivery label is a label for recording information in the form of a two-dimensional code; and scanning the distribution label through a two-dimensional code scanning device arranged on the distribution terminal to obtain the user order information recorded in the two-dimensional code or the bar code.
In this embodiment, further, the service end obtains the user order information provided by the delivery terminal and the state of the delivery object provided with the delivery label moving into or out of the delivery device; the server side determines the order distribution state of the user order information according to the user order information provided by the distribution terminal and the state of the distribution object; the server side obtains a user identification according to user order information provided by the distribution terminal, and sends prompt information to the computing equipment corresponding to the user identification according to the order distribution state. If the state of the distribution object received by the server is moved into the distribution device, sending prompt information that the corresponding order distribution state is the distribution object starting distribution state to the user computing equipment; and if the state of the distribution object received by the server is that the distribution device is moved out, sending prompt information corresponding to the state that the order distribution state is the delivery-to-be-delivered state of the distribution object to the user computing equipment. In one embodiment, the server obtains a current delivery duration of the delivery object, where the current delivery duration is a time from when the server receives a state that the delivery object moves into the delivery apparatus to when the server receives a state that the delivery object moves out of the delivery apparatus; and if the server side judges that the distribution time length meets the distribution time threshold and the order distribution state is the distribution object delivery starting state, changing the order distribution state of the user order information from the distribution object delivery starting state to the distribution object delivery coming state, and sending the prompt information to the user computing equipment. The delivery time threshold is the delivery time length which is estimated according to historical delivery data and is required for delivering from a delivery object to a delivery destination address. The specific estimation processing comprises the following steps: obtaining historical order data; obtaining historical distribution information corresponding to the historical order data; the historical distribution information comprises historical distribution time length and corresponding historical distribution congestion data; and estimating the delivery duration according to the historical order data and the historical delivery information. In one embodiment, the server determines an order distribution status of the user order information, and sends the prompt information to the user computing device according to the order distribution status and a status of a distribution object. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the server receives indication information provided by entity object computing equipment that the distribution object completes configuration, and sets the order distribution state as a configuration completion state; if the state of the distribution object received by the server is the state of being moved into a distribution device and the order distribution state is judged to be the configuration completion state, sending prompt information that the distribution object starts to be dispatched, and setting the order distribution state as the distribution object starting dispatching state; and if the state of the distribution object received by the server is the state of moving out of the distribution device and the order distribution state is judged to be the distribution object delivery starting state, changing the order distribution state of the user order information from the distribution object delivery starting state to the distribution object delivery coming state, and sending prompt information of the delivery object delivery coming state to the user computing equipment.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows a distribution flow chart including: s301, the terminal user places an order to the entity object. S302, the computing equipment of the entity object distributes the distribution information of the object according to the user order information, wherein the distribution information comprises the user order information and the configuration mark of the configuration object. S303, the computing equipment of the entity object provides the user order information and the completed configuration identifier for the server side. S304, the server provides the user order information to the card writer. S305, the card writer writes the user order information into the distribution label. S306, the card reader of the distribution terminal identifies the information of the distribution label moving into the distribution device and the user order information. The distribution terminal is arranged in the distribution device. S307, the card reader of the distribution terminal reports the information of the distribution device and the user order information to the server. S308, the server sends order distribution state information to the user computing equipment and informs the terminal user that the distribution object starts to be distributed. S309, the card reader of the distribution terminal identifies the distribution label to be moved out of the distribution device information and the user order information. S310, the card reader of the distribution terminal reports the information of the distribution device and the user order information to the server. S311, the server sends order distribution state information to the user computing equipment to inform the terminal user that the distribution object is about to be delivered.
To this end, a detailed description is given of a delivery data processing method provided in this embodiment, in which relative position information between a delivery object and a delivery device is collected; in response to the fact that the change of the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device meets the preset condition, the state of the distribution object is determined, the user order information recorded by the distribution label is identified, and the user order information and the state of the distribution object are provided to the server side. Since the status of the delivery objects is automatically recognized, it is not necessary for the delivery person to manually confirm the status of the delivery objects when the delivery objects are moved into or out of the delivery devices. Further, automatic confirmation that the distribution object starts to be dispatched and is about to be dispatched is achieved, and the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy caused by manual confirmation are solved.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, a second embodiment of the present application provides another delivery data processing method. The distribution data processing will be described below with reference to fig. 4. For related parts, refer to the description of the corresponding parts of the above embodiments. The delivery data processing method shown in fig. 4 includes: step S401 to step S402.
Step S401, obtaining user order information provided by a delivery terminal and the state of a delivery object provided with a delivery label; the distribution label records user order information.
In this embodiment, the delivery data processing method may be deployed in a server. And the server side obtains the user order information provided by the delivery terminal and the state of the delivery object provided with the delivery label. The state of the delivery object is either moving into the delivery device or moving out of the delivery device. The user order information is information written into the distribution label by the writing device. Specifically, the server obtains user order information provided by entity object computing equipment and a configuration identifier of a distribution object corresponding to the user order information, and sends the user order information to a writing device for writing data into a distribution label of the distribution object; and the writing device writes the user order information into the distribution label. Of course, the writing device may also obtain the user order information directly from the entity object computing device and write the user order information into the delivery label. The distribution label can be an electronic label or a radio frequency card supporting RFID technology, and can also be other media capable of recording data. For example, the distribution label is a two-dimensional code label or a bar code label supporting a two-dimensional code technology. For another example, the delivery label is a text or image medium printed with user order information. For each delivery label recorded with user order information, the corresponding reading device is required to identify that the delivery label is moved into or out of the delivery device, and the delivery label is reported to the server as the status of the delivery object. Wherein, reading device sets up on the distribution terminal. In one embodiment, the delivery tag is an electronic tag. The distribution terminal identifies the relative position information between the distribution label and the distribution device as the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device; and in response to the change of the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device meeting a preset condition, determining that the distribution object is moved into the distribution device or moved out of the distribution device, and reporting the state of the distribution object to the server. The detailed description of the delivery terminal acquiring the status of the delivery object and the user order information refers to the description of the corresponding parts of the first embodiment. For example, the card reader recognizes the electronic tag in a specific range, tracks the takeout package box provided with the electronic tag to move into the takeout box through the electronic tag, and judges that the takeout package box moves out of the takeout box if the electronic tag cannot be detected in the specific range. In one embodiment, the distribution terminal collects image information through an image collecting device arranged on the distribution terminal, and obtains the state of the distribution object according to the image information. Further, the image acquisition device provides the acquired image information to a computing device for determining the state of the distribution objects through an image identification technology, the computing device identifies that the state of the distribution objects is moved into or out of the distribution devices, and the state of the distribution objects is provided to a service end. In one embodiment, the delivery label is a label for recording information in the form of a two-dimensional code; the distribution terminal identifies the state of the distribution label moving into or out of the distribution device through a two-dimensional code scanning device arranged on the distribution terminal, and the state serving as a distribution object is reported to the server side.
Step S402, obtaining a user identifier from the user order information, and sending prompt information of order distribution state to user computing equipment corresponding to the user identifier according to the state of a distribution object.
In this embodiment, a server determines an order distribution state of user order information according to user order information provided by a distribution object and a state of the distribution object; and the server side acquires a user identifier according to the user order information and sends prompt information to the computing equipment corresponding to the user identifier according to the order distribution state. If the received state of the delivery object is that the delivery object is moved into a delivery device, sending prompt information that the corresponding order delivery state is the delivery object starting delivery state to the user computing equipment; and if the received state of the delivery object is that the delivery object is moved out of the delivery device, sending prompt information corresponding to the order delivery state as the delivery object to be delivered state to the user computing equipment. In one embodiment, the server obtains a current delivery duration of the delivery object, where the current delivery duration is a time from when the server receives a state that the delivery object moves into the delivery apparatus to when the server receives a state that the delivery object moves out of the delivery apparatus; and if the distribution time length is judged to meet the distribution time threshold value and the order distribution state is judged to be the distribution object starting distribution state, changing the order distribution state of the user order information from the distribution object starting distribution state to the distribution object to-be-delivered state, and sending the prompt information to the user computing equipment. In one embodiment, the server determines an order distribution status of the user order information, and sends the prompt information to the user computing device according to the order distribution status and a status of a distribution object. The server receives indication information provided by the entity object computing equipment that the distribution object has completed configuration, and sets the order distribution state as a configuration completion state; if the received state of the distribution object is that the distribution object is moved into a distribution device and the order distribution state is judged to be a configuration completion state, sending prompt information that the distribution object starts to be distributed, and setting the order distribution state as a distribution object starting distribution state; and if the received state of the distribution object is that the distribution object is moved out of the distribution terminal, and the order distribution state is judged to be a distribution object delivery starting state, changing the order distribution state of the user order information from the distribution object delivery starting state to a distribution object delivery coming state, and sending prompt information of the delivery object delivery coming state to the user computing equipment.
So far, another delivery data processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail, where the method obtains user order information provided by a delivery terminal and a state of a delivery object provided with a delivery tag; and acquiring a user identifier from the user order information, and sending prompt information of the order distribution state to user computing equipment corresponding to the user identifier according to the state of the distribution object. Because the order distribution state of the user is automatically prompted according to the information reported by the distribution terminal, distribution personnel do not need to manually confirm the state of the distribution object when the distribution object moves into the distribution device or moves out of the distribution device, the automatic prompt that the distribution object starts to be distributed and is about to be delivered is realized, and the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy caused by manual confirmation and manual prompt are solved.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, a third embodiment of the present application provides a distribution system. The system provided by the third embodiment is described below with reference to fig. 5, and for related parts, reference is made to the description of corresponding parts of the above embodiments. The delivery system shown in fig. 5 includes: a server 501, a card writer 502, a delivery terminal 503 provided in a delivery apparatus, and a delivery label 504 provided on a delivery target; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the server 501 is configured to obtain user order information provided by an entity object computing device and indication information that a delivery object included in the user order information has completed configuration; setting an order distribution state of the user order information according to the indication information, and sending the user order information provided by the entity object computing equipment to the card writer; obtaining user order information provided by the distribution terminal and the state of a distribution object; obtaining a user identifier according to user order information provided by the distribution terminal, and sending prompt information of an order distribution state to user computing equipment corresponding to the user identifier according to the state of a distribution object; the delivery label 504 set on the delivery object is used to record the user order information. For example, the distribution tag is an electronic tag or a radio frequency card supporting RFID technology. In this embodiment, the server determines an order distribution state of the user order information according to the user order information provided by the distribution terminal and a state of a distribution object; and the server side acquires a user identifier according to the user order information and sends prompt information to the computing equipment corresponding to the user identifier according to the order distribution state. If the state of the distribution object received by the server is moved into the distribution device, sending prompt information that the corresponding order distribution state is the distribution object starting distribution state to the user computing equipment; and if the state of the distribution object received by the server is that the distribution device is moved out, sending prompt information corresponding to the state that the order distribution state is the delivery-to-be-delivered state of the distribution object to the user computing equipment. In one embodiment, the server obtains a current delivery duration of the delivery object, where the current delivery duration is a time from when the server receives the delivery object to move into the delivery device until the server receives the delivery object to move out of the delivery device; and if the server side judges that the distribution time length meets the distribution time threshold and the order distribution state is the distribution object delivery starting state, changing the order distribution state of the user order information from the distribution object delivery starting state to the distribution object delivery coming state, and sending the prompt information to the user computing equipment. In one embodiment, the server determines an order distribution status of the user order information, and sends the prompt information to the user computing device according to the order distribution status and a status of a distribution object. The server receives indication information provided by the entity object computing equipment that the distribution object has completed configuration, and sets the order distribution state as a configuration completion state; if the server receives the position change information of the distribution object entering the distribution terminal and judges that the order distribution state is a configuration completion state, sending a prompt message that the distribution object starts to be dispatched, and setting the order distribution state as a distribution object starting dispatching state; and if the server receives the state that the distribution object is moved out of the distribution device and judges that the order distribution state is the distribution object delivery starting state, changing the order distribution state of the user order information from the distribution object delivery starting state to the distribution object delivery coming state, and sending prompt information of the delivery object delivery coming state to the user computing equipment.
The card writer 502 is configured to receive user order information provided by the entity object computing device sent by the server, and write the user order information into the distribution label. Specifically, the server side obtains user order information provided by entity object computing equipment and a distribution object configuration finished identifier corresponding to the user order information, and sends the user order information to a card writer; and the card writer writes the user order information into the distribution label. Of course, the card writer may also obtain the user order information directly from the entity object computing device and write the user order information into the delivery label.
The distribution terminal 503 disposed in the distribution apparatus is configured to collect relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution apparatus; in response to the fact that the change of the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device meets the preset condition, the state of the distribution object is determined, the user order information recorded by the distribution label is identified, and the user order information and the state of the distribution object are provided to the server side. For example, the card reader recognizes the electronic tag and the data recorded in the electronic tag within a specific range, and tracks the movement of the delivery object provided with the electronic tag into the delivery device by the electronic tag. And if the electronic tag cannot be detected within a specific range, judging that the delivery object moves out of the delivery device.
Thus far, the delivery system provided in the third embodiment is explained. A distribution terminal of the system collects relative position information between a distribution object and a distribution device; in response to the fact that the change of the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device meets the preset condition, the state of the distribution object is determined, the user order information recorded by the distribution label is identified, and the user order information and the state of the distribution object are provided to the server side. The server side obtains the user order information provided by the distribution terminal and the state of a distribution object; and obtaining a user identifier according to the user order information, and sending prompt information of the order distribution state to user computing equipment corresponding to the user identifier according to the state of the distribution object. The distribution terminal automatically collects the state of the distribution object and reports the state to the server, and the server prompts the order distribution state of the user according to the information reported by the distribution object, so that the distribution personnel do not need to manually confirm to start distribution when the distribution object moves into the distribution terminal or manually inform the user of the upcoming distribution when the distribution object moves out of the distribution terminal, the automatic confirmation and prompt of the distribution object starting distribution and the upcoming distribution are realized, and the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy caused by manual confirmation and manual prompt are solved.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, a fourth embodiment of the present application provides a dispensing device. A dispensing device according to a fourth embodiment is described below with reference to fig. 6, and for related parts, reference is made to the description of corresponding parts of the above embodiments. The dispensing device shown in fig. 6, comprising: a case 601, a lid 602, a connection plate 603, and a distribution terminal 604 provided on any one of the case, the lid, and the connection plate; the distribution terminal is used for identifying the user order information recorded by the distribution label and the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device, and determining the state of the distribution object in response to the fact that the change of the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device meets a preset condition.
In this embodiment, the distribution terminal is any one of a radio frequency card reader, an image acquisition device, and a two-dimensional code scanning device; the radio frequency card reader is used for identifying data in a distribution label recorded with user order information and relative position information between a distribution object and a distribution device; the image acquisition device is used for acquiring images of distribution objects provided with the distribution labels and images of the distribution labels; the two-dimensional code scanning device is used for identifying data in a delivery label recording the data in a two-dimensional code form and identifying relative position information between a delivery object and the delivery device. Further, if the distribution terminal is an image acquisition device, the distribution terminal further includes an image recognition device, and the image recognition device is configured to recognize user order information and relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device according to the image information including the distribution object and the distribution label. The positions of the dispensing terminals shown in the drawings are schematic positions, and the specific arrangement positions of the dispensing terminals in any one of the box, the cover, and the connector are not limited.
The dispensing device according to the fourth embodiment has been described so far. The distribution terminal of the distribution device identifies the user order information recorded by the distribution label and the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device, and determines the state of the distribution object in response to the change of the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device meeting a preset condition. The distribution terminal automatically collects the state of the distribution objects, so that the distribution objects are prevented from being sent by manual confirmation or being about to be sent by manual confirmation when being moved into or out of the distribution device, and the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy caused by manual confirmation are solved.
A fifth embodiment of the present application provides a distributed data processing apparatus corresponding to the first embodiment. The apparatus provided in the fifth embodiment will be described below with reference to fig. 7. The apparatus shown in fig. 7 comprises:
a data collecting unit 701 for collecting relative position information between the distribution objects and the distribution devices;
a data reporting unit 702, configured to determine a status of a delivery object in response to that a change in relative position information between the delivery object and a delivery device satisfies a preset condition, identify user order information recorded by a delivery label, and provide the user order information and the status of the delivery object to a server.
Optionally, the state of the delivery object is any one of moving into and moving out of the delivery device.
Optionally, the data reporting unit 702 is specifically configured to: if the relative distance between the distribution object and the distribution device is determined to be reduced compared with the value acquired last time and is smaller than the distance threshold value specified in the preset condition, determining that the distribution object is moved into the distribution device; and if the relative distance between the delivery objects and the delivery devices is increased compared with the value collected last time and is larger than the distance threshold value specified in the preset condition, determining that the delivery objects are moved out of the delivery devices.
Optionally, the data acquisition unit 701 is specifically configured to: determining an identification range according to a spatial range included by the delivery device; detecting whether the distribution object is located in the identification range to obtain relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device; the data reporting unit 702 is specifically configured to: constructing a preset condition based on whether the delivery object is located in the identification range; if the delivery object is detected to enter the identification range, determining that the delivery object is moved into the delivery device; if the delivery objects are checked to move out of the identification range from the identification range, the delivery objects are determined to be moved out of the delivery devices.
Optionally, the data acquisition unit 701 is specifically configured to: the method comprises the steps of collecting image information through an arranged image collecting device, and determining relative position information between distribution objects and distribution devices according to the image information.
Optionally, the data acquisition unit 701 is specifically configured to: the acquired image information is provided to a computing device for determining position information by image recognition techniques, by which relative position information between the distribution objects and the distribution devices is recognized.
Optionally, the distribution label is a label for recording information in a two-dimensional code form; the data acquisition unit 701 is specifically configured to: and identifying the relative position information between the two-dimensional code and the distribution device through a two-dimensional code scanning device.
Up to this point, a description has been given of a device provided in a fifth embodiment, which collects relative position information between distribution targets and distribution devices; in response to the fact that the change of the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device meets the preset condition, the state of the distribution object is determined, the user order information recorded by the distribution label is identified, and the user order information and the state of the distribution object are provided to the server side. Since the status of the delivery objects is automatically recognized, it is not necessary for the delivery person to manually confirm the status of the delivery objects when the delivery objects are moved into or out of the delivery devices. Further, automatic confirmation that the distribution object starts to be dispatched and is about to be dispatched is achieved, and the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy caused by manual confirmation are solved.
A sixth embodiment of the present application provides another distributed data processing apparatus corresponding to the second embodiment. The following describes the apparatus provided in the sixth embodiment with reference to fig. 8. The apparatus shown in fig. 8 comprises:
a data obtaining unit 801 configured to obtain user order information provided by a delivery terminal and a status of a delivery object provided with a delivery tag; the distribution label records user order information;
a delivery status monitoring unit 802, configured to obtain a user identifier from the user order information, and send prompt information of an order delivery status to a user computing device corresponding to the user identifier according to a status of a delivery object.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes a writing unit, where the writing unit is configured to: obtaining user order information provided by entity object computing equipment and a distribution object finished configuration identifier corresponding to the user order information, and sending the user order information to a writing device for writing data into a distribution label of a distribution object; the writing device is used for writing the user order information into the distribution label.
Optionally, the delivery status monitoring unit 802 is specifically configured to: if the received state of the delivery object is that the delivery object is moved into a delivery device, sending prompt information that the corresponding order delivery state is the delivery object starting delivery state to the user computing equipment; and if the received state of the delivery object is that the delivery object is moved out of the delivery device, sending prompt information corresponding to the order delivery state as the delivery object to be delivered state to the user computing equipment.

Up to this point, a description has been given of an apparatus provided in a sixth embodiment, which obtains user order information provided by a delivery terminal and a state of a delivery target provided with a delivery tag; and acquiring a user identifier from the user order information, and sending prompt information of the order distribution state to user computing equipment corresponding to the user identifier according to the state of the distribution object. Because the order distribution state of the user is automatically prompted according to the information reported by the distribution terminal, distribution personnel do not need to manually confirm the state of the distribution object when the distribution object moves into the distribution device or moves out of the distribution device, the automatic prompt that the distribution object starts to be distributed and is about to be delivered is realized, and the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy caused by manual confirmation and manual prompt are solved.
Based on the above embodiments, a seventh embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of the electronic device, which includes: a memory 901, and a processor 902; the memory is used for storing a computer program, and the computer program is executed by the processor to execute the distribution data processing method provided by the embodiment of the application.
The electronic device provided in the embodiment of the present application is described so far, and the electronic device serves as a server to obtain the user order information provided by the delivery terminal and the status of the delivery object provided with the delivery label. The electronic equipment is used as a distribution terminal and used for collecting relative position information between a distribution object and a distribution device; in response to the fact that the change of the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device meets the preset condition, the state of the distribution object is determined, the user order information recorded by the distribution label is identified, and the user order information and the state of the distribution object are provided to the server side. And the server side acquires a user identifier according to the user order information and sends order distribution state prompt information to the computing equipment corresponding to the user identifier according to the state of the distribution object. Since the status of the delivery objects is automatically recognized, it is not necessary for the delivery person to manually confirm the status of the delivery objects when the delivery objects are moved into or out of the delivery devices. The problems of low efficiency and low accuracy caused by manual confirmation are solved.
Based on the above embodiments, an eighth embodiment of the present application provides a storage device, and please refer to the corresponding description of the above embodiments for related parts. The schematic diagram of the storage device is similar to fig. 9. The storage device stores a computer program, and the computer program is executed by the processor to execute the distribution data processing method provided by the embodiment of the application.
The storage device provided in the embodiment of the present application is described so far, and the computer program stored in the storage device is a server program, and after being executed by the processor, the computer program obtains the user order information provided by the delivery terminal and the state of the delivery object provided with the delivery label. The computer program stored in the storage device is a distribution terminal program, and after being operated by the processor, the computer program collects the relative position information between a distribution object and a distribution device; in response to the fact that the change of the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device meets the preset condition, the state of the distribution object is determined, the user order information recorded by the distribution label is identified, and the user order information and the state of the distribution object are provided to the server side. And the server side acquires a user identifier according to the user order information and sends order distribution state prompt information to the computing equipment corresponding to the user identifier according to the state of the distribution object. Since the status of the delivery objects is automatically recognized, it is not necessary for the delivery person to manually confirm the status of the delivery objects when the delivery objects are moved into or out of the delivery devices. The problems of low efficiency and low accuracy caused by manual confirmation are solved.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
1. Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, computer readable media does not include non-transitory computer readable media (transient media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
2. As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
Although the present application has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present application, and those skilled in the art can make variations and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application, therefore, the scope of the present application should be determined by the claims that follow.

Claims (10)

1. A delivery data processing method for setting a delivery tag on a delivery object, the delivery tag being used for recording user order information, and a delivery device communicating with the delivery tag in a near field communication system, the delivery data processing method comprising:
collecting relative position information between a distribution object and a distribution device;
in response to the fact that the change of the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device meets the preset condition, the state of the distribution object is determined, the user order information recorded by the distribution label is identified, and the user order information and the state of the distribution object are provided to the server side.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the status of the delivery object is any one of moved into and out of a delivery device.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the status of the delivery targets in response to a change in the relative positional information between the delivery targets and the delivery devices satisfying a preset condition comprises:
if the relative distance between the distribution object and the distribution device is determined to be reduced compared with the value acquired last time and is smaller than the distance threshold value specified in the preset condition, determining that the distribution object is moved into the distribution device;
and if the relative distance between the delivery objects and the delivery devices is increased compared with the value collected last time and is larger than the distance threshold value specified in the preset condition, determining that the delivery objects are moved out of the delivery devices.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein collecting relative position information between the distribution objects and the distribution devices comprises:
determining an identification range according to a spatial range included by the delivery device;
detecting whether the distribution object is located in the identification range to obtain relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device;
the determining the state of the delivery objects in response to the change of the relative position information between the delivery objects and the delivery devices satisfying a preset condition includes:
constructing a preset condition based on whether the delivery object is located in the identification range;
if the delivery object is detected to enter the identification range, determining that the delivery object is moved into the delivery device; if the delivery objects are checked to move out of the identification range from the identification range, the delivery objects are determined to be moved out of the delivery devices.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein collecting relative position information between the distribution objects and the distribution devices comprises:
the method comprises the steps of collecting image information through an arranged image collecting device, and determining relative position information between distribution objects and distribution devices according to the image information.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
the acquired image information is provided to a computing device for determining position information by image recognition techniques, by which relative position information between the distribution objects and the distribution devices is recognized.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the delivery label is a label that records information in the form of a two-dimensional code;
the collecting of the relative position information between the distribution objects and the distribution devices includes:
and identifying the relative position information between the two-dimensional code and the distribution device through a two-dimensional code scanning device.
8. A delivery data processing method, comprising:
obtaining user order information provided by a distribution terminal and the state of a distribution object provided with a distribution label; the distribution label records user order information;
and acquiring a user identifier from the user order information, and sending prompt information of the order distribution state to user computing equipment corresponding to the user identifier according to the state of the distribution object.
9. A dispensing system, comprising: the system comprises a server, a card writer, a distribution terminal arranged on a distribution device and a distribution label arranged on a distribution object;
the server is used for obtaining user order information provided by entity object computing equipment and indication information of the completed configuration of the distribution object contained in the user order information; setting an order distribution state of the user order information according to the indication information, and sending the user order information provided by the entity object computing equipment to the card writer; obtaining user order information provided by the distribution terminal and the state of a distribution object; obtaining a user identifier according to user order information provided by the distribution terminal, and sending prompt information of an order distribution state to user computing equipment corresponding to the user identifier according to the state of a distribution object;
the card writer is used for receiving user order information provided by the entity object computing equipment and sent by the server side and writing the user order information into the distribution label;
the distribution terminal is used for collecting relative position information between the distribution objects and the distribution devices; in response to the fact that the change of the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device meets a preset condition, determining the state of the distribution object, identifying the user order information recorded by the distribution label, and providing the user order information and the state of the distribution object to a server;
and the distribution label is used for recording the user order information.
10. The distribution device is characterized by comprising a box body, a cover body, a connecting plate and a distribution terminal arranged on any one of the box body, the cover body and the connecting plate; the distribution terminal is used for identifying the user order information recorded by the distribution label and the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device, and determining the state of the distribution object in response to the fact that the change of the relative position information between the distribution object and the distribution device meets a preset condition.
