Drawings
The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this application, illustrate embodiments of the application and, together with the description, serve to explain the application and are not intended to limit the application. In the drawings:
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method of digital center asset management according to an embodiment of the present application.
Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
In the embodiment, a digital center asset management method is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of a digital center asset management method according to an embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 1, the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S102, obtaining a picture of a preset position of a cabinet shot by a user through a client installed on a mobile terminal, wherein the cabinet is provided with a plurality of positions for placing equipment, each position is provided with a label for indicating the position, and the label is used for indicating identification information of the preset position;
step S104, acquiring the identification information of the preset position, and retrieving in a database according to the identification information to obtain a retrieval result, wherein the retrieval result is used for indicating the condition of placing equipment on the preset position;
there are many ways to acquire the identification information, for example, when the tag indicating the location is a radio frequency RFID tag, the identification information of the predetermined location obtained by reading the RFID tag by the mobile terminal is acquired. For another example, the acquiring the tag information of the predetermined position includes: and identifying the label information in the picture to obtain the label information of the preset position.
Step S106, identifying the picture to obtain an identification result, wherein the identification result is used for indicating the situation of placing the picture on the preset position;
in the above step S104 and step S106, the case of placing the device on the predetermined position may include: whether a device is placed at a predetermined position and device information of the device in a case where the device is placed, wherein a tag indicating identification information of the device is provided on the device.
And inputting equipment information corresponding to the identification information of each equipment in the database in advance. The step of identifying the picture to obtain an identification result comprises the following steps: and under the condition that the picture comprises the equipment, identifying the identification information attached to the equipment in the picture, acquiring the equipment information corresponding to the identification information from the database according to the identified identification information, comparing the equipment information corresponding to the identification information with the equipment information of the equipment corresponding to the position stored in the database, and if the equipment information is different, updating the equipment information of the equipment at the position in the database by using the identification information identified in the picture.
Identifying the identification information from the picture may use text recognition techniques. For example, the picture is divided into a plurality of parts, the picture is divided into a plurality of sub-pictures according to the character line direction in the dividing mode, and then character recognition is carried out on each sub-picture respectively to obtain text characters in the electronic document.
There are many ways to perform text recognition, for example, each sub-picture is separated into different color components (for example, RGB three color components), an image intensity level respectively contained in a color plane of each color component is determined (for example, the image has a red ratio greater than green and a green ratio greater than blue, the red intensity level is greater than the green intensity level, the green intensity level is greater than the blue intensity level, and the image intensity level is used to indicate the ratio of the color pixel in the pixel of the whole image), and the image is converted into a gray image according to the image intensity level, wherein the higher the image intensity level is approximately black in the gray image, and the lower the image intensity level is approximately white in the gray image. The character converted into the gray image is recognized, and the recognition accuracy is improved.
And step S108, updating the data corresponding to the identification information in the database according to the identification result and the retrieval result.
In the step, judging whether the identification result is the same as the retrieval result, if so, not updating the database; and if the identification result is different from the retrieval result, updating the database according to the content in the identification result.
The problem that the equipment of the digital center cannot be updated in time under the condition of change in the prior art is solved through the steps, so that the management efficiency of the digital center assets is improved, and the management difficulty is reduced.
The following description is made with reference to an alternative embodiment, in which the following techniques are involved:
1) asset barcode scanning technology. A complete set of bar code management system is mainly composed of a label, a scanning terminal (the scanning terminal can be replaced by a mobile terminal), a network manager and the like. Firstly, before equipment enters a field, a label with bar code or two-dimensional code information is pasted on an asset in advance; then, when the equipment is on-line or changed, a mobile scanning terminal is used for scanning a label on the equipment, and asset information is rapidly input; and finally, uploading the data acquired on site to a network manager in real time by means of a wireless transmission technology, and automatically updating the data in the system. In addition, the latest data in the system can be downloaded to the scanning terminal, and the asset information of the current position is displayed through a graphical interface, so that the asset information can be compared and checked on site. Therefore, the bar code mobile scanning technology greatly improves the working efficiency of asset checking, avoids manual input links and ensures accurate correspondence of information flow and asset physical flow.
In another optional implementation, a machine room where each cabinet is located is obtained from a database, and a situation of placing equipment at each position on the cabinet is obtained, a 3D image is generated according to the situation of placing equipment, an operable control is added to a position on each cabinet in the 3D image, and after the control receives a click operation, a layer is added to the 3D image, and the layer is used for displaying information of the position and equipment information of equipment placed at the position once or now.
2) Rack level asset identification strip technology. The method comprises the following steps that a large difficulty of asset management is to determine the U position of a cabinet where IT equipment is located; the asset identification strip can be arranged on the side face of the cabinet, near-end communication is carried out through the built-in ID chip, and whether each U position in the IT cabinet is occupied or not and equipment information occupying the space can be identified. The asset location information is collectively reported to the asset management system through a communication interface of an asset identification strip for identifying the RFID chip attached to the device, thereby identifying the device information of the device and reporting to the asset management system. Thus completing the work of information collection, input and the like. Through the identification of the asset U bit, the continuously available U bit space can be accurately found and used for guiding the shelf loading and unloading work of the blade and other servers.
3) An automatic identification technology of equipment. Unlike IT devices such as servers and storage devices, most UPS and air conditioners cannot be automatically discovered by the network manager, and users are required to manually add the UPS and air conditioners to the network manager and bring the UPS and air conditioners into the network manager for monitoring. If the devices are added with information such as electronic tags and the like and actively push device information to the network management, the devices can realize self-identification and self-registration on the network management and automatically refresh the information to the asset management system, thereby greatly simplifying the related work.
The above-described recognition technique in combination with the image recognition techniques in step S102 and step S108 can realize automatic updating of the database data. In another optional embodiment, a camera device may be further disposed at the doorway of the machine room, and the camera device triggers to capture an image when a person passes through the doorway. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a first picture of a preset person entering the machine room, which is shot by the camera device, obtaining identifiable characteristics (such as facial characteristics) of the preset person, and obtaining a second picture of the preset person leaving the machine room, which is shot by the camera device, according to the identifiable characteristics; and comparing the first photo with the second photo to determine whether the preset person carries equipment when entering and leaving, if the preset person carries different equipment when entering and leaving (for example, the preset person carries the equipment when leaving or does not carry the equipment when entering and leaving), judging whether the database of the preset person is updated in the time period of the machine room, and if the database of the preset person is not updated, sending prompt information to the preset person, wherein the prompt information is used for indicating the preset person to update the database of the equipment put into or taken out of the machine room.
