Abstract
The invention provides a novel slag collecting butterfly valve which comprises a driving device, a liquid outlet device, a valve body, a valve rod and a butterfly plate, wherein the driving device, the liquid outlet device, the valve body, the valve rod and the butterfly plate are sequentially connected; the butterfly plate is provided with a shaft sleeve, the valve rod transversely penetrates through the liquid outlet device and the shaft sleeve and is connected with the driving device, a filter screen is arranged on the butterfly plate, the valve body is provided with an inflating nozzle and a sealing ring communicated with the inflating nozzle, and the sealing ring is arranged on the inner wall of the valve body. The butterfly plate is of a hollow structure and is provided with a cavity, and the filter screen comprises three filter layers which are stacked in sequence. Three filter layers with different filter precisions on the slag collecting butterfly valve can ensure that water flows out quickly and simultaneously realize solid particle recovery; the valve rod and the butterfly plate with the hollow structure can not only discharge water, but also be used for providing a channel of high-pressure gas or high-pressure cleaning agent for back flushing or back flushing; the valve body inner wall is equipped with inflatable sealing washer, can aerify the use after the butterfly plate is closed, keeps good leakproofness, and the durability is stronger.

In some embodiments, the butterfly plate is a hollow structure and is formed with a cavity, and the filter screen comprises a first filter layer, a second filter layer and a third filter layer which are sequentially stacked.
In some embodiments, the first filtration layer has a filtration precision of 0.01mm to 1mm, and the second filtration layer has a filtration precision of 1mm to 5 mm; the filtering precision of the third filtering layer is 0.001 mm-0.01 mm.
In some embodiments, the valve rod is a hollow structure with two closed end faces, the valve rod is provided with a plurality of liquid inlets, and the liquid inlets are communicated with the cavity.
