when in use, the peripheral retaining component 2 is placed in the cofferdam 1, and a part of the water caltrops 101 in the planting area 10 is surrounded by the water caltrops 101;
the water pump 231 is started to pump water outside the peripheral baffle assembly 2 and inject the water into the peripheral baffle cavity 214 through the water inlet pipe 232; as the amount of water in the containment cavity 214 increases, the containment groove 21 presses the lower pressing block 222 downwards by the gravity of the water and finally makes the lower pressing block 222 close to the sludge surface 102, so as to prevent the water in the water storage chamber 36 from flowing out of the bottom of the sealing part 22;
water in the enclosure cavity 214 rapidly enters the water storage chamber 36 through the water filling channels 235 at four corners, and the water in the water storage chamber 36 submerges the upper end face of the water chestnut 101 in a short time;
the duckweeds float on the water caltrops 101 under the action of the buoyancy of the duckweeds and float on the upper surface of the water layer in the water storage chamber 36;
the telescopic rod 41 is started to drive the rake teeth 42 to feed the duckweeds into the inner baffle chamber through the duckweeds inlet 43, so that the duckweeds are collected in a centralized manner, and the centralized cleaning at the later stage is facilitated;
after the duckweed is collected, the drain valve 234 is opened, so that the water in the enclosure cavity 214 is drained, the lower pressing block 222 drives the enclosure groove 21 to move upwards by means of buoyancy of the lower pressing block, the water in the water storage chamber 36 rapidly flows out along the bottom of the lower pressing block 222, and the liquid level of the water storage chamber 36 and the liquid level of the peripheral enclosure assembly 2 are flush in a short time.

a planting area is arranged in the cofferdam, water chestnuts are planted in the planting area, the height of the water chestnuts is smaller than the height D2 of the cofferdam, a first water layer is arranged at the bottoms of the water chestnuts, the height of the first water layer is D1, and the height D1 of the first water layer is smaller than the height D2 of the cofferdam;
the peripheral baffle assembly comprises a peripheral baffle groove, a sealing part and a water filling part, the main body of the peripheral baffle groove is circular, an untreated planting region is arranged outside the peripheral baffle groove, the water filling part draws water in the untreated planting region, a planting region to be treated is arranged inside the peripheral baffle groove, the water drawn by the water filling part enters the planting region to be treated, the bottom plate of the peripheral baffle groove is provided with the sealing part, the sealing part surrounds the periphery of the bottom of the peripheral baffle groove, and the peripheral baffle groove sends the water outside the peripheral baffle groove into the inner peripheral baffle assembly through the water filling part;
the inner surrounding baffle component comprises an inner baffle I, an inner baffle II, an inner baffle III, an inner baffle IV, an inner baffle chamber I, an inner baffle chamber II, an inner baffle chamber III, an inner baffle chamber IV and a water storage chamber, wherein the inner baffle I, the inner baffle II, the inner baffle III and the inner baffle IV are distributed in a rectangular shape, one side of the inner baffle I, the inner baffle II, the inner baffle III and the inner baffle IV is fixedly connected with the side wall of the water filling channel respectively, the upper end surfaces of the inner baffle I, the inner baffle II, the inner baffle III and the inner baffle IV are flush with the upper end surface of the water filling channel, lower bottom plates are fixed at the bottoms of the inner baffle I, the inner baffle II, the inner baffle III and the inner baffle IV, a lower bottom plate chamber I is formed between the inner baffle I and the lower bottom plate as well as the side wall of the water filling channel, an inner baffle chamber II is formed between the inner baffle II and the baffle II as well as the side wall of the water filling channel, and an inner baffle III is formed between the inner baffle III and the lower bottom plate as well as the side wall of the water filling channel, an inner baffle chamber IV is formed between the inner baffle IV and the lower bottom plate as well as the side wall of the irrigation channel, a water storage chamber is formed between the inner sides of the inner baffle I, the inner baffle II, the inner baffle III and the inner baffle IV, and the upper end and the lower end of the water storage chamber are both in an opening shape; the height D3 of the water layer in the water storage chamber is greater than the height of the water caltrops;
the number of the duckweed cleaning assemblies is four, the duckweed cleaning assemblies are arranged on the four walls in the water storage chamber and comprise telescopic rods, rake teeth and duckweed inlets, the telescopic rods are fixed on the first inner baffle, the second inner baffle, the third inner baffle and the fourth upper inner baffle, the duckweed inlets penetrate through the first inner baffle, the second inner baffle, the third inner baffle and the fourth upper inner baffle, and the water level in the water storage chamber is located below the lower end face of the duckweed inlets;
the enclosure groove comprises a first enclosure baffle, a second enclosure baffle, an enclosure bottom plate and an enclosure cavity, the cross sections of the first enclosure baffle, the second enclosure baffle and the enclosure bottom plate are U-shaped, and the enclosure cavity is formed among the first enclosure baffle, the second enclosure baffle and the enclosure bottom plate;
