医用胶带顾名思义为卷状的医用产品。胶带产品在使用过程中需要解卷,达到需求长度后断开,这其中的关键就是需要胶带有很好的解卷力,才能便于医护人员使用。解卷力就是靠对胶带进行背处理来实现,以往的背处理生产工艺需要先在基材表面涂布一层浆料,保证基材表面的孔隙被浆料填平,烘干收卷后在经过处理设备在浆料表面涂布一层离型剂,再进行烘干收卷,由于离型剂使用量很小,所以一次涂布很难均匀分散,就会导致二次涂布离型剂。这就导致背处理能耗较高,而且处理剂使用量很难控制,使用不当会导致解卷力偏小或者偏大,而带来的后果就是胶带打不开无法使用或胶带不能成卷。而基材供应商一般不具有背处理的能力,又需要找第三方厂家做基材背处理,增加了运输成本,也会导致生产时间被变相的加长,对胶带生产企业影响较大。而本发明就可以直接采购原基材,涂胶后只需要一遍背处理就可以规避上述不利因素,做出的胶带产品解卷性能优良,胶带粘合力没有降低,大大节约了生产成本。
