The results of the plasticity tests of the clay sculpture materials obtained in examples 1 to 4 mainly adopt an observation mode to check whether the clay sculpture can sink and deform under the influence of self weight after being shaped for 2 hours, 24 hours and 5 days, whether the clay sculpture can rebound and deform, and whether obvious plastic surface cracks can appear after drying.
Therefore, the clay sculpture material prepared by the formula and the preparation method can basically meet the plasticity requirement of clay sculpture, and is safe and nontoxic because the materials are all medical or edible materials.

Example 8
Based on the non-toxic antibacterial artware clay sculpture material prepared according to any one of embodiments 1 to 4, the ingredients further comprise, in parts by weight: 15.5 parts of sodium chloride.
The applicant finds that the antibacterial performance of the clay sculpture material can be obviously improved by adding the salt with the formula amount into the clay sculpture material. The bacterial colony number of the clay sculpture material without the salt exceeds 10000cfu/g 1-2 hours after preparation, the plasticity of the clay sculpture material with the salt added according to the formula does not obviously decrease, the basic requirement that the clay sculpture does not deform within 5 days can be still met, and the bacterial colony number of the material per se can be kept to be not more than 10000cfu/g within 5 days. The salt with the amount lower than the formula amount can not play a good antibacterial role, and the salt with the amount higher than the formula amount can cause the viscosity of the clay sculpture material to be sharply reduced, so that the clay sculpture material can not be shaped.
Example 9
Based on the non-toxic antibacterial artware clay sculpture material prepared according to any one of embodiments 1 to 4, the ingredients further comprise, in parts by weight: 20 parts of brewed vinegar.
Example 10
Based on the non-toxic antibacterial artware clay sculpture material prepared according to any one of embodiments 1 to 4, the ingredients further comprise, in parts by weight: 10 portions of brewed vinegar.
Example 11
Based on the non-toxic antibacterial artware clay sculpture material prepared according to any one of embodiments 1 to 4, the ingredients further comprise, in parts by weight: brewing vinegar 18 parts.
Example 12
Based on the non-toxic antibacterial artware clay sculpture material prepared according to any one of embodiments 1 to 4, the ingredients further comprise, in parts by weight: 12.6 parts of brewed vinegar.
The applicant finds that the adhesive property of the clay sculpture material can be obviously improved by adding the brewing vinegar with the formula amount into the clay sculpture material. The clay sculpture material without the addition of the brewing vinegar can not be attached to smooth interfaces, such as glass, stainless steel, ceramic tiles and the like. The clay sculpture material added with the brewing vinegar in the formula amount has excellent adhesiveness, can form good adhesiveness even on a smooth interface, and the clay sculpture material can not fall off from the adhesion interface during use. The brewing vinegar with the amount lower than the formula amount can not realize the result, and the brewing vinegar with the amount higher than the formula amount can obviously cause the strength of the clay sculpture material to be increased, the curing time to be shortened, and the clay sculpture material is not beneficial to shaping.
Example 13
Based on the above embodiment, the rest of the ingredients in step (3) include: 10-30 parts of sodium chloride and 10-20 parts of brewed vinegar. At this time, the third mixture is mixed with sodium chloride and brewed vinegar, and then stirred and mixed in an environment of carbon dioxide at 35 to 40 ℃.
Through research, the antibacterial property and plasticity of the clay sculpture material prepared in the environment are obviously improved. The concrete points are as follows: the colony count of the material per se can be kept to be not more than 6000cfu/g within 5 days. The clay sculpture material has good adhesive capacity and can keep good plasticity within 5 hours. The clay sculpture material prepared in the air environment is generally cured within 3 hours and cannot be molded continuously.
It is to be noted and understood that various modifications and improvements can be made to the invention described in detail above without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as claimed. Accordingly, the scope of the claimed technical solution is not limited by any of the specific exemplary teachings given.
