As can be seen from Table 1, the turbidity and ammonia nitrogen change conditions of the polluted rainwater with the turbidity of 60NTU and the ammonia nitrogen of 30mg/L after the polluted rainwater passes through different processes of a fine regulation and control system for purifying and recycling the rainwater of the public building of various water sources. Therefore, after the polluted rainwater is treated by the conventional process flow, the water quality of the outlet water completely meets the water quality requirement of urban greening water.
After rainwater is treated by the conventional process flow, the quality of outlet water cannot meet the requirement of water quality for vehicle washing, and if the water stored in the clean water tank is used for vehicle washing, an internal circulation process flow is adopted for operation. At the moment, the PLC regulating and controlling device closes the first electric valve (8), opens the third electric valve (15), the coagulant dosing and mixing device (4) stops dosing, the disinfectant dosing device (10) stops dosing the disinfectant, and the rainwater with unqualified pollutants is circularly treated by the internal circulation process flow until the ammonia nitrogen content in the online pollutant detection instrument set (7) of the effluent of the biological activated carbon filtering device is lower than 7 mg/L. At the moment, the first electric valve (8) is opened, the third electric valve (15) is closed, the conventional treatment process flow is converted, and the effluent quality passing through the membrane filtration device is 0.3NTU in turbidity and 6mg/L in ammonia nitrogen. Therefore, after the polluted rainwater passes through the internal circulation process, the effluent quality completely meets the water quality requirement of vehicle flushing.
According to the embodiment, the refined regulation and control system for purifying and recycling the public building rainwater suitable for various water source water is adopted, the treatment process flow is refined and controlled according to the types of different water source water and the change of the water quality pollution degree, the purposes of deep purification and efficient recycling of the public building rainwater and various water source water are achieved, the recycling rate of the rainwater and other unconventional water source water is improved, the application field and the industry range of recycled water are greatly widened, and the reasonable and efficient utilization of public building water resources is realized.

Claims (9)

a rainwater storage tank (1), a lift pump set (2), an online flow detector (3), a coagulant dosing and mixing device (4), a quartz sand filtering device (5), a biological activated carbon filtering device (6), an online pollutant detection instrument set (7), a first electric valve (8), a membrane filtering device (9), a disinfectant dosing device (10) and a clean water tank (11) which are sequentially connected, wherein the clean water tank (11) is provided with a liquid level meter (12), wherein a return pipe (13) is arranged in front of the first electric valve (8), the return pipe (13) is connected with the rainwater storage tank (1) through a second electric valve (14), a branch pipeline is arranged in front of the second electric valve (14), the branch pipeline is connected with a water suction pipe in front of the lifting pump group (2) through a third electric valve (15), namely, the pipeline connection between the rainwater storage tank (1) and the lifting pump set (2) is called as a water suction pipe; the system comprises a lifting pump set (2), an online flow detector (3), a coagulant dosing mixing device (4), an online pollutant detection instrument set (7), a disinfectant dosing device (10), a liquid level meter (12), a first electric valve (8), a second electric valve (14) and a third electric valve (15), which are all connected with a PLC regulation and control device (16).
The lifting pump set (2) lifts rainwater in the rainwater storage tank (1), flows through the online flow detector (3), is added with a coagulant through the coagulant adding and mixing device (4) to be mixed with rainwater, and then is conveyed to the quartz sand filtering device (5) and the biological activated carbon filtering device (6);
under the condition of a conventional treatment process flow, when the filtered water of the biological activated carbon filtering device (6) is qualified through the detection of organic matters and turbidity indexes of the online pollutant detection instrument set (7), the first electric valve (8) is opened, and the filtered water is sequentially conveyed to the membrane filtering device (9) and the disinfectant dosing device (10) and then enters the clean water tank (11);
when the organic matter index of the online pollutant detection instrument set (7) of the filtered water is unqualified and the liquid level of the liquid level meter (12) is lower than a set lower limit threshold, switching to an internal circulation treatment process flow, closing the first electric valve (8), opening the third electric valve (15), stopping the dosing of the coagulant dosing and mixing device (4), stopping the dosing of the disinfectant by the disinfectant dosing and mixing device (10), pressurizing the filtered water again through the lifting pump set (2) through the return pipe (13), and then flowing through the online flow detector (3), the coagulant dosing and mixing device (4), the quartz sand filtering device (5) and the biological activated carbon filtering device (6) to perform internal circulation treatment process operation; when the organic matter index of the online pollutant detection instrument set (7) is detected to be qualified, the first electric valve (8) is opened, the third electric valve (15) is closed, the conventional treatment process flow is recovered, and at the moment, the coagulant dosing and mixing device (4) starts to add the medicament and the disinfectant dosing device (10) starts to add the disinfectant;
when the filtered water is unqualified in organic matter index detection of the online pollutant detection instrument set (7) and the liquid level of the liquid level meter (12) is between a set lower limit threshold and an upper limit threshold, switching to a low-load cyclic treatment process, closing the first electric valve (8), opening the third electric valve (15), stopping the chemical dosing of the coagulant dosing mixing device (4), stopping the disinfectant dosing of the disinfectant dosing mixing device (10), adjusting the flow rate of the back-filtered water of the lifting pump set (2) according to the instruction of the PLC regulating device (16), and performing slow cyclic treatment process operation through the online flow detector (3), the coagulant dosing mixing device (4), the quartz sand filtering device (5) and the biological activated carbon filtering device (6); when the organic matter index of the online pollutant detection instrument set (7) is detected to be qualified, the first electric valve (8) is opened, the third electric valve (15) is closed, the process is converted into a low-load conventional treatment process flow, filtered water flows into the clean water tank (11) after passing through the membrane filtering device (9) and the disinfectant dosing device (10), and the coagulant dosing mixing device (4) and the disinfectant dosing device (10) are both used for dosing the coagulant and the disinfectant in proper amount according to the treatment flow rate according to the instruction of the PLC regulating device (16);
when the filtered water is unqualified in organic matter index detection of the online pollutant detection instrument set (7) and the liquid level of the liquid level meter (12) is higher than a set upper limit threshold value, the process flow is converted into an external circulation treatment process, at the moment, the first electric valve (8) is closed, the second electric valve (14) is opened, the filtered water flows back to the rainwater storage tank (1), the lifting pump set (2) is adjusted to reduce the flow according to the PLC regulation and control device (16), so that the filtering time of the filtered water in the quartz sand filtering device (5) and the biological activated carbon filtering device (6) is prolonged, and at the moment, the coagulant dosing and mixing device (4) gradually reduces the coagulant dosing amount according to the turbidity detection value of the online pollutant detection instrument set (7); when the organic matter index of the online pollutant detection instrument group (7) is detected to be qualified or the liquid level of the liquid level meter (12) is between the set lower limit and the upper limit threshold value again, the first electric valve (8) is opened, the second electric valve (14) is closed, the process is converted into a low-load conventional treatment process flow, and the pump group (2) is lifted to operate until the liquid level of the liquid level meter (12) of the clean water tank reaches the highest water level and then is stopped.

3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the membrane filtration device (9) is a microfiltration membrane or an ultrafiltration membrane, being a primary or secondary membrane filtration system.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the agent added to the disinfection and drug adding device (10) is one of the disinfectants such as chlorine dioxide and hypochlorite, or is replaced by a combination of other disinfection methods.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the coagulant used in the coagulant dosing and mixing device (4) is one of a common coagulant such as an aluminum salt and an iron salt, and various complex coagulants.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the online contaminant detection instrument cluster (7) can detect 2 or more water quality indicators, and the detected contaminant indicators can be particulate indicators such as turbidity, suspended solids, and particle number, organic indicators such as UV, TOC, and COD, and nutrient indicators such as ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus.
