Only a few of the water supplies are large-scale and relatively standard united village type water supplies or urban and rural overall water supplies depending on cities and towns.
Data show that at present, 2 hundred million people in rural areas all over the country drink water seriously unsafe, the quality of the drinking water does not reach the standard, and the problems of drinking high-fluorine water, high-arsenic water, polluted water, over-standard ferro-manganese water and the like are very prominent. The integrated rural water supply treatment device is characterized in that: as shown in figure 1, the device consists of a flocculation sedimentation tank, a V-shaped filter tank, an intermediate water tank, a device room, a dosing system, a disinfection system and a back washing system; the flocculation sedimentation tank is internally provided with a baffle plate, a sludge discharge pump, a sludge discharge pipe and an inclined pipe, the front part of the flocculation sedimentation tank is provided with the baffle plate, the rear part of the flocculation sedimentation tank is provided with the inclined pipe, the bottom of the front part and the bottom of the rear part are respectively provided with the sludge discharge pipe and the sludge discharge pump, and the sludge discharge pipes are connected with the respective sludge discharge pumps and used for discharging sludge; a water distribution tank, a filter material layer and a back flushing water outlet tank are arranged in the V-shaped filter tank, the bottom of the V-shaped filter tank is of a V-shaped structure, the back flushing water outlet tank is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the V-shaped filter tank, the filter material layers are arranged on two sides of the back flushing water outlet tank, and the water distribution tank is used for being matched with the filter material layers and distributing water to the filter material layers; a back washing water pump, a blower and a PLC control cabinet are arranged in the equipment room, and a control system is arranged in the PLC control cabinet; the dosing system consists of a dosing tank, a dosing pump and a dosing pipeline, wherein the dosing tank is connected with a water inlet pipeline through the dosing pump by the dosing pipeline, and a pipeline mixer is arranged in the water inlet pipeline;

The PLC control cabinet is connected with a dosing pump, a back flush water pump, a blower, a water inlet pump and a sludge discharge pump dosing and sterilizing device.
The working principle and the operation process of the utility model are as follows:

A backwashing process:
when the V-shaped filter tank reaches a backwashing period or the head loss of the V-shaped filter tank reaches a set value (namely when the liquid level reaches the backwashing liquid level), stopping water inlet and water outlet, and performing a backwashing process, wherein the specific operation steps comprise closing a water inlet pump, a dosing system, a disinfection system and a water outlet valve, opening a blower, aerating through a backwashing air inlet pipeline, and performing air washing for 3 min. And after the time is up, starting a backwashing water inlet pump, feeding water through a backwashing water inlet pipeline, and backwashing for 5 minutes by air-water combination. After the time was reached, the blower was turned off and water washing was carried out for 2 minutes alone. And after the time is up, closing the backwashing water pump, and ending the backwashing process. And opening the water inlet pump, the dosing system, the disinfection system and the water outlet valve again to carry out the normal operation process.
The normal operation process and the back washing process are automatically controlled by the PLC control cabinet.
Compared with the prior art, the integrated device and the method for advanced treatment of the sewage in the villages and the towns have the following advantages:
(1) compared with the existing concrete structure type water purification plant, the utility model can save 30% of investment under the same scale, shorten 40% of construction period and reduce 50% of occupied area;

(5) The improved vortex folded plate reaction chamber is adopted in the reaction chamber, and water flows through a plurality of meshes to cause fluctuation change and flow direction change of the water flow at one time, so that the collision and agglomeration of flocculation particles are greatly improved, the pores of the folded plate are increased along the water flow direction, and the water flow speed is gradually reduced.
