Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the traditional reclaimed water treatment process, the invention develops a real-time intelligent reclaimed water treatment device. The adjusting tank and the biochemical reaction tank both participate in biochemical reaction and cooperatively treat sewage and wastewater, thereby increasing the total hydraulic retention time, enhancing the treatment effect and the anti-load capacity, effectively reducing the tank capacity required by the biochemical reaction tank, and saving the occupied area and the investment. In the operation process, the operation state of the adjusting tank can be automatically adjusted according to the water quality of inlet water and outlet water detected in real time, the air quantity of an aeration system of the adjusting tank is started or stopped or adjusted, the return sludge quantity of the sedimentation tank is automatically adjusted, and the total sludge concentration of the system is increased or reduced, so that the purposes of reducing the operation cost, enhancing the load impact resistance of the system and ensuring the water quality of the outlet water of the system are achieved. The invention greatly improves the comprehensive cost-effectiveness ratio of reclaimed water treatment, is beneficial to rapidly popularize the advanced sewage and wastewater treatment device in a larger range and brings higher economic and social benefits.
The adjusting tank gets rid of the traditional water quantity balancing and single purpose of adjusting water quality, and can more closely and effectively participate in the biochemical reaction process of the system according to the water quality of inlet and outlet water and the two roles of the anaerobic nitrification tank and the primary aerobic tank, thereby increasing the total hydraulic retention time of the system and enhancing the treatment effect and the load impact resistance of the system.
And returning the sludge from the sedimentation tank to the biochemical reaction tank and the regulating tank, and dynamically adjusting the sludge return flow through an electric valve according to the quality of the effluent water obtained in real time on line.
And the running state of the aeration device of the adjusting tank is automatically adjusted and the power output of the equipment is automatically distributed according to the water quality index value of the inlet water and the outlet water detected in real time, so that the aeration device does not need to run according to the maximum designed power all the time, and the aim of reducing the running cost is fulfilled.
According to the real-time detection of the quality of the effluent, the effluent electromagnetic valve is operated, only qualified treated reclaimed water is allowed to flow into the reclaimed water pool, the qualified reclaimed water reaching the standard is ensured to be recycled by a user, and the safety and health of the user are facilitated.
Because the regulating reservoir with large reservoir capacity also participates in biochemical reaction, the design reservoir capacity of the biochemical reaction reservoir can be properly reduced at the beginning of design, thereby effectively reducing initial investment and reducing the total cost of the system.
According to the change of the water quality of the inlet water, the system automatically adjusts the operation state, and the operation state is not rainy, silk and muzzled, and the whole linkage can effectively improve the load impact resistance of the system, improve the automation level and greatly reduce the later operation and maintenance cost.
