Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a filtering tank 43 and an intermediate tank 42 are further sequentially disposed between the flocculation-stacking screw machine 4 and the biochemical treatment system, and the filtering tank 43 is configured to receive the wastewater liquid filtered at the upper layer of the flocculation tank 41; the intermediate tank 42 is used for storing the filtrate in the filtering tank 43 and increasing the water holding capacity of the filtering tank 43; the front end is a pure solid-liquid separation system, so that the treatment of the waste water is fast, and the rear end is a pure biochemical treatment system, so that the treatment speed is slow; by adding the intermediate tank 42, the processing speeds of the front end and the back end are balanced.

In the embodiment, the solid-liquid separation system is connected with the bottom of the anaerobic tank 5 through a water pipe 10; wherein, the bottom of the anaerobic tank 5 is provided with water in a perforation water distribution mode, and the bottom of the anaerobic tank 5 is provided with biological filler 55.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the facultative tank 6 and the bottom of the aerobic tank 7 are provided with aeration devices, and the aeration devices are connected with a rotary fan 9, and the rotary fan 9 is controlled by a time controller.
