Abstract
The invention discloses a kitchen waste wastewater treatment system, belonging to the technical field of environmental protection; the device comprises a regulating tank, a solid-liquid separation system and a biochemical treatment system; after the kitchen waste wastewater is subjected to primary treatment by a solid-liquid separation system, separating particles in the kitchen waste wastewater to obtain secondary wastewater; the biochemical treatment system decomposes organic molecules in the secondary wastewater to obtain qualified wastewater, and discharges the qualified wastewater; the whole system has simple structure, avoids an MBR treatment system in the traditional kitchen waste wastewater treatment system and the arrangement of a nanofiltration membrane in the solid-liquid separation treatment process, and greatly reduces the treatment cost of wastewater; the device is suitable for being used in small kitchen waste water points; and the operation is stable and reliable, and the device has extremely high removal effect, thereby ensuring that the final water quality meets the qualified discharge requirement, and having remarkable economic and social benefits.

Background
Kitchen waste is a common waste in our daily life, and many meals are directly thrown away or are buried after environmental sanitation workers receive away, but actually kitchen waste has other effects, and can be used for refining asphalt, biodiesel, biological fertilizer and the like, but the kitchen waste needs to be pretreated, and water is added into the kitchen waste to filter food, so that kitchen waste water is formed.

and a biochemical treatment system; the secondary wastewater treatment system is used for decomposing organic molecules in the secondary wastewater to obtain qualified wastewater and discharging the qualified wastewater;
wherein, the solid-liquid separation system comprises a neutralization device, a coagulation device and a flocculation device; the kitchen waste wastewater sequentially passes through a neutralization device, a coagulation device and a flocculation device and then is sent to a biochemical treatment system.
The specific scheme comprises that the neutralization device comprises a neutralization reaction tank and a pH adjusting device, wherein the pH adjusting device is used for feeding caustic soda flakes into the neutralization reaction tank; and the neutralization reaction tank is connected with the coagulation device through a water pipe.
In a specific scheme, the coagulation device comprises a coagulation reaction tank and coagulant feeding equipment; the coagulant adding equipment is used for adding coagulant into the coagulation reaction tank to generate alum floc, and the coagulation reaction tank is connected with the flocculant device through a water pipe.
The flocculation device comprises flocculation-spiral shell stacking machine integrated equipment, and the flocculation-spiral shell stacking machine integrated equipment comprises a flocculation tank, a flocculating agent feeding device and a spiral shell stacking machine; the flocculating agent throwing machine is used for throwing a flocculating agent into the flocculation tank and enabling alum flocs in the flocculation tank to form large-particle alum flocs; the screw folding machine separates large-particle alum floc from waste water liquid, and discharges the waste water liquid to a biochemical treatment system through a water pipe.
According to the specific scheme, aeration pipes are arranged at the bottoms of the neutralization tank and the coagulation tank, and an aeration path is connected with a rotary fan.
In the specific scheme, the biochemical treatment system comprises an anaerobic tank, a facultative tank, an aerobic tank and a secondary sedimentation tank which are connected in sequence; the secondary wastewater enters an anaerobic tank for fermentation and hydrolysis, and is degraded into micromolecular substances; then the wastewater enters a facultative aerobic pool for aerobic treatment to decompose organic factors in the wastewater; and finally, obtaining qualified supernatant under the action of mud-water separation of a secondary sedimentation tank.
In the specific scheme, a solid-liquid separation system is connected with the bottom of an anaerobic tank through a water pipe; wherein, the bottom of the anaerobic tank is provided with biological filler;
according to the specific scheme, aeration devices are arranged at the bottoms of the facultative tank and the aerobic tank and are connected with the rotary fan, and the rotary fan is controlled through a time controller.
According to the specific scheme, an air-lift sludge discharging device is arranged in the secondary sedimentation tank and used for discharging sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the kitchen waste wastewater treatment system provided by the invention has a simple structure, an MBR (membrane bioreactor) treatment system in the traditional kitchen waste wastewater treatment system and a nanofiltration membrane in the solid-liquid separation treatment process are omitted, and the wastewater treatment cost is greatly reduced; the device is suitable for being used in small kitchen waste water points; and the operation is stable and reliable, and the device has extremely high removal effect, thereby ensuring that the final water quality meets the qualified discharge requirement, and having remarkable economic and social benefits.

As described in the background art, the kitchen waste water has complex components and high organic content; if the treatment is not carried out, the surrounding water body environment is influenced, and the environment is polluted, so that the water can be normally discharged after the treatment; however, some existing storage wastewater treatment systems all adopt MBR treatment systems, and nanofiltration membranes are arranged in the solid-liquid separation treatment process; although the wastewater can meet the discharge index after being treated, the whole system has high cost.
Based on the above, the present invention provides a kitchen waste wastewater treatment system, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, which comprises
An adjusting tank 1: the kitchen waste water collecting and separating device is used for collecting kitchen waste water and sending the kitchen waste water to a solid-liquid separation system;
a solid-liquid separation system: the device is used for carrying out primary treatment on the kitchen waste wastewater, separating particulate matters in the kitchen waste wastewater and obtaining secondary wastewater;
and a biochemical treatment system; the secondary wastewater treatment system is used for decomposing organic molecules in the secondary wastewater to obtain qualified wastewater and discharging the qualified wastewater;
wherein, the solid-liquid separation system comprises a neutralization device, a coagulation device and a flocculation device; the kitchen waste wastewater sequentially passes through a neutralization device, a coagulation device and a flocculation device and then is sent to a biochemical treatment system.
In this embodiment, the neutralization device comprises a neutralization reaction tank and a PH adjusting device 21, wherein the PH adjusting device 21 is used for adding caustic soda flakes into the neutralization reaction tank; and the neutralization reaction tank is connected with the coagulation device through a water pipe 10.
In this embodiment, the coagulation device includes a coagulation reaction tank and a coagulant feeding device 22; the coagulant adding device 22 is used for adding coagulant into the coagulation reaction tank to generate alum floc, and the coagulation reaction tank is connected with the flocculant device through the water pipe 10.
In this embodiment, the flocculation apparatus includes a flocculation-spiral shell stacking machine 4 integrated device, and the flocculation-spiral shell stacking machine 4 integrated device includes a flocculation tank 41, a flocculant throwing device, and a spiral shell stacking machine; the flocculating agent feeding machine 23 is used for feeding a flocculating agent into the flocculation tank 41 and enabling alum flocs in the flocculation tank 41 to form large-particle alum flocs; separating large-particle alum floc and wastewater liquid by using a screw folding machine, and discharging the wastewater liquid to a biochemical treatment system through a water pipe 10; the spiral shell stacking machine equipment is provided with a tap water spraying system, automatic control is realized by adopting an electronic valve, and the frequency converter is used for controlling the spiral shell stacking machine equipment.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a filtering tank 43 and an intermediate tank 42 are further sequentially disposed between the flocculation-stacking screw machine 4 and the biochemical treatment system, and the filtering tank 43 is configured to receive the wastewater liquid filtered at the upper layer of the flocculation tank 41; the intermediate tank 42 is used for storing the filtrate in the filtering tank 43 and increasing the water holding capacity of the filtering tank 43; the front end is a pure solid-liquid separation system, so that the treatment of the waste water is fast, and the rear end is a pure biochemical treatment system, so that the treatment speed is slow; by adding the intermediate tank 42, the processing speeds of the front end and the back end are balanced.
In this embodiment, aeration pipes are installed at the bottom of the neutralization tank 2 and the coagulation tank 3, and the aeration pipes are connected with a rotary fan 9.
In this embodiment, the biochemical treatment system comprises an anaerobic tank 5, a facultative tank 6, an aerobic tank 7 and a secondary sedimentation tank 8 which are connected in sequence; the secondary wastewater enters an anaerobic tank 5 for fermentation and hydrolysis, and is degraded into micromolecular substances; then enters a facultative aerobic pool 7 for aerobic treatment to decompose organic factors in the wastewater; and finally, obtaining qualified supernatant under the action of mud-water separation of the secondary sedimentation tank 8.
In the embodiment, the solid-liquid separation system is connected with the bottom of the anaerobic tank 5 through a water pipe 10; wherein, the bottom of the anaerobic tank 5 is provided with water in a perforation water distribution mode, and the bottom of the anaerobic tank 5 is provided with biological filler 55.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the facultative tank 6 and the bottom of the aerobic tank 7 are provided with aeration devices, and the aeration devices are connected with a rotary fan 9, and the rotary fan 9 is controlled by a time controller.
In this embodiment, an air-lift sludge discharging device is arranged in the secondary sedimentation tank 8, and the air-lift sludge discharging device is used for discharging sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank 8.
In this embodiment, the kitchen waste water system comprises:
s1: firstly, the kitchen waste wastewater separated by the oil-water separator is discharged into a regulating tank 1, the regulating tank 1 discharges the wastewater into a neutralization tank 2 through a lift pump 11, and caustic soda flakes are added into the neutralization tank 2 to regulate the pH value to 7-8.
And S2, adding the prepared coagulant PAC into the coagulation tank 3 again to generate alum floc.
S3, adding a prepared flocculating agent PAM into the flocculation tank 41 to form enlarged alum floc particles, performing solid-liquid separation by using a stack spiral shell machine, performing composting treatment on solid matters, wherein the daily treatment capacity is 4t/d, the flow rate of wastewater inlet is 0.5t/h, the morning is 8:00-12:00 and continuously runs for 4h, the afternoon is 1:00-5:00 and continuously runs for 4h, the total running time is 8h, the consumption of a coagulant PAC is 5kg, the consumption of a flocculating agent is 0.05kg, and the filtrate enters the anaerobic tank 5 through the lift pump 11.
S4: and thirdly, the secondary wastewater enters the anaerobic tank 5 to be fermented and hydrolyzed, and then is degraded into small molecular substances, and the retention time of the anaerobic tank 5 is 8 d.
And S5, feeding the secondary wastewater into the facultative aerobic tank 7 for aerobic treatment to decompose organic factors such as COD and SS in the wastewater so as to meet the discharge requirement, wherein the retention time of the facultative tank 6 is 1d, the oxygen concentration is controlled to be 0.5mg/L, the retention time of the aerobic tank 7 is 2d, and the oxygen concentration is controlled to be 2 mg/L.
S6, finally, discharging the supernatant liquid in a qualified manner under the action of mud-water separation of the secondary sedimentation tank 8; and the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank 8 is discharged to the regulating tank 1 in a steam stripping mode.
The wastewater treated by the kitchen waste wastewater treatment system provided by the invention reaches the second-period three-level standard in the discharge standard of pollutants in Guangdong province (DB 44/26-2001).
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, fig. 4 to 7 are views illustrating a detection report of kitchen waste water treatment by using the kitchen waste water treatment system of the present application.

and a biochemical treatment system; the secondary wastewater treatment system is used for decomposing organic molecules in the secondary wastewater to obtain qualified wastewater and discharging the qualified wastewater;
wherein, the solid-liquid separation system comprises a neutralization device, a coagulation device and a flocculation device; the kitchen waste wastewater sequentially passes through a neutralization device, a coagulation device and a flocculation device and then is sent to a biochemical treatment system.

The kitchen waste and wastewater treatment system according to claim 1, comprising a neutralization device comprising a neutralization reaction tank and a pH adjusting device, wherein the pH adjusting device is used for adding caustic soda flakes into the neutralization reaction tank; and the neutralization reaction tank is connected with the coagulation device through a water pipe.

The kitchen waste and wastewater treatment system according to claim 2, wherein the coagulation device comprises a coagulation reaction tank and coagulant adding equipment; the coagulant adding equipment is used for adding coagulant into the coagulation reaction tank to generate alum floc, and the coagulation reaction tank is connected with the flocculant device through a water pipe.

The kitchen waste and wastewater treatment system according to claim 3, wherein the flocculation device comprises a flocculation-spiral shell stacking machine integrated device, and the flocculation-spiral shell stacking machine integrated device comprises a flocculation tank, a flocculating agent feeding device and a spiral shell stacking machine; the flocculating agent throwing machine is used for throwing a flocculating agent into the flocculation tank and enabling alum flocs in the flocculation tank to form large-particle alum flocs; the screw folding machine separates large-particle alum floc from waste water liquid, and discharges the waste water liquid to a biochemical treatment system through a water pipe.
5. The kitchen waste and wastewater treatment system according to claim 3, wherein the bottom of the neutralization tank and the bottom of the coagulation tank are provided with aeration pipes, and the aeration paths are connected with a rotary fan.

The kitchen waste and wastewater treatment system according to claim 6, wherein the bottom of the facultative tank and the bottom of the aerobic tank are provided with aeration devices, and the aeration devices are connected with the rotary fan and control the rotary fan through a time controller.
