10) when the full-open button is loosened, the full-open extrusion spring pushes upwards to reset the full-open button, the extrusion spring pushes the prying plate backwards to move downwards so as to drive the toothed plate to move downwards, the toothed roller and the first pipe opening head gear are driven to rotate, the first pipe opening head gear drives the first transmission chain gear and the second transmission chain gear to rotate, the full-open toothed plate moves upwards, and the full-open toothed plate drives the L-shaped connecting plate to move upwards and reset;
11) when the pipe to be opened is taken out, the push button is pressed down, and the pipe to be opened is slowly lifted by the pipe fixing frame to be opened and then taken out.

As shown in fig. 4, the fully-open tube button 4 includes a fully-open button 41, a fully-open extrusion spring 42, an L-shaped connection plate 43, a fully-open toothed plate 44, a fully-open rotating shaft 45 and a plurality of transmission gear sets, the transmission gear sets are provided with a plurality of transmission gear sets, the structures of the plurality of transmission gear sets are completely the same, the plurality of transmission gear sets are all fixed on the fully-open rotating shaft 45, the number of the transmission gear sets corresponds to the number of the tube opening heads 1, the transmission gear sets include a first transmission chain gear 46, a second transmission chain gear 47 and a transmission chain 48, the first transmission chain gear 46 and the second transmission chain gear 47 are all fixed on the fully-open rotating shaft 45, the fully-open extrusion springs 42 are fixed on the lower sides of both ends of the fully-open button 41, the fully-open button 41 is embedded on the inner side wall of the tube opening seat 5, the fully-open button 41 is in sliding fit with the side wall of the tube opening seat, and L type connecting plate 43 upper end and button 41 lower extreme are separated from each other, and L type connecting plate 43 end is fixed with full pinion rack 44, full pinion rack 44 and the inboard sliding fit of trompil seat 5, and the cooperation mode structure is the same with the cooperation mode of single trompil pinion rack 211 on trompil seat 5, and second drive chain gear 47 meshes with full pinion rack 44 mutually, and first drive chain gear 46 is connected with the first gear 1003 transmission of trompil head through drive chain 48.
As shown in fig. 5, the tube opening seat 5 includes a tube opening seat body 51, a limit threaded hole 52 and a tube opening seat limit slider 53, the tube opening seat body 51 is a vertically placed flat rectangular block, the left and right side walls of the tube opening seat body 51 are fixed with the tube opening seat limit slider 53, the tube opening seat limit slider 53 is provided with the limit threaded hole 52, and the limit threaded hole 52 is in threaded fit with the bottom of the fixing screw 3.
As shown in fig. 6, the base 6 includes a base body 61, a base sliding groove 62 and a limiting clamping groove 63, the base body 61 is a flat rectangular body placed horizontally, the base sliding groove 62 is arranged on the upper end face of the base body 61 and is distributed evenly, the base sliding groove 62 penetrates through the upper end face and the lower end face of the base body 61, the limiting clamping groove 63 is arranged on the left end face and the right end face of the base body 61, and the limiting clamping groove 63 is communicated with the base sliding groove 62.
As shown in fig. 7, the tube base 7 includes a tube base support 71, a support limit slot 72, a tube base slot 73, a tube base slider 74, a tube base body 75 and a tube base threaded rod 76, the lower end surface of the tube base body 75 is fixed with three tube base sliders 74, the tube base threaded rod 76 is provided with two tube base threaded rods 76, the two tube base threaded rods 76 all penetrate through the three tube base sliders 74, the tube base support 71 is provided with two tube base supports 71, the two tube base supports 71 are symmetrically fixed on the left and right sides of the upper end surface of the tube base body 75, the tube base slot 73 is arranged on the left and right side walls of the tube base support 71, the support limit slot 72 is arranged on the front end surface of the tube base support 71, the support limit slot 72 is communicated with the support limit slot 72, the tube base slider 74 is matched with the base chute 62, the tube opening seat base threaded rod 76 is arranged in the limiting clamping groove 63 and is in threaded fit with the tube opening seat base fixing nut 8, the tube opening seat limiting sliding block 53 is arranged in the tube opening seat clamping groove 73 in a sliding mode, and the fixing screw 3 is arranged in the support limiting clamping groove 72.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the pipe-to-be-opened fixing frame 11 includes a fixing frame housing 111, a sliding base 112, a clamping side wall 113, a side wall pressing plate 114, a base supporting spring 115, a rotating supporting bar 116, a supporting bar spring 117, a base locking head 118, a locking head spring 119, a downward pressing button 1110 and a locking head fastener 1111, the fixing frame housing 111 is a hollow cylinder with a bottom and without a top, the clamping side wall 113 and the side wall pressing plate 114 are stacked and combined with each other, the clamping side wall 113 and the side wall pressing plate 114 are fixedly connected through the pressing spring, the combined structure of the clamping side wall 113 and the side wall pressing plate 114 is provided with a plurality of combined structures, the combined structure of the clamping side wall 113 and the side wall pressing plate 114 uniformly surrounds along the outer side of the fixing frame housing 111, the combined structure of the clamping side wall 113 and the side wall pressing plate 114 is embedded in the outer side wall of the fixing frame housing 111, the clamping side, the lower end of the sliding base 112 is fixed with a base supporting spring 115, the sliding base 112 is fixed inside the fixed frame shell 111 through the base supporting spring 115 in a sliding manner, the lower end of the base supporting spring 115 is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the inner side of the fixed frame shell 111, the rotating supporting bar 116 is in an L-shaped long strip shape, the rotating supporting bar 116 is embedded on the outer side wall of the fixed frame shell 111, the rotating supporting bar 116 is rotatably connected with the fixed frame shell 111, the bottom end of the rotating supporting bar 116 is arranged at the inner side of the fixed frame shell 111 and is positioned at the lower side of the sliding base 112, the top end of the rotating supporting bar 116 is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the side wall extrusion plate 114, the lower end of the rotating supporting bar 116 is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the inner side of the fixed frame shell 111, base tapered end 118 end all is fixed with tapered end spring 119, base tapered end 118 passes through tapered end spring 119 in mount shell 111 sliding fit, tapered end spring 119 one end and the terminal fixed connection of base tapered end 118, the tapered end spring 119 other end with treat that the trompil places a 10 fixed connection, tapered end fastener 1111 is the ring form, tapered end fastener 1111 overlaps on mount shell 111 lateral wall, and tapered end fastener 1111 and mount shell 111 lateral wall sliding fit from top to bottom, tapered end fastener 1111 lateral wall with push down button 1110 head end fixed connection, push down the terminal running through of button 1110 and treat that the trompil places a 10 and stretch in treating that the trompil places a 10 outside, and push down button 1110 with treat that the trompil places a 10 upper and lower sliding fit, tapered end fastener 1111 cooperatees with base tapered end 118.
The working steps of the pipe opening instrument for the medical examination laboratory are as follows:
1) when the pipe opening device is used, the pipes to be opened 9 are sequentially placed on the pipe to be opened fixing frame 11, the pipes to be opened 9 are rotated, the opening protruding surfaces of the pipes to be opened 9 face the pipe opening base 5, the pipes to be opened 9 enter the pipe to be opened fixing frame 11, and the pipes to be opened 9 are clamped by the pipe to be opened fixing frame 11;
2) reversely rotating the fixing screw 3 to separate the fixing screw 3 from the pipe opening seat base support 71, and moving the pipe opening seat body 51 up and down to enable the pry plate 1001 to be positioned at the lower side of the sealing cover of the pipe 9 to be opened;
3) the fixing screw 3 is rotated forward, so that the fixing screw 3 is tightly attached to the tube seat base support 71, and the tube seat body 51 is fixed on the tube seat base 7;
4) reversely rotating the open pipe base fixing nut 8 to separate the open pipe base fixing nut 8 from the base 6, and moving the open pipe base 7 left and right to enable the pry plate 1001 to be close to the side wall of the pipe to be opened 9;
5) reversely rotating the open pipe base fixing nut 8 to make the open pipe base fixing nut 8 tightly attached to the base 6, and further fixing the open pipe base 7 on the base 6;
6) the fixing screw 3 is rotated reversely to separate the fixing screw 3 from the base support 71 of the tube opening base, the tube opening base body 51 is moved up and down to enable the prying plate 1001 to slightly attach to the lower side of the sealing cover of the tube 9 to be opened, the fixing screw 3 is rotated forwardly to enable the fixing screw 3 to be tightly attached to the base support 71 of the tube opening base, and then the tube opening base body 51 is fixed on the base 7 of the tube opening base;
7) when a certain pipe to be opened 9 needs to be opened, the button 22 corresponding to the pipe to be opened 9 is pressed, the button 22 is pressed down to drive the single pipe opening gear roller 27 and the single pipe opening gear roller shaft fixing frame 210 to rotate, the single pipe opening gear roller shaft fixing frame 210 drives the pipe opening head second gear 1006 to rotate, the pipe opening head second gear 1006 drives the gear roller 1005 and the gear roller rotating shaft 1008 to rotate, the toothed plate 1004 is further moved upwards, the toothed plate 1004 drives the prying plate 1001 to move upwards, and the prying plate 1001 moves upwards to open the sealing cover of the pipe to be opened 9;
8) when the button 22 is loosened, the button extrusion spring 24 pushes upwards to reset the button 22, the extrusion spring 1002 pushes the pry plate 1001 downwards to further drive the toothed plate 1004 to move downwards to drive the toothed roller 1005 and the pipe opening head second gear 1006 to rotate, the pipe opening head second gear 1006 drives the single pipe opening toothed roller shaft fixing frame 210 and the single pipe opening toothed roller 27 to rotate, the single pipe opening toothed roller 27 pushes the single pipe opening toothed plate 211 to move upwards, and the single pipe opening toothed plate 211 pushes the bottom plate 26 and the ejector rod 25 to move upwards and reset;
9) when all the pipes to be opened 9 need to be opened, the full-opening button 41 is pressed, the full-opening toothed plate 44 moves downwards to drive the second transmission chain gear 47 and the first transmission chain gear 46 to rotate, the first transmission chain gear 46 drives all the pipe opening head first gears 1003 to rotate, the pipe opening head first gears 1003 drive the toothed rollers 1005 and the toothed roller rotating shafts 1008 to rotate, so that the toothed plate 1004 moves upwards, the toothed plate 1004 drives the prying plate 1001 to move upwards, and the prying plate 1001 moves upwards to open all the sealing covers of the pipes to be opened 9;
10) when the full-open button 41 is loosened, the full-open extrusion spring 42 pushes upwards to reset the full-open button 41, the extrusion spring 1002 pushes the prying plate 1001 downwards to drive the toothed plate 1004 to move downwards to drive the toothed roller 1005 and the first pipe opening head gear 1003 to rotate, the first pipe opening head gear 1003 drives the first transmission chain gear 46 and the second transmission chain gear 47 to rotate to move the full-open toothed plate 44 upwards, and the full-open toothed plate 44 drives the L-shaped connecting plate 43 to move upwards and reset;
11) when the pipe to be opened 9 is taken out, the opening switch is pressed, and the pipe to be opened 9 is slowly lifted by the pipe to be opened fixing frame 11 and taken out.
