two users respectively stand at two sides of the device, hold the roller cores of the rubber rollers to be packaged and coated with films, place the roller core at one end between the main rotating disc 1f and the driven rotating disc 1i, place the roller core at the other end between the driven disc I2 b and the driven disc II 2d, press the rubber rollers downwards against the soft brush ends of the sleeve brush 5a and the sliding brush 5b, and pull the tension spring 5c to deform;
a user controls the motor 6 to start through the button controller 1d, an output shaft of the motor 6 drives the main rotating disc 1f to rotate through the chain wheel pair 1j, the main rotating disc 1f drives the rubber roller to rotate, and the rubber roller rotates between the main rotating disc 1f and the auxiliary rotating disc 1i and between the first driven disc 2b and the second driven disc 2 d;
two users pull out the heat shrinkable film from the heat shrinkable film roller 8, the heat shrinkable film roller 8 rotates above the first rotating wheel 1g and the second rotating wheel 2c and then passes through a space between the cutting plate 4c and the cutter 4d, the users press the handles of the sleeve brush 5a and the sliding brush 5b, the soft brush ends of the sleeve brush 5a and the sliding brush 5b leave the surface of the rubber roller, the tension spring 5c is stretched, the heat shrinkable film extends into the space between the sleeve brush 5a and the sliding brush 5b and the rubber roller, then the handles are loosened, the tension spring 5c pulls the soft brush ends of the sleeve brush 5a and the sliding brush 5b to press the heat shrinkable film against the surface of the rubber roller, the rubber roller rotates to wrap the heat shrinkable film on the rubber layer of the rubber roller, after a plurality of layers are wrapped, the users manually rotate the handle 4e, the pull rope 4f by rotating the handle 4e, the pull rope 4f pulls the cutter 4d to move on the limiting block 4b, the spring 4g is compressed, the cutter 4d is cut on the cutting plate 4c to cut off the heat shrinkable film, loosening the rotary handle 4e, resetting the spring 4g, pushing the cutter 4d to reset, pulling the pull rope 4f, pulling the rotary handle 4e to reset by the pull rope 4f, completely wrapping the heat-shrinkable film on the rubber layer of the rubber roll, then controlling the heating layer 3c to start by the button controller 1d, controlling the fan 3b at a required position to start, sucking cold air from the filter screen laminate 3a by the fan 3b, filtering the cold air by the filter screen to obtain clean cold air, heating the clean cold air into hot air by the heating layer 3c, blowing the hot air to the heat-shrinkable film by the air guide plate 2h and the air guide sleeve plate 1b, wrapping the rubber layer of the rubber roll by the heat-shrinkable film, avoiding the rubber layer from being damaged, closing the motor 6, taking out the wrapped rubber roll, placing the wrapped rubber roll on the inclined frame placing vehicle 7, and then carrying out the heat-shrinkable film packaging on the next rubber roll according to the operation.
