Referring to fig. 5, a ternary lithium ion power battery pole piece rolling device comprises a rolling box 8, wherein a second mounting frame 17 is further fixed on the inner wall of the bottom of the rolling box 8 through bolts, an air pump 1704 is fixed on the top of the second mounting frame 17 through bolts, a pneumatic push rod 1705 is fixed on the bottom of the second mounting frame 17 through bolts, one end of an air outlet of the air pump 1704 is communicated with the pneumatic push rod 1705, a pressing plate 1702 is fixed on the bottom end of the pneumatic push rod 1705 through bolts, a cutter 1703 is fixed on the bottom of the pressing plate 1702 through bolts, the cutter 1703 can be driven to move up and down through the arrangement of the air pump 1704, the cutter 1703 can be driven to cut the battery pole piece, so that the battery pole piece can be used at a later stage, a plurality of sliding shafts 1701 are fixed between the inner wall of the bottom of the rolling box 8 and the inner wall of the top of the second mounting frame 17 through bolts, the sliding shafts 1701 guide the movement of the cutter 1703, and the sliding shafts 1701 are connected with the pressing plate 1702 in a sliding manner.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the cutting device is used, the air pump 1704 is started, the pneumatic push rod 1705 starts to stretch under the action of the air pump 1704, so that the pressing plate 1702 is driven to move up and down, the cutting knife 1703 is driven to move up and down under the guiding action of the sliding shaft 1701, and accordingly a battery pole piece is cut.
The electrical components presented in the document are all electrically connected with an external master controller and 220V mains, and the master controller can be a conventional known device controlled by a computer or the like.
