a second fixing plate (54), wherein the second fixing plate (54) is inserted between the fixing rods (53);
the top of the second fixing plate (54) is connected with a wedge block (55) in a sliding way;
the bottom of the wedge-shaped block (55) is connected with a cutter (56) for cutting the plastic film;
the fourth spring (57) is connected between the top of the cutter (56) and the second fixing plate (54), and the fourth spring (57) is sleeved on the outer side of the wedge block (55);
the push rod (58) is connected to the side of the moving box (43), and the top of the push rod (58) is in extrusion fit with the wedge-shaped block (55).
