Abstract
本发明涉及一种既能有效地提高瓶口封口垫片中发泡层电磁感应加热效率,又能有效地降低电磁辐射量的功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体及制作方法,瓶口封口垫片中发泡层与瓶口封口垫片中热封层复合为一体且发泡层布满通孔。优点:发泡层布满通孔的设计,不仅能使电磁感应顺利接近或作用在被加热的材料,进而使电磁感应加热的效率提高了30%以上的同时,又降低30%以上电磁辐射量,确保了操作人员的身体健康,并减少了对环境产生污染。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种既能有效地提高瓶口封口垫片中发泡层电磁感应加热效率,又能有效地降低电磁辐射量的功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体及制作方法,属瓶口封口垫片中间一体层制造领域。
背景技术
本申请人所有CN104443741B、名称“功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体及制作方法”,瓶口封口垫片中发泡层(1)与瓶口封口垫片中热封层(2)热熔粘合;制作方法:首先将聚乙烯发泡、然后将发泡后的聚乙烯熔融体和聚烯烃熔融体分别置入复合模中聚乙烯模腔和聚烯烃模腔内,然后将聚乙烯和聚烯烃通过复合模具成型头挤出,即可得到一面为聚乙烯发泡面、一面为聚烯烃面的功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体。其不足之处:在近六年的实际实用中发现,由于聚乙烯发泡面为实芯面,既不利于电磁感应加热,又加大了电磁感应器的功率及电磁辐射量,其电磁感应所产生的电磁辐射量不仅对环境产生污染,而对操作人员的身体健康造成不良影响。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种既能有效地提高瓶口封口垫片中发泡层电磁感应加热效率,又能有效地降低电磁辐射量的功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体及制作方法。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。本发明在本申请人所有在先专利的实际应用多年的基础上,通过大量的反复试验和测试发现:要想降低电磁辐射量,不仅减封口垫片的厚度,而且提供有利于电磁波通道,使其尽可能地接近或作用在被加热的材料。为此本发明在结构设计上,将瓶口封口垫片中发泡层布满通孔,该通孔能够使电磁感应顺接近或作用在被加热的材料,进而达到提高电磁感应加热的效率和降低电磁辐射量。本发明将布满通孔的发泡层与热封层通过复合模合为一体,既降低了封口垫片的厚度,又为电磁感应波提供通道,使封口垫片在封口的过程中所需的电磁感应功率降低30%以上,不仅能耗减少,而且电磁辐射量减少35%以上。
技术方案1:一种功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体,瓶口封口垫片中发泡层与瓶口封口垫片中热封层复合为一体且发泡层布满通孔(3)。
技术方案2:一种功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体的制作方法,首先将聚乙烯发泡、然后将发泡后的聚乙烯熔融体和聚烯烃熔融体分别置入复合模中聚乙烯模腔和聚烯烃环模腔内,聚乙烯模腔的模头为多孔成型模头,然后将聚乙烯和聚烯烃通过复合模具成型头挤出,即可得到一面为带有多孔的聚乙烯发泡面、一面为聚烯烃环面的功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体。
本发明与背景技术相比,发泡层布满通孔的设计,不仅能使电磁感应顺利接近或作用在被加热的材料,进而使电磁感应加热的效率提高了30%以上的同时,又降低30%以上电磁辐射量,确保了操作人员的身体健康,并减少了对环境产生污染。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1。一种功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体,瓶口封口垫片中发泡层1与瓶口封口垫片中热封层2复合为一体且发泡层1布满通孔3。所述发泡层1为聚乙烯发泡层。所述热封层2为聚烯烃层。
实施例2:参照附图2。在实施例1的基础上,铝箔4两面分别与瓶口封口垫片面层(聚酯层)5和功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体复合。
实施例3:在实施例1或2的基础上,一种功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体的制作方法,首先将聚乙烯发泡、然后将发泡后的聚乙烯熔融体和聚烯烃熔融体分别置入复合模中聚乙烯模腔和聚烯烃环模腔内,聚乙烯模腔的模头为多孔成型模头,然后将聚乙烯和聚烯烃通过复合模具成型头挤出,即可得到一面为带有多孔的聚乙烯发泡面、一面为聚烯烃环面的功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体,其特征是:瓶口封口垫片中发泡层(1)与瓶口封口垫片中热封层(2)复合为一体且发泡层(1)布满通孔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体,其特征是:所述发泡层(1)为聚乙烯发泡层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体,其特征是:所述热封层(2)为聚烯烃层。
4.一种功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体的制作方法,其特征是:首先将聚乙烯发泡、然后将发泡后的聚乙烯熔融体和聚烯烃熔融体分别置入复合模中聚乙烯模腔和聚烯烃环模腔内,聚乙烯模腔的模头为多孔成型模头,然后将聚乙烯和聚烯烃通过复合模具成型头挤出,即可得到一面为带有多孔的聚乙烯发泡面、一面为聚烯烃环面的功能性瓶口封口垫片中间体。
