Background
The artificial board is made up by using wood or other non-wood plant as raw material, and adopting a certain mechanical process to separate them into various unit materials, then applying or not applying adhesive and other additives to make them into the invented board or die-pressed product, and the artificial board mainly includes three kinds of products of plywood, shaving board and fibre board, etc.
However, the edge sealing of the conventional artificial board has the following problems that a, when the edge sealing of the conventional artificial board is performed, glue needs to be manually coated on the edge of the artificial board, and then the edge sealing strip is attached to the edge of the artificial board coated with the glue for pressing, so that the quality of the edge sealing of the artificial board is different manually, the workload of workers is heavy, and the production efficiency of the plywood is reduced; b when the existing artificial board edge sealing equipment seals edges of artificial boards, edge sealing strips cannot be stably attached to the edges of the artificial boards, so that the phenomenon that the edge sealing strips fall off frequently occurs, the production efficiency of the artificial boards is influenced, raw materials are wasted, and the edge sealing efficiency and effect of the artificial boards can be improved.

The artificial board edge sealing equipment used in the steps comprises a bottom plate, a glue spraying device, a clamping device and a strip pasting device, wherein the glue spraying device is installed at the left end of the bottom plate, and the clamping device and the strip pasting device are installed at the middle end of the bottom plate.

The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a method for edge sealing of an artificial board mainly includes the following steps:
preparing materials, namely preparing edge sealing glue and a rolled edge sealing strip required by edge sealing of an artificial board to obtain an artificial board edge sealing glue and an artificial board rolled edge sealing strip;
secondly, clamping, namely clamping the artificial board needing edge sealing through a clamping device 3 to obtain the clamped artificial board;

The artificial board edge sealing equipment used in the steps comprises a bottom plate 1, a glue spraying device 2, a clamping device 3 and a strip pasting device 4, wherein the glue spraying device 2 is installed at the left end of the bottom plate 1, and the clamping device 3 and the strip pasting device 4 are installed at the middle end of the bottom plate 1.

During specific work, an artificial board roll-shaped edge sealing strip is sleeved on the outer wall of the rubber plate 416 manually, the second cylinder 4i drives the abutting sliding plate 4j to move to a proper clamping position, the third cylinder 412 drives the power rod 413 to move towards the outer end, the power rod 413 drives the sliding rod 414 to slide towards the outer end, and the sliding rod 414 drives the arc-shaped plate 415 to move towards the outer end, so that the rubber plate 416 abuts against the inner wall of the artificial board roll-shaped edge sealing strip tightly.
