the guide rods are at least two and fixedly connected to the lower side of the lying plate, the electric push rod is located between the guide rods, and the guide sleeves are sleeved on the guide rods in a sliding mode;
and the connecting plate is fixedly connected between the guide sleeves and fixedly connected with the placing plate.

a water tank bolted to the upper side of the cross plate;

the first electromagnetic valve is arranged on the water inlet pipe;
and the second electromagnetic valve is arranged on the water outlet pipe.

a gear motor bolted to the water tank;
a reel mounted on an output shaft of the reduction motor;
a pull rope wound around the reel;
the mounting plates are at least two and are respectively arranged on two sides of the water tank, the sliding rods and the hinge seats are both mounted on the mounting plates, the sliding sleeves are sleeved on the sliding rods in a sliding mode, the pull ropes are fixedly connected with one of the sliding sleeves, the springs are sleeved on the sliding rods, one ends of the springs are connected with the sliding rods, the other ends of the springs are connected with the sliding sleeves, and the connecting rods are fixedly connected between the sliding sleeves;
the winding roller is rotatably arranged between the hinge seats;
the sealing cloth is wound on the winding roller, and the end part of the sealing cloth is connected with the connecting rod;
the spiral power spring is arranged between the hinged seat and the winding roller.
