The embodiment provides a sheep feed which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5 parts of corn particles, 3 parts of cottonseed meal, 4 parts of wheat bran, 5 parts of soybean meal, 2 parts of vinasse, 0.5 part of lactic acid bacteria starter and 1 part of Chinese herbal medicine; the Chinese herbal medicine comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 10 parts of liquorice, 6 parts of honeysuckle and 8 parts of chrysanthemum.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a sheep feed which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 6 parts of corn particles, 4 parts of cottonseed meal, 3 parts of wheat bran, 2 parts of soybean meal, 3 parts of vinasse, 0.8 part of lactic acid bacteria starter and 2 parts of Chinese herbal medicines; the Chinese herbal medicine comprises the following components in parts by mass: 4 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 10 parts of liquorice, 7 parts of honeysuckle and 6 parts of chrysanthemum.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a sheep feed which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 6 parts of corn particles, 5 parts of cottonseed meal, 3 parts of wheat bran, 4 parts of soybean meal, 5 parts of vinasse, 1 part of lactic acid bacteria starter and 3 parts of Chinese herbal medicines; the Chinese herbal medicine comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 12 parts of liquorice, 6 parts of honeysuckle and 8 parts of chrysanthemum.
Example 5
The sheep feed formulations of examples 2 to 4 were used as formulation 1, formulation 2 and formulation 3 in this order.
Taking 400 sheep, dividing into 4 groups for test, feeding different sheep feeds, and calculating average daily food intake of each sheep in each group. Wherein 3 groups are used as test groups to feed sheep feeds prepared by formula 1, formula 2 and formula 3 respectively; the remaining 1 group was fed with normal feed as a control group. Experimental comparative data are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the comparative data in the table 1, the feed for sheep provided by the embodiment can effectively improve the daily feed intake of sheep in summer.
Example 6
Figure 4 is a process flow diagram for preparing sheep feed in accordance with the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, on the basis of embodiments 1 to 5, this embodiment provides a preparation method of sheep feed, which includes the following steps: step S1, feeding the ingredients into a feed grinder for grinding to obtain ground materials of the ingredients; step S2, adding the crushed materials of the ingredients and the lactic acid bacteria starter into a feed mixing device, and uniformly mixing to obtain pre-fermented feed; and step S3, feeding the pre-fermented feed into a feed preparation system for fermentation and granulation to obtain the finished sheep feed. The prepared sheep feed is more digestible and absorbable by fermentation.
The preparation method is suitable for preparing the sheep feed in the embodiment by adopting the feed preparation system in the embodiment.
The beneficial effect of this embodiment is that, the sheep fodder is fermented sheep fodder, and is changeed the digestion and absorbs.
In summary, the present invention provides a feed preparation system, comprising: a plurality of feed fermentation devices arranged on the support table, a feed granulation device with movable rollers and a discharge pipe connected with the bottom of the feed fermentation device; the movable feed granulating device is connected with the feed fermenting device through the discharge pipe, and is used for granulating fermented feed. The feed preparation system moves the feed granulation device to the fermented feed fermentation device through the movable roller and performs feed granulation through the discharge pipe connection, so that the vacancy rate of equipment can be reduced, and the equipment cost is saved; introducing constant-temperature circulating water into the cavity of the fermentation device through the constant-temperature circulating water tank so as to maintain the constant-temperature environment in the fermentation device; corn powder is sprayed on the surface of the material guide plate through the powder feeder, so that wet feed particles extruded from the extruder roll down to the material receiving mechanism along the material guide plate to wrap the corn powder, and adhesion among the feed particles is prevented. And as a feed preparation system, the feed fermentation device and the feed granulation device are designed in a split mode, so that the preparation of fermented granulated feeds is met, meanwhile, the preparation of different kinds of feeds, such as the preparation of fermented powder and common granulated feeds, is also met, and the utilization rate of equipment is improved. The invention also provides a sheep feed and a preparation method thereof, the sheep feed contains Chinese herbal medicines for clearing heat and dispelling summer heat, and the feed intake of sheep in summer is improved; the sheep feed is fermented sheep feed and is easier to digest and absorb.

1. A feed preparation system, comprising: a plurality of feed fermentation devices arranged on the support table (1), a feed granulation device with movable rollers (2), and a discharge pipe (3) connected with the bottom of the feed fermentation device;
the movable feed granulating device is connected with the feed fermenting device through the discharging pipe (3) to granulate the fermented feed.
2. The feed preparation system of claim 1,
a discharging switch (4) is arranged at one end of the discharging pipe (3) close to the bottom of the feed fermentation device;
a one-way check valve (5) is arranged on the lower side of the discharging switch (4);
an air pump (6) is arranged between the discharging switch (4) and the one-way check valve (5), the air pump is communicated with the discharging pipe (3) through an air pumping pipe (7), so that negative pressure is generated in the discharging pipe (3), and feed in the fermentation device enters the feed granulating device through the discharging pipe (3).
3. The feed preparation system of claim 2,
the fodder fermenting installation includes: the tank body (9) and a cover body (10) hermetically connected with the tank body (9);
a shell (11) forming a cavity (12) with the outer wall of the tank body (9) is arranged on the outer side of the tank body (9);

and a plurality of stirring blades (19) are arranged on the stirring shaft (16).

an exhaust pipe (20) is arranged on the cover body (10);
a pressure controller (21) is arranged on the exhaust pipe (20);
when the feed fermentation device performs feed fermentation, the pressure controller (21) is suitable for controlling the exhaust pipe (20) to exhaust when the pressure in the tank body (9) reaches a set peak value;
when the feed fermentation device discharges materials, the pressure controller (21) is suitable for controlling the air inlet of the exhaust pipe (20) when the pressure in the tank body (9) reaches a set valley value.

the feed granulating device comprises: a storage bin (22) connected with the lower end of the discharge pipe (3), an extruder (23) communicated with the bottom of the storage bin (22), and a material receiving box (27) connected with the extruder (23) through a material guide plate (29);
an extrusion die (24) is arranged at the output end of the extruder (23);
a granulating cutter (26) connected with a pushing cylinder (25) fixed on a supporting frame (28) is arranged below the extrusion die (24);
after the fermented sheep feed enters a storage bin (22) through a discharge pipe (3), the sheep feed is extruded by a certain length through an extrusion die (24), and then is cut off by a dicing cutter (26) and slides into a material receiving box (27) along a material guide plate (29) to obtain sheep feed particles.

9. The preparation method of the sheep feed is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1, feeding the ingredients into a feed grinder for grinding to obtain ground materials of the ingredients;
step S2, adding the crushed materials of the ingredients and the lactic acid bacteria starter into a feed mixing device, and uniformly mixing to obtain pre-fermented feed;
and step S3, feeding the pre-fermented feed into a feed preparation system for fermentation and granulation to obtain the finished sheep feed.
