s1.4, cooling the chicken soup, separating the chicken oil, removing chicken bones, and concentrating under normal pressure until the solid content is 35-45%;
s1.5, sterilizing the concentrated chicken soup;
s1.6, putting the sterilized chicken soup into a freeze-drying machine for freeze-drying to obtain freeze-dried chicken soup;
s2: the preparation of the freeze-dried ginseng slice comprises the following steps:
s2.1, selecting ginseng with the diameter of 14-16 mm, removing mud, cleaning, and then cutting into ginseng slices with the thickness of 4-6 mm;
s2.2, carrying out centrifugal drying on the ginseng slices;
s2.3, sterilizing the ginseng slices;
s2.4, placing the ginseng slices into a freeze dryer to be pre-frozen at minus 22-24 ℃ for 100-110 minutes, and freezing water;
s2.5, vacuumizing and heating to sublimate ice to obtain freeze-dried ginseng slices;
s3: the preparation method of the freeze-dried edible bird's nest comprises the following steps:
s3.1, soaking 1-2 parts by mass of ginseng in 39-41 parts of purified water at the temperature of 20-24 ℃ for 20-30 minutes, and then fishing out the ginseng to obtain ginseng soup;
s3.2, selecting 4-6 parts by mass of cubilose, removing impurities, cleaning, putting the cubilose into the obtained ginseng soup, soaking for 16-20 hours, and then vibrating for 25-35 minutes by adopting ultrasonic waves to obtain the soaked cubilose;
s3.3, cleaning the soaked bird' S nest with purified water for 2-3 times;
s3.4, stewing the cleaned cubilose over water for 25-35 minutes, and cooling the cubilose in cold water after the cubilose is cooked thoroughly;
s3.5, centrifugally drying the cooled cubilose;
s3.6, sterilizing the centrifugally dried cubilose;
s3.7, placing the sterilized cubilose into a freeze dryer to pre-freeze for 90-110 minutes at minus 8-12 ℃;

The method according to claim 2, wherein during the Ar plasma bombardment treatment, the type of the gas is argon, the gas flow rate is 120-150 sccm, the working vacuum degree is 5-100 Pa, the discharge power is 350-380W, the treatment time is 5-10 min, and the turning speed of the turning plate is 10-12 rpm.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the frequency of the centrifugal drying in the step S2.2 is 2000-2200 rpm, the time is 7-10 min, and the temperature is 20-25 ℃.
