Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of animal bait formulas, in particular to a wood frog tadpole artificial bait formula prepared from pupa moth powder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of frog-raising technology, Chinese wood frog production has become the prop industry for farmers to become rich in mountainous areas. The growth period of the wood frog tadpoles is the first step of artificial cultivation of the wood frogs and is also the most important link. From tadpole hatching to metamorphosis into froglets, the nutritional needs and food intake are different in the first 20 days and the last 20 days at a time of about 40 d. Rational feed nutrition and disease prevention and treatment are two major difficulties. Tadpoles in the field river mostly take plant baits as food, and rarely eat animal baits, because the tadpoles in the field live in a wide water area and have low density, and algae and partial plants in the water are enough for the growth and development of the tadpoles. With the continuous improvement of the artificial Chinese forest frog breeding technology, the number of the tadpoles to be bred is continuously increased, and the density is also continuously increased, so that the food in the water can not meet the requirements of the tadpoles, and the feed must be fed manually. Therefore, fresh vegetables are often cooked to feed tadpoles, but the feeding method has the advantages that the feed consumption of the tadpoles is small, and the effect is poor; the other is that boiled animal bait is commonly used for pig lungs and chicken livers, but the feed is not easy to store and pollutes water body, so the feed is inconvenient to use in production; the single nutrition can cause the tadpoles to have low disease resistance, low metamorphosis rate and mass death. And the nutrition of the tadpole directly influences the physique of the young frogs and the adult frogs, so that the overall economic benefit of the rana chensinensis cultivation is not high.
At present, about 3 million households of forest frog farmers in the northeast three provinces, 1.5 million households of forest frog farmers in the Jilin province, about 6 trillion commercial forest frogs in the whole province, and the output value of the forest frogs reaches 30 million yuan.
The common wood frog breeding mode mainly adopts 'artificial ditch-sealing frog breeding', namely, the artificial management and the artificial protection are only given to a certain degree in the stages of wood frog incubation, tadpole and metamorphosis, and the artificial intervention is little in the stage of land feeding of the wood frogs. This mode is also called "cultivating tadpole and cultivating frog" and is very key in artificial tadpole cultivating period.
Because of the hysteresis of the current wood frog culture technology, the wood frog hatching rate is too low, which is only less than 70 percent, caused by natural enemies, hunger, diseases, adverse environments and the like; the survival rate of young frogs is low, and the survival rate of the young frogs of an annual year is less than 20 percent; the recapture rate of the finished product frogs is low, and the recapture rate of the frogs generated in four years is less than 2 percent; the female frog proportion is low, and the male frog proportion is 60-70%; the winter survival rate is low, and the like.
Therefore, the bait formula capable of improving the rapid growth of tadpoles, enhancing the disease resistance of the tadpoles and reducing the death rate of the tadpoles in the metamorphosis period and the preparation method thereof become technical problems to be solved urgently in the whole society.
The technology can meet the requirements of different food intake and nutrition in two different stages of the tadpole period of the wood frogs, solve the problems of slow growth, few females, low survival rate and the like of the tadpoles, and can improve the existence rate by 20 percent and improve the female sex ratio by 10 percent.
