if the deposit is frozen and a deduction request is initiated by the third-party company node in the freezing period, the deposit is unfrozen, the designated amount of the deposit in the deposit is transferred to an appointed account of the third-party company node, and the residual fund in the deposit is reserved in the account of the applicant node;
determining whether there is a breach of the applicant node in the process of fulfilling the transaction contract by the applicant node and the third party company node;
if the default behavior exists, updating the state of the intelligent contract into a default state, generating a default record, and storing the default record into a block chain;
if no default behavior exists, unfreezing the security deposit, updating the state of the intelligent contract into an ended state, generating a contract ending record, and storing the contract ending record into a block chain;
if the third party company node does not initiate a deduction request in the freezing period after the deposit is frozen, carrying out sequential delay on the freezing period, keeping the state of the intelligent contract unchanged, and executing the step of judging whether the applicant node has default behaviors or not in the process of fulfilling the transaction contract by the applicant node and the third party company node.
Further, the method further comprises:
generating contract state change information when detecting that the state of the intelligent contract changes;
sending the contract state change information to the applicant node and/or the third party company node.
The block chain system disclosed in this embodiment utilizes a block chain technology to realize efficient, safe and transparent processing of the deposit guarantee service, improves the processing efficiency of the deposit guarantee service, and improves user experience.

Claims (10)

1. A processing method of guarantee fund service based on blockchain is characterized in that the processing method is applied to a trading platform node in a blockchain system, the blockchain system further comprises an applicant node and a third party company node, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a deposit service request initiated by an applicant node, wherein the deposit service request comprises deposit transaction information which comprises identity information and account information;
verifying the identity information and the account information, storing the deposit transaction information under the condition that the verification is passed, and sending the deposit transaction information to the third-party company node;
under the condition of receiving deposit payment information and a transaction contract sent by the third-party company node, generating an intelligent contract according to the deposit transaction information and the transaction contract;
carrying out Hash encryption on the deposit transaction information, the transaction contract, the deposit payment information and the code of the intelligent contract to generate a digital signature, and storing the digital signature;
and issuing the intelligent contract to a block chain, and triggering the intelligent contract to execute a guarantee fund business process when the transaction contract is detected to be effective.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the verifying the identity information and the account information comprises:
respectively carrying out validity check on the identity information and the account information;
and under the condition that the validity of the identity information and the account information passes the verification, performing consistency verification on the identity information and the account information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating an intelligent contract based on the margin transaction information and the transaction contract comprises:
determining a type of the transaction contract;
determining an intelligent contract template corresponding to the type of the transaction contract;
extracting the guarantee fund transaction information and the intelligent contract element information in the transaction contract according to the intelligent contract template;
and generating the intelligent contract according to the intelligent contract template and the intelligent contract element information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the executing the deposit business process comprises:
judging whether the third-party company node initiates a deduction request in a freezing period after the deposit is frozen;
if the deposit is frozen and a deduction request is initiated by the third-party company node in the freezing period, the deposit is unfrozen, the designated amount of the deposit in the deposit is transferred to an appointed account of the third-party company node, and the residual fund in the deposit is reserved in the account of the applicant node;
determining whether there is a breach of the applicant node in the process of fulfilling the transaction contract by the applicant node and the third party company node;
if the default behavior exists, updating the state of the intelligent contract into a default state, generating a default record, and storing the default record into a block chain;
if no default behavior exists, unfreezing the security deposit, updating the state of the intelligent contract into an ended state, generating a contract ending record, and storing the contract ending record into a block chain;
if the third party company node does not initiate a deduction request in the freezing period after the deposit is frozen, carrying out sequential delay on the freezing period, keeping the state of the intelligent contract unchanged, and executing the step of judging whether the applicant node has default behaviors or not in the process of fulfilling the transaction contract by the applicant node and the third party company node.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
generating contract state change information when detecting that the state of the intelligent contract changes;
sending the contract state change information to the applicant node and/or the third party company node.
6. A device for processing guarantee fund service based on blockchain, which is applied to a trading platform node in a blockchain system, wherein the blockchain system further comprises an applicant node and a third party company node, and the device comprises:
the system comprises a service request receiving unit, a service request processing unit and a service processing unit, wherein the service request receiving unit is used for receiving a deposit service request initiated by an applicant node, the deposit service request comprises deposit transaction information, and the deposit transaction information comprises identity information and account number information;
the information verification unit is used for verifying the identity information and the account information, storing the deposit transaction information under the condition that the verification is passed, and sending the deposit transaction information to the third-party company node;
the intelligent contract generating unit is used for generating an intelligent contract according to the guarantee fund transaction information and the transaction contract under the condition of receiving the guarantee fund payment information and the transaction contract sent by the third-party company node;
the digital signature generating unit is used for carrying out hash encryption on the deposit transaction information, the transaction contract, the deposit payment information and the code of the intelligent contract to generate a digital signature and storing the digital signature;
and the intelligent contract execution unit is used for issuing the intelligent contract to the block chain, and when the transaction contract is detected to be effective, the intelligent contract is triggered to execute the guarantee fund business process.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the information checking unit is specifically configured to:
respectively carrying out validity check on the identity information and the account information;
and under the condition that the validity of the identity information and the account information passes the verification, performing consistency verification on the identity information and the account information.
8. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the intelligent contract generating unit is specifically configured to:
determining a type of the transaction contract;
determining an intelligent contract template corresponding to the type of the transaction contract;
extracting the guarantee fund transaction information and the intelligent contract element information in the transaction contract according to the intelligent contract template;
and generating the intelligent contract according to the intelligent contract template and the intelligent contract element information.
9. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the intelligent contract execution unit is specifically configured to:
judging whether the third-party company node initiates a deduction request in a freezing period after the deposit is frozen;
if the deposit is frozen and a deduction request is initiated by the third-party company node in the freezing period, the deposit is unfrozen, the designated amount of the deposit in the deposit is transferred to an appointed account of the third-party company node, and the residual fund in the deposit is reserved in the account of the applicant node;
determining whether there is a breach of the applicant node in the process of fulfilling the transaction contract by the applicant node and the third party company node;
if the default behavior exists, updating the state of the intelligent contract into a default state, generating a default record, and storing the default record into a block chain;
if no default behavior exists, unfreezing the security deposit, updating the state of the intelligent contract into an ended state, generating a contract ending record, and storing the contract ending record into a block chain;
if the third party company node does not initiate a deduction request in the freezing period after the deposit is frozen, carrying out sequential delay on the freezing period, keeping the state of the intelligent contract unchanged, and executing the step of judging whether the applicant node has default behaviors or not in the process of fulfilling the transaction contract by the applicant node and the third party company node.
10. A blockchain system comprising a trading platform node, an applicant node, and a third party company node;
the trading platform node is used for executing the processing method of the guarantee fund service based on the block chain according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
