the method comprises the following steps: putting straws into a box hopper 5, enabling the straws to enter a crushing box 1 through the box hopper 5, starting a first motor 10, enabling an output shaft of the first motor 10 to drive a driving rod 8 to rotate, driving a crushing sheet 6 on the surface to rotate through two driving rods 8 of two gears which are connected in a meshed mode, enabling the crushing sheet 6 to be matched with a fixing sheet 7 to crush the straws, enabling crushed straw powder to enter a fixing box 11, enabling the crushed straw powder to enter a conveying pipe 2 through the fixing box 11, starting a second motor 12, enabling an output shaft of the second motor 12 to rotate an electric conveying screw 13, conveying the straw powder in the conveying pipe 2 through the conveying screw 13, and conveying the straw powder into a briquetting box 3;
step two: the first cylinder 16 is started, the piston rod of the first cylinder 16 drives the shaping plate 17 to extrude and shape the straw powder in the briquetting box 3, then, the second cylinder 22 is started, the piston rod of the second cylinder 22 retracts to pull the slide block 19, then the slide block 19 pulls out the baffle 18, the extruded and shaped straw powder falls into the combustion box 4, then a piston rod of a second air cylinder 22 pushes a sliding block 19, the bottom of the briquetting box 3 is sealed by a baffle plate 18, extruded and shaped straw powder is guided into a combustion chamber 29 through a guide cavity 25, an air blower 28 is started, the air blower 28 blows air into a first air pipe 26 and a second air pipe 27 through an air gathering sleeve 281, the first air pipe 26 blows air into the guide cavity 25, the second air pipe 27 blows air into the combustion chamber 29, an igniter 32 is started, steam enters a pipe 30 to connect external steam engine steam into the combustion chamber 29, and waste gas generated in the straw combustion process enters a waste gas treatment box 33 through a waste gas outlet pipe 31;
step three: the powder that produces among the straw combustion process falls into storage ash chamber 42, water in inlet tube 41 in with outside water tank inserts in storage ash chamber 42, the straw ash is dissolved in aquatic, waste gas gets into and is filtered by exhaust gas filter screen 34 in the exhaust-gas treatment case 33, water pump cooperation circulative cooling pipe 36 condenses the granule that exhaust gas filter screen 34 is not abundant filterable simultaneously, the granule falls into the basin 35, air pump 38 extracts the waste gas after filtering, and discharge into exhaust-gas treatment case 33 again through U-shaped pipe 39 in, open the ooff valve on the outlet duct 40 after filtering repeatedly, with the gaseous emission in the exhaust-gas treatment case 33.
