Description

Water-absorbing lining paper for printing hygienic product and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of paper manufacturing, in particular to a water absorption lining paper for a printing hygienic product and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the ever-increasing market of pull-up pants in recent years, new technology related to pull-up pants is also rapidly developed. In order to attract infants, the front and the back of the pull-up diaper are printed with various colored patterns, the printing pattern materials used by the color pattern card of the pull-up diaper in the early stage are polypropylene films and other materials, but the polypropylene films and other materials have the defects of poor printability, easy fading, easy dirt when being bonded by glue during the production process and poor shearing performance during the production process, and the diaper is uncomfortable in skin feeling during use, difficult to degrade when being discarded after use and environment-friendly.
If wood pulp fiber paper is used as a printing material of the color chart pattern, the printing suitability is good, the color is not faded, the shearing performance in the production process is good, the skin feel is comfortable, and the paper is easy to degrade when being discarded after being used and does not pollute the environment. Although the color pattern printing paper belongs to one kind of household paper, the manufacturing method thereof is similar to that of common household paper, but the specific manufacturing method thereof is different due to the special application, and no relevant patent report about the production method of the water absorption lining paper for the sanitary product for the color pattern printing of the pull-up pants is found at present.
