The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A preparation method of a water absorption lining paper for a printing sanitary product is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding water into the primary softwood pulp and the primary hardwood pulp, mixing and disintegrating to obtain mixed pulp 1;
(2) adding biological enzyme into the mixed pulp 1, and pulping after 1-2 hours to obtain mixed pulp 2;
(3) adding water into the broke, disintegrating, and pulping until no pulp point exists to obtain broke pulp;
(4) mixing the mixed pulp 2 with the damaged paper pulp, and adjusting the pH value to 7.5-8 to obtain mixed pulp 3;
(5) adding a wet strength agent into the mixed pulp 3, and adjusting the pH value to 6.5-7 to obtain mixed pulp 4;
(6) and adding a wet strength promoter into the mixed pulp 4, screening the pulp, forming and drying to obtain the water absorption lining paper for the printing hygienic product.
2. The method for preparing a water absorbing lining paper for a sanitary product for printing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixed pulp 1 contains 60 to 75% by mass of raw softwood pulp and 25 to 40% by mass of raw hardwood pulp.
3. The method for preparing a water absorption lining paper for a sanitary product for printing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the biological enzyme in the step (2) is hemicellulase, and the addition amount of the biological enzyme is 40-50 ml per ton of mixed pulp 1.
4. The method for preparing a water absorbing liner paper for a sanitary product for printing according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the broke pulp added in the step (4) is 4 to 6% by weight of the mixed pulp 3.
5. The method for preparing a water absorbing liner paper for a sanitary product for printing according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the pH value is adjusted by using a citric acid monohydrate aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 3-5% in the steps (4) and (5).
6. The method for preparing the water absorbing liner paper for the sanitary products for printing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wet strength agent in the step (5) is PAE, and the addition amount of the wet strength agent per ton of mixed pulp 3 is 18-20 kg.
7. The method for preparing a water absorption lining paper for a sanitary product for printing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wet strength promoter in the step (6) is a polyacrylamide aqueous copolymer with a mass concentration of 2-3%, and the addition amount of the wet strength promoter per ton of mixed pulp 4 is 0.4-0.6 kg.
8. The method for preparing a water-absorbing liner paper for sanitary products for printing according to claim 1 or 7, wherein the drying in step (6) is performed by a combination of TAD drying technology and dryer drying.
9. The water-absorbing liner paper for a sanitary product for printing obtained by the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. Use of the water absorbing liner paper for printed sanitary articles according to claim 9 for the preparation of a color graphic sticker for pull-ups.
