Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of automatic feeding of brake pads, in particular to a feeding device for polishing the outer arc surface of a drum brake pad. the rotating shaft of the driving sprocket is provided with an induction plate, and the rack is provided with an induction probe corresponding to the induction plate;

During production, a worker puts a stack of brake pads into the material box 3, the inner arc surfaces of the brake pads face upwards, the motor 53 drives the chain 54 to rotate, and the hanging plate 55 pushes out the brake pad at the lowest layer from the material box 3 and pushes the brake pad to move along the slide way 2; the sensing plate 6 rotates along with the driving chain wheel 51, the outer arc surface of the sensing plate is sensed by the sensing probe 7, when the sensing probe 7 senses the sensing plate 6, signals are fed back to the control box 8, the control box 8 controls the air cylinder 42 to retract through the control valve 43, the material turning frame 41 is turned downwards to be in a horizontal position, brake pads can move onto the material turning frame 41 conveniently, and when the sensing probe 7 cannot sense the sensing plate 6, the material turning frame 41 is turned upwards by 90 degrees, and the brake pads are turned onto polishing equipment.
A discharge port 31 is formed in the bottom of the material box 3 in the direction towards the tail end of the slide way 2, and the height of the discharge port 31 is greater than that of one brake pad and smaller than that of the two brake pads; the height of the hanging plate 55 exceeding the slide way 2 is smaller than the thickness of a brake block. In this way, only one brake pad is pushed out of the magazine 3 at a time.
The induction plate 6 comprises a semi-circular large arc 61 and an arched connecting arc 62, wherein the distance between the outer circular surface of the semi-circular large arc 61 and the axis of the induction plate 6 is greater than the distance between the arched connecting arc 62 and the axis of the induction plate 6. The circular angles corresponding to the semi-circular large arc 61 and the arc-shaped connecting arc 62 are both 180 degrees, when the semi-circular large arc 61 rotates to the side of the inductive probe 7, the semi-circular large arc can be detected by the inductive probe 7, when the arc-shaped connecting arc 62 rotates to the side of the inductive probe 7, the inductive plate 6 cannot be detected by the inductive probe 7, and the continuous time of the semi-circular large arc 61 and the arc-shaped connecting arc 62 is the same. When the induction plate is in work, when the induction probe 7 induces the induction plate 6, the induction probe 7 feeds back a signal to the control box 8, the induction plate 6 continues to rotate, and when the induction probe 7 does not induce the induction plate 6, the induction probe 7 feeds back a signal to the control box 8 again; in this embodiment, only when the control box 8 receives the feedback signal of the inductive probe 7, the control box 8 controls the material turning frame 41 to turn over, so that the material turning frame 41 can keep a certain time when receiving materials in a horizontal position or loading materials in a vertical position.
