Specifically, a desired base plate 1 (e.g., a conical or disk-shaped base plate 1) is machined on a numerical control machine tool according to the shape of the desired base plate 1.
Step S200: a plurality of polishing beads 2 are molded.
Specifically, a plurality of spherical beads may be molded by extrusion molding using a mold, and then the surface of the beads may be polished by a grinding wheel of a polishing machine to form the polishing beads 2. Alternatively, the spherical beads may be made of a metal material such as iron or copper.
Step S300: a plurality of polishing beads 2 are respectively inserted into the fixing grooves 11 on the base plate 1 and are adhesively fixed in the fixing grooves 11 using an adhesive.
Specifically, the polishing beads 2 may be embedded into the fixing grooves 11, and then the adhesive may be poured into the positions where the polishing beads 2 abut against the fixing grooves 11, so that the polishing beads and the fixing grooves are fixed; it is also possible to pour the adhesive into the fixing groove 11 and then embed the polishing bead 2 therein so that the two can be tightly combined. Alternatively, the adhesive may be a superglue containing ethyl alpha-cyanoacrylate.
Of course, the polishing beads 2 may be adhered and fixed in the fixing grooves 11 by chemical adhesion or physical mosaic.
Compared with the prior art, the method for manufacturing the brushing polishing disc has the advantages that the polishing beads 2 are bonded and fixed in the fixing grooves 11 by the adhesive, so that the polishing beads 2 are combined with the base disc 1 more tightly, the polishing beads are not easy to fall off in the rotation process of the polishing disc, and meanwhile, the manufacturing method is simple and low in production cost.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for manufacturing a brushed polished optical disc according to another embodiment of the present invention. Based on the above embodiment, the method for manufacturing a brushed optical disc according to another embodiment of the present invention further includes the following steps after step S200:
step S201: after a plurality of polishing beads 2 are molded, a layer of carborundum is coated on the surfaces of the polishing beads 2 by adopting a surface spraying or electroplating mode.
Specifically, the diamond grains have high hardness and are wrapped on the surface of the spherical bead body, so that the diamond grains have higher hardness, and the polishing bead 2 has a better polishing effect. Of course, the diamond grains can be coated on the surface of the polishing beads 2 in various other ways, which is not limited by the invention.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
