pumping water by a water pump 10, spraying the liquid mixed with the cleaning agent outwards from a water spraying head 11, and spraying the construction machinery to be cleaned;
in the embodiment, two groups of first air cylinders 19 are arranged on the mounting plate 22, the first air cylinders 19 are driven to extend, and the water spraying device and the cleaning device are moved to a high position to correspond to the building machine to be cleaned; the first motor 9 is driven to rotate to drive the screw 12 to rotate, and further drive the moving plate 14 to move, so that the plurality of cleaning heads 15 move up and down to realize cleaning; simultaneously driving a third motor 17 to rotate the cleaning head 15 for cleaning through physical friction;
furthermore, the second motor 21 is controlled to rotate to drive the first air cylinder 19 to rotate, so that the angle of the cleaning head 15 can be adjusted, and the multi-angle cleaning device is suitable for multi-angle cleaning.
A preferred embodiment: the device is provided with a pipeline cleaning vehicle, the pipeline cleaning vehicle is conveyed to the front of a pipeline to be cleaned through a cleaning device, and the pipeline cleaning vehicle enters the interior of the pipeline by controlling a seventh motor 41;
controlling a fifth motor 44 to rotate to drive the obstacle clearing plate 37 to adjust the angle, and simultaneously controlling a second air cylinder 38 to extend the obstacle clearing plate 37 to a proper distance; the sixth motor 34 is controlled, the angle of the connecting rod 36 is further adjusted, the distance between the two side brush plates 39 is enlarged or reduced and is matched with the width of the pipeline, meanwhile, the third air cylinder 32 is controlled to stretch, and the distance between the upper cleaning brush head 33 and the lower cleaning brush head 33 is adjusted and is matched with the height of the pipeline; the seventh motor 41 is controlled to enable the whole cleaning vehicle to move forwards, and the periphery of the inner wall of the pipeline is cleaned through moving forwards and backwards;
washing the residues falling off from the pipe wall by a water spraying device; and finally, moving the pipeline cleaning vehicle for recovery.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A movable cleaning device for construction machinery is characterized by comprising a water supply device and a cleaning device;
the water supply device comprises a water storage tank (1), and a counterweight plate (2) and a mounting plate (22) which are fixedly arranged on two sides of the water storage tank (1); at least one group of stirring units is rotatably arranged in the water storage tank (1), and a detergent box (26) is erected; the front end and the bottom of the water storage tank (1) are respectively communicated with a water inlet pipe (3) with an electromagnetic valve and a water outlet pipe (28);
the cleaning device comprises a supporting device, a water spraying device, at least one group of first air cylinders (19) and a plurality of cleaning devices; the first air cylinder (19) is rotatably arranged above the mounting plate (22) and is driven to rotate by a first rotating device; the supporting device comprises a top plate (23) and a push plate (18) fixedly arranged at the end part of a push rod of the first air cylinder (19); supporting rods are respectively arranged between the two ends of the top plate (23) and the push plate (18) in a rotating mode, supporting plates (8) are fixedly arranged on the inner sides of the supporting rods, and a plurality of moving plates (14) are arranged between the supporting rods and driven to move through a driving device;
each cleaning device is arranged on the front wall of one moving plate (14) and is driven to rotate by a second rotating device; the water spraying device comprises a hose (7) and a water spraying head (11) arranged at the top of the top plate (23); one end of the hose (7) is communicated with the water storage tank (1), and the other end of the hose is communicated with the water spraying head (11) through a water suction pump (10).
2. The movable cleaning device for construction machinery according to claim 1, wherein the support rod comprises a screw rod (12) and a polished rod (13), the driving device comprises a first motor (9), the first motor (9) is fixedly arranged on the top of the top plate (23), an output shaft of the first motor penetrates through the top plate (23) and is in transmission connection with the screw rod (12), and the moving plate (14) is in threaded fit with the screw rod (12) and is in sliding fit with the polished rod (13).

The mobile washing apparatus for construction machinery according to claim 1, wherein the first rotating means includes a second motor (21) and a first rotating shaft; the top of the mounting plate (22) is fixedly provided with two first fixing plates (20), the first rotating shaft sequentially penetrates through one first fixing plate (20), the bottom of the first air cylinder (19) and the other first fixing plate (20), and the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the two first fixing plates (20) and fixedly connected with the first air cylinder (19); the second motor (21) is fixedly arranged on the side surface of one first fixing plate (20), and an output shaft of the second motor (21) penetrates through the first fixing plate (20) and is in transmission connection with the first rotating shaft; a gap is reserved between the bottom of the first cylinder (19) and the mounting plate (22).

The mobile washing apparatus for construction machinery according to claim 1, wherein the second rotating means includes a third motor (17) and a second rotating shaft; the cleaning device comprises a cleaning head (15) and a plurality of rubber particles arranged on the outer circumference of the cleaning head (15); two ends of the outward side of the moving plate (14) are fixedly provided with a second fixing plate (16), the second rotating shaft sequentially penetrates through one second fixing plate (16), one end of the cleaning head (15) and the other second fixing plate (16), and the second rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the two second fixing plates (16) and is fixedly connected with the cleaning head (15); the third motor (17) is fixedly arranged on one side of the second fixing plate (16), and an output shaft of the third motor (17) penetrates through the second fixing plate (16) and is in transmission connection with the second rotating shaft.
5. The mobile washing unit for construction machinery according to claim 1, further comprising a moving unit comprising a disk (29) fixedly disposed at the bottom of the water storage tank (1) and a plurality of universal wheels disposed at the bottom of the disk (29).

The mobile washing apparatus for construction machinery according to claim 1, wherein the stirring unit includes a first motor plate (4), a third rotating shaft, and a fourth motor (5); one end of the first motor plate (4) is fixedly arranged on the upper part of the inner wall of one side of the water storage tank (1), and a triangular reinforcing rib is fixedly arranged between the bottom of the first motor plate (4) and the inner wall of one side of the water storage tank (1); the fourth motor (5) is fixedly arranged at the top of the first motor plate (4), and an output shaft of the fourth motor (5) penetrates through the first motor plate (4) and is in transmission connection with the third rotating shaft; and a spiral blade (24) is fixedly arranged on the third rotating shaft.

The movable cleaning device for the construction machinery as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the detergent box (26) is an inclined surface, a through groove is formed at one side of the detergent box (26) facing the inclined surface, vertical elongated guide rails are respectively formed at two ends of the through groove, and the vertical elongated guide rails are matched with baffles (27); at least one U-shaped wall hook (25) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the other side of the detergent box (26), and the U-shaped wall hook (25) is matched with the side wall of the water storage tank (1).

The movable washing device for construction machinery according to claim 1, further comprising a pipe cleaning cart provided on top of the ceiling plate (23); the pipeline cleaning vehicle comprises a vehicle body (30), a walking device, an obstacle removing device, a tail cleaning device and two side cleaning devices;
a square groove is formed in the middle of the vehicle body (30), and the obstacle clearing device is arranged in the square groove and comprises a second air cylinder (38), a fifth motor (44), a U-shaped rotating seat and an obstacle clearing plate (37) arranged at the end part of a push rod of the second air cylinder (38); a fixed block (43) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the second air cylinder (38), the fixed block (43) is rotatably arranged in the U-shaped rotating seat groove, the fifth motor (44) is fixedly arranged at the outer side of the U-shaped rotating seat, and an output shaft of the fifth motor (44) penetrates through the U-shaped rotating seat and is fixedly connected with the fixed block (43);
the two side cleaning devices are respectively arranged on two sides of the vehicle body (30), and each side cleaning device comprises a side brush plate (39), a sixth motor (34) and a connecting rod (36); a through groove is formed in the side face of the vehicle body (30), a second motor plate (35) is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the square groove, and the connecting rod (36) penetrates through the through groove and is rotatably connected with the second motor plate (35) through a fourth rotating shaft; the sixth motor (34) is arranged at the top of the second motor plate (35), and an output shaft of the sixth motor (34) penetrates through the second motor plate (35) and is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting rod (36); a long groove is formed in the middle of the side brush plate (39), and the connecting rod (36) is rotatably connected with the long groove through a fifth rotating shaft (42);
the tail cleaning device comprises a limiting plate (31) arranged at the tail of the vehicle body (30) and third cylinders (32) fixedly arranged at the top and the bottom of the limiting plate (31); a cleaning brush head (33) is fixedly arranged at the end part of the third cylinder (32);
the walking device comprises four walking wheels (40) and two groups of seventh motors (41); four and walking wheel (40) complex square grooves have been seted up to automobile body (30) bottom, per two walking wheel (40) be a set of through the sixth pivot with automobile body (30) rotate to be connected, seventh motor (41) are fixed to be set up automobile body (30) one side, the output shaft of seventh motor (41) passes automobile body (30), and with the transmission of sixth pivot is connected.
9. The mobile washing apparatus for construction machinery according to claim 1, further comprising a tank cover (6) fixedly provided on the top of the water storage tank (1).
10. The mobile washing apparatus for construction machinery according to claim 1, wherein the sprinkler head (11) includes a water reservoir and a plurality of nozzles arranged side by side at a front side of the water reservoir.
