Description

Silica gel remaining needle paste
Technical Field
The invention relates to a silica gel remaining needle paste, and belongs to the technical field of remaining needle paste design.
Background
The indwelling needle technology is developed today, breaks through the application limitation, and is gradually expanded from a child department and an ICU ward to other departments, because the indwelling needle technology avoids the pain of patients caused by repeated needle insertion. The indwelling needle can be generally kept in a human body for 3-7 days, the sterile barrier of the puncture part is guaranteed by the indwelling needle, but the long-time application is easy to be allergic, even the puncture point is infected, the pain caused by pulling the skin by the conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive when the film is removed is not good experience for patients, and the skin of a person with weak skin can tear the skin to cause secondary injury.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provide a silica gel indwelling needle patch which has good viscosity, no allergy and no pain when being torn off.
The invention aims to realize the silica gel remaining needle paste, which is characterized by comprising a release paper supporting layer, a polyurethane film layer, a silica gel adhesive layer and a release protective layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the release paper supporting layer is provided with an observation window, one surface of the polyurethane film layer is fixed on the release paper supporting layer, the other surface of the polyurethane film layer is provided with a silica gel adhesive layer, and the release protective layer covers the silica gel adhesive layer;
the polyurethane film layer is a solvent type PU film, and the preparation process of the solvent type PU film is as follows:
1) preparing solvent type polyurethane glue and dual-sided release glassine release paper, wherein the release force of the laminating surface of the glassine release paper is controlled to be 200-500g, and the release force of the non-laminating surface of the glassine release paper is controlled to be 30-200 g;
2) setting a nozzle gap of a spraying film according to the thickness of the solvent type PU film, and spraying solvent type polyurethane glue on the spraying film surface of the glassine release paper;
3) the glassine release paper sprayed with the solvent type polyurethane glue enters the oven through the conveyor belt, and the glassine release paper and the conveyor belt are conveyed forwards horizontally, so that the uneven thickness of the solvent type PU film caused by the included angle between the glassine release paper and the conveyor belt is avoided; and drying to obtain the required solvent type PU film.
The size of the long side direction of the polyurethane film layer is shorter than that of the long side direction of the release paper supporting layer.
The silica gel viscous layer uses silica gel pressure-sensitive adhesive which is inert to human body, namely, the silica gel viscous layer adopts medical organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive.
120 g of glassine paper is used as the release paper support layer.
The thickness of the polyurethane film layer is 15-35 microns.
The method is advanced and scientific, and the silica gel remaining needle sticker provided by the invention comprises a release paper supporting layer, a polyurethane film layer, a silica gel adhesive layer and a release protective layer which are sequentially provided with a window from top to bottom. After the structure and the adhesive are adopted, the invention has the following advantages: the windowed release paper supporting layer can be conveniently and simply applied to a puncture point by a medical operator in an aligned mode, can also play a supporting role in the whole application and is convenient to hold by hands; the polyurethane film layer uses a self-made solvent type PU film, so that the air permeability is better, the PU film is softer and more comfortable, and meanwhile, the size of the long side direction of the PU film is shorter than that of the long side direction of the supporting layer, so that the opening is easier and the worker can conveniently use the PU film; the silica gel adhesive layer uses silica gel pressure sensitive adhesive which is inert to human body, and is not allergic and has soft adhesion; the release protective layer protects the adhesive surface from contamination. A windowed 120 g glassine paper is used as the preferred release paper support layer. The self-made solvent type PU film is selected for the preferable polyurethane film, and the film has high air permeability and softer touch feeling compared with the thermoplastic TPU film, and is convenient for medical personnel to shape when in application. The solvent type PU film with the thickness of 15-35 microns is preferably prepared by the following steps: 1) preparing optimized solvent type polyurethane glue and dual-sided release glassine release paper (the release force of the film laminating surface is controlled to be 200-500g, and the release force of the non-film laminating surface is controlled to be 30-200 g); 2) setting a nozzle gap for film spraying according to the thickness of the PU film, and spraying solvent type polyurethane glue on the film spraying surface of the glassine paper; 3) the glassine paper coated with the polyurethane glue enters the oven through the conveyor belt, and glassine release paper and the conveyor belt are conveyed forwards horizontally, so that the phenomenon that the thickness of the PU film is uneven due to the fact that the glassine release paper and the conveyor belt form an included angle is avoided; 4) and drying to obtain the required solvent type PU film. The preferable silica gel adhesive layer is medical organosilicon pressure-sensitive adhesive which has stronger adhesiveness than medical silica gel adhesive, and the fixed remaining needle is firmer and is not easy to fall off.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments.
A silica gel remaining needle paste comprises a release paper supporting layer 1, a polyurethane film layer 2, a silica gel viscous layer 3 and a release protective layer 4 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; an observation window 5 is arranged on the release paper supporting layer 1, one surface of the polyurethane film layer 2 is fixed on the release paper supporting layer 1, the other surface is provided with a silica gel adhesive layer 3, and a release protective layer 4 covers the silica gel adhesive layer 3;
the polyurethane film layer 2 is a solvent type PU film, and the preparation process of the solvent type PU film is as follows:
1) preparing solvent type polyurethane glue and dual-sided release glassine release paper, wherein the release force of the laminating surface of the glassine release paper is controlled to be 200-500g, and the release force of the non-laminating surface of the glassine release paper is controlled to be 30-200 g;
2) setting a nozzle gap of a spraying film according to the thickness of the solvent type PU film, and spraying solvent type polyurethane glue on the spraying film surface of the glassine release paper;
Further, the dimension of the polyurethane film layer 2 in the long side direction is shorter than that of the release paper support layer 1 in the long side direction. The silica gel adhesive layer 3 uses silica gel pressure-sensitive adhesive which is inert to human body, namely, the silica gel adhesive layer 3 adopts medical organosilicon pressure-sensitive adhesive. Release paper support layer 1 120 g glassine paper was used. The thickness of the polyurethane film layer 2 is 15 to 35 μm.
