Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a sticking film for a remaining needle, which comprises a sticking film main body, a fixing adhesive tape and a connecting cotton pad, wherein the connecting cotton pad is positioned on one side of the sticking film main body; the fixing adhesive tape is connected with the film pasting main body through the connecting cotton pad; the fixing adhesive plaster is provided with a protective cotton pad. The indwelling needle film provided by the present disclosure can fix the distal end of an indwelling needle or an extension tube.

Background

The venous indwelling needle has been widely used in clinic because of its advantages of fast infusion speed, uneasy slipping out when moving, capability of indwelling for a long time, avoidance of repeated puncture, etc. The existing fixing of the indwelling needle has the defects of various film sticking adhesive tapes, non-uniform fixing articles, poor appearance and the like, and the tail end of the indwelling needle or the extension tube is easy to shift and slip due to the lack of the existing film sticking for fixing the tail end of the indwelling needle or the extension tube, so that patients and medical care personnel are scratched; the patient is configured with the indwelling needle for a long time, and the tail end of the indwelling needle or the extension tube is easy to cause pressure injury to the patient; in addition, the existing indwelling needle film is easy to curl in the fixing process, so that the film fails to be adhered or the indwelling needle cannot be well protected due to the insecure adhesion of the indwelling needle film and the skin. Therefore, a novel indwelling needle film is urgently needed to better fix an indwelling needle and reduce the needle placing times of patients.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide an indwelling needle patch that can fix the distal end of an indwelling needle or an extension tube, while increasing the degree of attachment of the indwelling needle patch to the skin.

In order to achieve the above object, the present disclosure provides a indwelling needle patch comprising a patch main body, a fixing tape, and a connection cotton pad, the connection cotton pad being located at one side of the patch main body; the fixing adhesive tape is connected with the film pasting main body through the connecting cotton pad; the fixing adhesive plaster is provided with a protective cotton pad.

Optionally, the protective cotton pad is located at one end of the fixing adhesive tape close to the connecting cotton pad, and the distance between the protective cotton pad and the connecting cotton pad is 0.8-1.5 cm.

Optionally, the fastening tape comprises at least a first fastening tape and a second fastening tape; the first fixing adhesive plaster at least comprises a first protective cotton pad; the second fixing adhesive plaster at least comprises a second protective cotton pad.

Optionally, the first fixing adhesive plaster and the second fixing adhesive plaster are two strip-shaped adhesive plasters which are arranged in parallel on two sides of the connecting cotton pad.

Optionally, the film main body comprises a fixing film and an application; the application surface is provided with a lifting lug, and the application is divided into a central visible window part and an edge positioning and fixing part through the lifting lug; the application is transparent.

Optionally, the lifting lug is made of medical release paper, and the inner edge area close to the central visible window part is coated with medical adhesive; the tearing ears and the patch are detachably pasted through the medical adhesive.

Optionally, the fixing film is medical release paper; the application is a medical dressing.

Optionally, the film main body is at least one of square, octagonal, circular and oval.

Optionally, the fixing adhesive plaster is a medical sterile adhesive plaster, and the back of the fixing adhesive plaster is attached with medical release paper.

Optionally, the connecting cotton pad and the protective cotton pad are medical sterile cotton pads; the width of the protection cotton pad is not more than that of the fixing adhesive tape.

The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. The present disclosure provides a remaining needle sticking film, as shown in fig. 1, the sticking film comprises a sticking film main body 1, a fixing adhesive tape and a connecting cotton pad 6, wherein the connecting cotton pad 6 is positioned on one side of the sticking film main body 1; the fixing adhesive tape is connected with the film pasting main body 1 through the connecting cotton pad 6; the fixing adhesive plaster is provided with a protective cotton pad.

According to the disclosure, a connecting cotton pad 6 is arranged on one side of the film of the remaining needle, after the remaining needle is placed, the tail end of the remaining needle is padded on the connecting cotton pad 6, and the remaining needle extension tube is fixed by using a fixing adhesive tape, so that the slipping phenomenon of the remaining needle is reduced; through set up the cotton pad of protection on fixed adhesive tape, reduce the direct contact of extension pipe fixed position and patient's skin to it causes the pressure nature damage to the patient to reduce to keep somewhere needle extension pipe.

Preferably, the fixing adhesive plaster is a medical sterile adhesive plaster with good air permeability, and the back of the fixing adhesive plaster is attached with medical release paper. When in use, the medical release paper is taken off, and the tail end of the remaining needle or the extension tube is fixed according to actual requirements.

Preferably, the connecting cotton pad 6 and the protective cotton pad are medical sterile cotton pads; the width of the protection cotton pad is not more than that of the fixing adhesive tape. After the indwelling needle head is fixed by using the film main body 1, the connecting cotton pad 6 is slightly adjusted to be arranged at the contact part of the tail end of the indwelling needle and the skin, and the indwelling needle extension tube is fixed by using the first fixing adhesive plaster 2 and the second fixing adhesive plaster 3. In the fixing process, the part of the first fixing adhesive plaster 2 provided with the first protective cotton pad 4 is fixed after bypassing the extension tube of the indwelling needle; in the same way, the part of the second fixing adhesive plaster 3 provided with the second protective cotton pad 5 bypasses the extension tube of the indwelling needle and then fixes the extension tube on the skin. The indwelling needle film disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the fixing adhesive tape and the film main body are integrally connected, so that the preparation work and the actual operation steps of medical personnel are reduced, and the fixing modes of the indwelling needle extension tube are uniform, so that the replacement is convenient; through set up the cotton pad of protection on fixed adhesive tape, reduced the pressure nature damage that the fixed in-process of keeping somewhere the needle extension pipe caused patient's skin.

2. The indwelling needle patch according to claim 1, wherein the protective cotton pad is located at the end of the fastening tape near the connecting cotton pad (6) and at a distance of 0.8-1.5cm from the connecting cotton pad (6).

The indwelling needle patch according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixing patches comprise at least a first fixing patch (2) and a second fixing patch (3); the first fixing adhesive plaster (2) at least comprises a first protective cotton pad (4); the second fixing adhesive plaster (3) at least comprises a second protective cotton pad (5).

4. The indwelling needle patch according to claim 3, wherein the first fixing patch (2) and the second fixing patch (3) are two strips of patches arranged in parallel on both sides of the connecting cotton pad (6).

The indwelling needle patch according to claim 1, wherein the patch body (1) comprises a fixing membrane (9) and an application patch (10); the surface of the application plaster (10) is provided with a lifting lug (11), and the application plaster (10) is divided into a central visible window part (8) and an edge positioning and fixing part (7) through the lifting lug (11); the application (10) is a transparent application.

The indwelling needle patch according to claim 5, wherein the lift tab (11) is a medical release paper and is coated with a medical glue in the inner edge area near the central viewing window portion (8); the tearing ear (11) and the application patch (10) are detachably adhered through the medical adhesive.

8. The indwelling needle patch according to claim 1, wherein the patch body (1) is at least one of square, octagonal, circular and oval.

9. The indwelling needle patch according to claim 1, wherein the fixing tape is a medical sterile tape with a medical release paper attached to the back of the fixing tape.

10. The indwelling needle patch according to claim 1, wherein the connecting cotton pad (6) and the protective cotton pad are medical sterile cotton pads; the width of the protection cotton pad is not more than that of the fixing adhesive tape.
