Abstract

The invention discloses a garden plant arrangement method with a health care effect and a health care garden, wherein the method comprises the following steps: (1) determining five-element orientation and representative plant species of the five-element orientation; (2) determining medicinal components contained in representative plant species of five-element orientation; (3) looking up and determining the plant species with higher content of volatile oil substances and the volatile oil components thereof; (4) and (4) determining the plant species which are the same as or similar to the medicinal components contained in the plant extract represented by the five-element orientation in the plant species consulted and measured in the step (3), and planting the plant species which are the same as or similar to the medicinal components in place of the original plant represented by the five-element orientation according to the five-element orientation. The invention uses the medicinal components contained in the plant extract represented by the 'five-element' direction as the basis, replaces the medicinal components by adopting the similarity principle, and arranges and plants the medicinal components according to the 'five-element' direction, thereby obtaining the health-care garden capable of promoting the health of human bodies and having good health-care effects on the liver, the heart, the spleen, the lung and the kidney of the five internal organs of the human bodies.

Description

Garden plant arrangement method with health care effect and health care garden
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of landscape and garden subjects, in particular to a garden plant arrangement method with a health care effect and a health care garden.
Background
Five elements, i.e., gold, wood, water, fire and earth, are the five elements of everything in the universe. The five elements do not stop moving, which is the basis of all nature, and the inter-generation and inter-restriction relationship of the five elements is used as the explanation of the correlation and movement change rules among things. Wherein, wood stands for vigorous gas generation, so the wood stands for straight; fire stands for a hot upward condition, so "fire stands for a hot upward condition"; the soil stands for having a nutritional effect, so that the soil stands for the wall of the crop; water stands for cold and descends, so water stands for moistening; gold has the effect of destroying and killing the disabilities, so the gold is recorded as the 'Lao' one. According to the theory of orientation, eastern A and B wood, southern C and D fire, Central E soil, Western G Xin jin, northern N water. In particular, in terms of human body, TCM has long analogized the five internal organs to the five elements, so wood, fire, earth, gold and water represent the liver, heart, spleen, lung and kidney of the five internal organs, respectively. If the relationship of generation of five elements is changed into generation of five zang organs, the liver generates heart, heart generates spleen, spleen generates lung, lung generates kidney, and kidney generates liver. If it is connected into a "generation line", the five zang-organs (five elements) are connected into a whole through "generation", so that all the zang-organs have the related relationships of generating, promoting or exciting. From the perspective of modern medicine, a human body is also a whole, the material basis and the functional activities of each organ depend on the generation and promotion of other organs, and if one organ is diseased, the related organs are affected and damaged. In view of the relationship between the two generations, for example, the spleen (earth) is diseased and the survival of the lung (gold) is weakened, so some patients with poor digestion of the spleen and stomach diseases are also prone to get lung diseases or other respiratory diseases. Similar to these phenomena, TCM is mostly explained by the theory of five elements generating and restraining.
Some plants release volatile exudates, i.e., plant volatiles, into the surrounding environment during growth. It is a secondary metabolite which is widely distributed in plants and mainly exists in seed plants, especially aromatic plants. The oily liquid with aromatic odor, which is collected by a certain means and can volatilize secretion in plants, is called volatile oil (volatile oils), also called essential oil (essential oils). The volatile oil components are widely distributed in the plant world and mainly exist in seed plants, especially aromatic plants (56 families, 136 genera and about 300 aromatic plants in wild and cultivated in China). Volatiles are present in the glandular hairs, oil compartments, oil ducts, secretory cells or resin tracts of plants. Most of the oil exists in an oil drop shape, and some oil drops exist together with resin and mucilage; and a few of the compounds exist in the form of glycoside, such as wintergreen glycoside, glucose, xylose and methyl salicylate are produced after hydrolysis, and the methyl salicylate is the main component of wintergreen oil. The volatile oil exists in different parts of plants, some plants contain the volatile oil, and some plants contain more volatile oil in certain organs of flowers, fruits, roots and stems, and the volatile oil is greatly different according to different plant lines. Volatile oils are complex in composition, with one volatile oil often consisting of tens to hundreds of components. The components of the volatile oil can be roughly divided into the following four categories, wherein terpenoids are the most common: (1) terpenoids; (2) an aromatic compound; (3) an aliphatic compound; (4) other nitrogen-containing and sulfur-containing compounds.
At present, no relevant research is available to combine the five-element theory of traditional Chinese medicine with modern gardens.

Test examples
The effect is proved:
a batch of patients with liver, heart, spleen, lung or kidney disease (50 total) were selected and allowed to live at 6: 00 and 18:00 at evening in a park (the park comprises the health care area of the health care garden and other non-health care areas) for 0.5 to 1 hour for 7 days continuously. After the test is finished, the number of the patients entering the health-care area and the non-health-care area in the park and the retention time are counted, and the results are shown in the following table.
The number of people entering the park in the health area and the non-health area in a certain park is compared with the residence time
Figure BDA0002528166500000161
Note: the data in the table are statistics in the last 5 th month (7 consecutive days) of 2019.
The test result shows that: the number of people entering the health care area (namely the health care garden of the invention) and the residence time are obviously higher than the number of people entering the non-health care area (comprising a park green land and the like), which indicates that the health care area can generate comfort for the patient and the patient is more willing to stay for a long time. Meanwhile, after 7 days, indexes of liver, heart, spleen, lung and kidney functions of the patient body are detected, and the indexes are found to be improved to a certain degree.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and their concepts should be considered to be equivalent or modified within the technical scope of the present invention.
