Background
In the related art, for example, the color of an icon displayed on a display screen interface of a household appliance such as a food processor is single, and the icon is abstract and not easy to identify, so that a user is difficult to understand. The display film of some embodiments of the present application includes a base layer and a color mark layer. The color icon layer is arranged on the base layer and comprises at least one color icon, the at least one color icon comprises a plurality of different colors, and the light transmittance of the color icon layer is 10% -50%.
The display film comprises a base layer and a colorful mark layer, and the colorful mark layer can provide colorful display icons for the display screen of the household appliance, so that the icons are colorful, visual and easy to understand by a user, and the display film is low in cost relative to a colorful liquid crystal screen. By limiting the light transmittance of the color icon layer to be 10% -50%, the problems of too bright and dazzling color icons and the like caused by too high light transmittance are avoided, the problem that the use is influenced by too dark color icons caused by too low light transmittance is also avoided, and the light transmittance effect and the display effect of the display film are optimized.

FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating the fabrication of one embodiment of a display film of the present application. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the display film shown in FIG. 1 taken along line A1-A1. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a display film 100 is used for a home appliance display screen. The home appliance display screen may be used for home appliances, which may include small home appliances, and the like. The display film 100 is disposed on one side of the panel 403, the display film 100 includes a base layer 101 and a color mark layer 103, and the color mark layer 103 includes a plurality of color icons A, B, C, D distributed at intervals. The base layer 101 is fully transparent or translucent and includes a first side 111 and a second side 112 opposite the first side 111. The color icon layer 103 is disposed on the first side 111 of the base layer 101. Color icon layer 103 includes color icons A, B, C, D. At least one colored icon A, B, C, D includes a plurality of different colors. The at least one colored icon A, B, C, D includes multiple regions, at least two different regions displaying different colors. The display film 100 is low in cost relative to a color liquid crystal display, can display color icons, is colorful, visual, easy to understand for users, and is more attractive and rich in visual appearance. In some embodiments, different colored icons A, B, C, D may represent different information, such as functions, etc. The plurality of color icons A, B, C, D distributed at intervals can visually display more information, so that the display screen of the household appliance can visually display more information, for example, various functions, intuition and vividness can be visually displayed, and the operation is convenient.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view from the first side 111 of the base layer 101. The household appliance display screen comprises a display surface facing a user. In one embodiment, the first side 111 of the base layer 101 is a side facing away from the display surface, and the second side 112 of the base layer 101 is a side facing the display surface. In another embodiment, the first side 111 of the substrate 101 is a side facing the display surface, and the second side 112 is a side facing away from the display surface.
In some embodiments, the base layer 101 may include a PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) base layer, which is a thin film. The PET substrate has low cost and thin thickness, and the display film 100 made of the PET substrate can be arranged in a display screen of a household appliance. In other embodiments, the base layer 101 may comprise other thin film base layers. In other embodiments, the substrate 101 may include a PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) substrate and/or a glass substrate. The hardness of PVC basic unit and glass basic unit is big than the hardness of film basic units such as PET basic unit, and the thickness of PVC basic unit and glass basic unit can be big than the thickness of film basic units such as PET basic unit, can save the panel of domestic appliance display screen, can directly show in the outward appearance of product. The PVC base layer has low cost. The glass substrate is scratch-resistant, the light transmission is good, and the product appearance is higher. Alternatively, the material of the base layer 101 may be PC (Polycarbonate) or the like, and the material of the base layer 101 is not limited in the present application.
In some embodiments, the base layer 101 is fully transparent or translucent, such that the color icon A, B, C, D is disposed on a side of the base layer 101 facing away from a user when the base layer 101 is used in a display screen of a household appliance, wherein the first side 111 faces away from a display surface, the color icon A, B, C, D can be visible through the base layer 101, and the base layer 101 can protect the color icon layer 103. In this embodiment, the base layer 101 may be a fully transparent base layer. In other embodiments, the base layer 101 may be a translucent base layer. The transparency of "translucent" is between fully transparent and opaque.
The color icon A, B, C, D may be provided directly on the first side 111 of the base layer 101, i.e., the color icon A, B, C, D is attached to the first side 111 of the base layer 101 with no additional layers between the color icon A, B, C, D and the first side 111 of the base layer 101; or indirectly on the first side 111 of the base layer 101, i.e., there may be other layers between the colored icon A, B, C, D and the first side 111 of the base layer 101, and the colored icon A, B, C, D is provided on other layers of the first side 111 of the base layer 101. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the colored icon A, B, C, D is attached to the first side 111 of the base layer 101 in contact with the first side 111 of the base layer 101 and is disposed directly on the first side 111 of the base layer 101. The "up" of some embodiments herein is not limited to one position or one spatial orientation. The expressions "on the base layer", "on the first side of the base layer", "on one side", and the like, of some embodiments herein may refer to a direct arrangement, with no other layer between the two layers, or to an indirect arrangement, with other layers between the two layers.
In some embodiments, the color icon layer 103 is a color ink layer printed on the base layer 101, the color icon A, B, C, D is printed on the base layer 101, the printing process is simple, the cost is low, and the color icon A, B, C, D is not easily distorted and is the same as or almost the same as the designed original. The colored icon A, B, C, D may be printed directly on the surface of the base layer 101 or on another layer on the base layer 101, i.e., there may be another layer between the colored icon A, B, C, D and the base layer 101.
Fig. 3 is a black and white schematic diagram of an example of a colored icon 105. The colored icon 105 includes a plurality of regions, such as region 106 and 109, shown in FIG. 3. The area 106 in the color icon 105 representing juice in the cup may be orange in color, the area 107 representing oranges may be orange in color, the area 108 representing strawberries may be red in color, and the area 109 representing leaves may be green in color. The different areas 106 and 109 of the colored icon 105 can be different colors, so that the colored icon 105 presents a plurality of colors and the icon is rich in image. For illustration purposes only, only a portion of the area 106 and 109 are labeled in fig. 3, and the color icon 105 of fig. 3 also includes other non-labeled areas, and the color of each area may be a color close to the real object. Fig. 3 is only an example, and the actual application is not limited to this example, and the icon and its color may be designed according to the actual application.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, a colored icon A, B, C, D may represent a function or the like. For example, the colored icon 105 in fig. 3 may represent a function of making juice. Different colored icons A, B, C, D may indicate different functions, such as soymilk making, corn juice making, rice paste making, milkshakes making, and the like. The colored icon A, B, C, D may be in physical proximity. The colored icon A, B, C, D may include a logo, pattern, text, and/or letters, etc.
In some embodiments, at least two regions (e.g., region 106 and 109 of FIG. 3) of the colored icon A, B, C, D are different colors and are translucent to allow backlight light to pass through. Under backlight light illumination, the colored icon A, B, C, D may be more aesthetically pleasing. In some embodiments, color icon layer 103 is translucent, and regions of color icon A, B, C, D are translucent, and are more clearly visible under backlight illumination, and color icon A, B, C, D may be more aesthetically pleasing. Also, in some embodiments, different backlight light patterns (e.g., on or off, flashing, etc.) may be implemented so that the colored icon A, B, C, D may indicate different states of the appliance, indicating more information. In other embodiments, colored icon A, B, C, D is opaque.
In some embodiments, the color icon layer 103 may be formed on the base layer 101 by four-color printing, and the color icon A, B, C, D may be formed on the base layer 101 by four-color printing, and may be printed with a color-rich icon. The four-color printing refers to printing with three primary colors (yellow, magenta, cyan) and black by subtractive color method. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a color icon A, B, C, D is formed on one side of the base layer 101 by four-color printing.
In other embodiments, the color icon layer 103 may be sprayed on the base layer 101, or adhered to the base layer 101 using a film or sheet material.
In some embodiments, the colored icons A, B, C, D include a visible colored icon formed on the first side 111 of the base layer 101 that appears on the second side 112 of the base layer 101 in the absence of backlight light. In one embodiment, the substrate 101 is fully transparent, the visible color icon A, B, C, D is attached to the first side 111 of the substrate 101, and the visible color icon is printed directly on the first side 111 of the fully transparent substrate 101 with few processing steps and a thin display film 100. In use, the second side 112 of the base layer 101 faces the user, who views the coloured icon A, B, C, D from the second side 112. A backlight (not shown) may be positioned behind the first side 111 of the base layer 101 and may emit light to illuminate the visible color icons from the first side 111 of the base layer 101. When the backlight is not illuminated, the visible color icon is visible from the second side 112 of the base layer 101, but the icon is not illuminated; when the backlight emits light, the light can be transmitted through the visible color icon, and the visible color icon is lighted. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, colored icons A, B, C, D are both visible colored icons. The visible color icons can be seen without lighting the backlight lamp, and are visual and vivid, so that the user can conveniently check and operate the visible color icons, and the electric quantity is saved.
In some embodiments, the display film 100 further includes a background layer 102, the background layer 102 being disposed on the first side 111 of the base layer 101 outside the area of the colored icon A, B, C, D. The background layer 102 and the color icon layer 103 are disposed on the same surface of the base layer 101, and the background layer 102 and the color icon A, B, C, D are disposed on the first surface 111 of the base layer 101. The background layer 102 and the colored icon A, B, C, D are offset so that they do not overlap, and the background layer 102 does not affect the transmission of the colored icon A, B, C, D. The background layer 102 may make the colored icons A, B, C, D visible and may provide a pleasing aesthetic appearance. The color of the background layer 102 may be coordinated with the color of the bezel of the display screen of the home appliance and/or the housing of the home appliance using the display film 100, so that the overall appearance is coordinated and beautiful.
The background layer 102 is at least partially disposed in the spacing region between the plurality of colored icons A, B, C, D to distinguish the plurality of colored icons A, B, C, D.
In some embodiments, the background layer 102 may be formed on the base layer 101 by printing. The background layer 102 may be printed directly on the surface of the base layer 101, or may be printed on another layer on the base layer 101, i.e., there may be another layer between the background layer 102 and the base layer 101. In other embodiments, the background layer 102 may be made of other films or thin sheets and attached to the base layer 101.
In some embodiments, the background layer 102 is formed on the base layer 101 by screen printing. The silk screen printing method includes using silk screen as printing base and making silk screen printing plate with picture and text by photosensitive plate making method. The screen printing method is suitable for various base layers without the limitation of the surface shape and the area size of the base layers, and is high in flexibility and applicability. The printing can be carried out on a soft base layer or a hard base layer through screen printing, and the printing can also be carried out on a base layer which is plane or non-plane (such as a curved surface and a spherical surface). As shown in fig. 1(2), a background layer 102 is screen-printed in an area outside the color mark layer 103 of the base layer 101.
In one embodiment, the background layer 102 includes opaque light blocking layers formed over the colored icons A, B, C, D, the light blocking layers not allowing light to pass therethrough, making the colored icons A, B, C, D more visible under light. In another embodiment, the background layer 102 may be semi-transparent and the transparency of the background layer 102 may be less than the transparency of the colored icon A, B, C, D.
In some embodiments, the color of the background layer 102 may be the same or close to the exterior color of the home appliance display screen and/or home appliance in which the display film 100 is used, harmonizing the appearance color of the home appliance. In one example, the background layer 102 is a black or silver gray light-shielding layer.
Referring to fig. 2, the thickness of at least one of the colored icons A, B, C, D does not exceed the thickness of the background layer 102, resulting in a thinner overall thickness of the display film 100. In the illustrated embodiment, the colored icons A, B, C, D are embedded in the background layer 102, and the colored icons A, B, C, D are no thicker than the thickness of the background layer 102. In the illustrated embodiment, the background layer 102 is attached to the first side 111 of the base layer 101, and the visible color icons have a thickness that does not exceed the thickness of the background layer 102. The visible color icon is attached to the first surface 111 of the base layer 101, the background layer 102 and the visible color icon are both directly disposed on the first surface 111 of the base layer 101, the thickness of the visible color icon does not exceed the thickness of the background layer 102, and the overall thickness of the display film 100 is relatively thin. In one embodiment, the thickness of the visible color icon is less than the thickness of the background layer 102.
In one embodiment, the thickness of at least one colored icon A, B, C, D is less than the thickness of background layer 102, the overall thickness of display film 100 is thinner, and space may be left for other layers. In the illustrated embodiment, the thickness of the colored icon A, B, C, D is less than the thickness of the background layer 102. In one embodiment, the side of the colored icon A, B, C, D facing the base layer 101 can be flush with the side of the background layer 102 facing the base layer 101.
In some embodiments, the display film 100 includes a light diffusing layer 104, and the light diffusing layer 104 is disposed on a side of the colored icon A, B, C, D opposite the base layer 101 to make the light emitted from the colored icon A, B, C, D more uniform. In one embodiment, the light diffusing layer 104 is translucent to prevent light leakage, and can block components located behind the display film 100, such as a backlight, in a display screen of a home appliance using the display film 100, to prevent the components from being visible to a user from the display film 100, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance and making the color icon A, B, C, D clear. As shown in fig. 1 (3), a light diffusion layer 104 is formed by printing on the side of the color icon layer 103 opposite to the base layer 101. In one embodiment, the diffuser layer 104 may be screen printed using a semi-transparent white ink. In another embodiment, the light dispersing layer 104 may be formed by printing with a material containing light dispersing particles.
In some embodiments, the side of the light diffusing layer 104 facing away from the colored icon A, B, C, D is flush with the side of the background layer 102 facing away from the base layer 101, showing a smoother surface of the film 100.
In one embodiment, the display film 100 includes an opaque additional icon E formed on the surface of the base layer 101, and the display film 100 displays rich information. One or more additional icons E may be provided. The additional icon E may be provided on at least one of the first and second sides 111 and 112 of the base layer 101. In the illustrated embodiment, the additional icon E is formed directly on the first side 111 of the base layer 101, attached to the first side 111. In other embodiments, the additional icon E is formed directly on the second side 112 of the base layer 101, attached to the second side 112. In other embodiments, at least one additional icon E is formed on the first side 111 of the base layer 101 and at least one additional icon E is formed on the second side 112 of the base layer 101. In other embodiments, additional layers may be disposed between the additional icon E and the surface of the base layer 101. In some embodiments, the additional icon E may include a trademark, descriptive text, and/or descriptive graphics, etc. The additional icon E may be a single color or a color including a plurality of colors.
The additional icon E may be printed on the surface of the base layer 101, as shown in fig. 1 (1). As shown in fig. 1(2), a background layer 102 is formed on a surface of the additional icon E opposite to the base layer 101, and the background layer 102 blocks the additional icon E. The background layer 102 may be a light-shielding layer, and is shown on the side of the background layer 102 facing away from the base layer 101, and the additional icon E is not visible, and is indicated by a dotted line. In other embodiments, the background layer 102 may be backed off of the additional icon E, with the background layer 102 and the additional icon E being staggered.
In some embodiments, the color icon A, B, C, D may be formed on the surface of the base layer 101 before the additional icon E. In another embodiment, the additional icon E may be formed on the surface of the base layer 101 before the color icon A, B, C, D is formed. In some embodiments, the background layer 102 may be formed first, followed by the light-diffusing layer 104. In other embodiments, the light-diffusing layer 104 may be formed first, followed by the background layer 102.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating the fabrication of another embodiment of a display film 200 according to the present application. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the display film 200 shown in FIG. 4 taken along line A2-A2. The embodiment shown in fig. 4 and 5 is similar to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2. In contrast to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment shown in fig. 4 and 5 includes a hidden color icon A, B, C, D formed on the first side 211 of the base layer 201, where on the second side 212 of the base layer 201, the hidden color icon is hidden in the absence of backlight light and appears in the presence of backlight light. The colored icon A, B, C, D is not visible from the second side 212 of the display film 200 under illumination without a backlight, and the colored icon A, B, C, D is a hidden colored icon. When light from a backlight is irradiated onto the hidden color icon, it is revealed. The second surface 212 of the base layer 201 faces a user, and after the display screen of the household appliance using the display film 200 is powered on, the backlight lamp can be lightened or flickered, so that the hidden color icons are displayed, and the color icons can be seen when the ambient light is dark, thereby facilitating the viewing and operation of the user. When no light is irradiated, the hidden color icons are invisible, and the displayed page is concise. And when one of the hidden colored icons is lightened or flickers, other colored icons can be hidden without light irradiation, so that the page is concise, and the interference information is less.
In fig. 4(1), an additional icon E is disposed on the base layer 201, and the additional icon E is similar to the additional icon E shown in fig. 1 and is not repeated here.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 (2), the display film 200 includes a translucent background layer 208 formed on a first surface 211 of the base layer 201, and the hidden color icon is formed on a surface of the background layer 208 opposite to the base layer 201, and the base layer 201 may be selected from a wide variety. The base layer 201 may be a fully transparent base layer, and the base color layer 208 may be formed on the surface of the base layer 201 by screen printing using a translucent ink. In some embodiments, the color of the base color layer 208 may be the same or close to the exterior color of the home appliance in which the display film 200 is used, for example, the same or close to the panel color of the home appliance display screen of the home appliance, to coordinate the appearance color of the home appliance. In one example, the base color layer 208 is black or silver. As shown in fig. 4 (3), a color icon A, B, C, D is formed by four-color printing on the side of the ground color layer 208 opposite to the base layer 201. Because the bottom color layer 208 is translucent, the colored icon A, B, C, D is a hidden colored icon.
In one embodiment, the base layer 208 is formed at least partially on the side of the additional icon E facing away from the base layer 201. In another embodiment, the base color layer 208 avoids the additional icon E, which is offset from and does not overlap the base color layer 208.
As shown in fig. 4 (4), the background layer 202 is printed in the area of the background layer 208 outside the color icon A, B, C, D. The background layer 202 may make the colored icon A, B, C, D visible and may make the appearance pleasing. The background layer 202 may be formed by screen printing. The background layer 202 may be an opaque light-shielding layer. The background layer 202 is similar to the background layer 102 shown in fig. 1 and will not be described herein.
In another embodiment, the background layer 202 is formed between the base layer 201 and the background layer 208, and the colored icons A, B, C, D are offset from the background layer 202. The background layer 202 is formed on the base layer 201, leaving an area required for the color icon A, B, C, D, the background layer 208 is formed on the background layer 202 and the base layer 201, leaving an area for the color icon A, B, C, D, and the color icon A, B, C, D is formed on the background layer 208. The colored icon A, B, C, D does not overlap with the background layer 202.
In another embodiment, where the background layer 202 is formed on the base layer 201, the background layer 208 and the colored icons A, B, C, D are offset from the background layer 202, which may save material from the background layer 208. The base color layer 208 and the color icon A, B, C, D are overlapped, and the color icon A, B, C, D is located on the side of the base color layer 208 opposite to the base layer 201, so that the base color layer 208 and the color icon A, B, C, D are not overlapped with the background layer 202 for hiding the color icon.
In another embodiment, the substrate 201 is a translucent substrate and the hidden color icon is formed on the translucent substrate 201. The bottom color layer 208 can be omitted, the color icon layer 203 can be directly formed on the surface of the base layer 201, and the background layer 202 can also be directly formed on the surface of the base layer 201, so that the process is simplified.
Similar to the light-diffusing layer 104 shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 and 5, a translucent light-diffusing layer 204 may be screen-printed on the side of the colored icon A, B, C, D facing away from the base layer 201, as shown in fig. 4 (5), and described in detail above.
Similar to the embodiments described above, the thickness of the colored icon A, B, C, D does not exceed the thickness of the background layer 202. In one embodiment, the thickness of the colored icon A, B, C, D is less than the thickness of the background layer 202. The side of the light-diffusing layer 204 facing away from the colored icon A, B, C, D is flush with the side of the background layer 202 facing away from the base layer 201. The detailed description is referred to above and will not be repeated herein.
FIG. 6 is a schematic flow chart illustrating the fabrication of another embodiment of a display film 300 according to the present application. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the display film 300 shown in FIG. 6 taken along line A3-A3. The embodiment shown in fig. 6 and 7 is similar to the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 4. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6 and 7, the color icons of color icon layer 303 include visible color icons A, B and hidden color icons C, D.
In fig. 6 (1), visible color icons A, B forming color icon layer 303 are printed in four colors on base layer 301. The base layer 301 is a fully transparent base layer. In one embodiment, an additional icon E is provided on the base layer 301. In one embodiment, the visible colored icon A, B may be formed first, followed by the additional icon E. In another embodiment, the additional icon E may be formed first, followed by the visible colored icon A, B.
A hidden color icon C, D is further printed in four colors on the base color layer 308 as shown in fig. 6 (3). The background layer 302 is screen printed further on the base color layer 308, except that the colored icons C, D are hidden. The background layer 302 is outside the visible colored icon A, B and the hidden colored icon C, D, as shown in diagram (4) of fig. 6. The light diffusing layer 304 is further printed over the visible colored icon A, B and the hidden colored icon C, D.
The thickness of the hidden color icon C, D does not exceed the thickness of the background layer 302. The side of the light diffusion layer 304 facing away from the base layer 301 is flush with the side of the background layer 302 facing away from the base layer 301. The detailed description of the embodiments shown in fig. 6 and 7 refers to the above description and will not be repeated here.
Fig. 8 illustrates a cross-sectional view showing another embodiment of a membrane 1200. The embodiment shown in fig. 8 is similar to the embodiment shown in fig. 7. In contrast to the embodiment shown in fig. 7, in the embodiment shown in fig. 8, the background color layer 1208 is at least partially disposed on the side of the visible color icon a opposite to the base layer 1201, and the background color layer 1208 attenuates the light intensity so that the intensity of the light transmitted through the visible color icon a is substantially similar to and more uniform than the intensity of the light transmitted through the hidden color icon C. A light-diffusing layer 1204 corresponding to the visible color icon a is provided on the side of the base layer 1208 facing away from the base layer 1201, corresponding to the area of the visible color icon a. The light-diffusing layer 1204 corresponding to the hidden color icon C may be directly disposed on the side of the hidden color icon C opposite to the base layer 1201.
Fig. 9 is a schematic perspective exploded view of an embodiment of a display screen 400 of a home appliance according to the present application.
Fig. 10 is a side exploded view of the display 400 of the home appliance shown in fig. 9. The home appliance display screen 400 includes a backlight 420 and 423 and the display film 100.
One or more backlights 420-423 may be provided, the position of the backlight 420-423 corresponds to the position of the color icon A, B, C, D, and the light emitted by the backlight 420-423 is irradiated on the color icon A, B, C, D, so that the color icon A, B, C, D is lighted and displayed. The backlight 420 and 423 may emit white light. The number of backlights 420-423 may correspond to the number of colored icons A, B, C, D and may correspond one-to-one.
In one embodiment, the display screen 400 of the household appliance further comprises a support 401, the support 401 is provided with a through hole 410 and 413, the background light 420 and 423 and the display film 100 are located on two opposite sides of the support 401, and the color icon A, B, C, D of the background light 420 and 423 and the display film 100 corresponds to the through hole 410 and 413, so that the assembly is simple and convenient. The bracket 401 may form one or more through holes 410 and 413, and the number of the through holes 410 and 413 may be the same as the number of the color icons A, B, C, D of the color icon layer 103, and may correspond to each other.
The through holes 410 and 413 give way to the backlight lamps 420 and 423 and the color icon A, B, C, D, so that the light emitted from the backlight lamps 420 and 423 can be irradiated onto the color icon A, B, C, D, and the color icon A, B, C, D is lighted. The through holes 410 and 413 can be separated from each other to separate the backlights 420 and 423, so that the lights emitted from the backlights 420 and 423 can be irradiated onto the corresponding color icons A, B, C, D to avoid mutual influence.
In one embodiment, the display 400 further includes a circuit board 402, the circuit board 402 is fixed to one side of the bracket 401, the backlight 420 and 423 are installed on the circuit board 402, and the display film 100 is located on one side of the bracket 401 opposite to the circuit board 402. The circuit board 402 stabilizes the structure of the backlight 420 and 423, so that the flat cable is neat. The flat cable may be arranged on the circuit board 402 or directly formed on the circuit board 402, so that the flat cable is neat. The circuit board 402 and the display film 100 are located on opposite sides of the support 401, and the support 401 may serve as a support fixture. In one embodiment, circuitry (not shown) may be disposed on circuit board 402 to control backlight 420 and 423.
In some embodiments, the display screen 400 of the household appliance includes a panel 403, and the panel 403 is disposed on a side of the display film 100 facing away from the backlight 420 and 423. In one embodiment, panel 403 is positioned on a side of support 401 facing away from circuit board 402, and display film 100 is positioned between panel 403 and support 401. The back of the display film 100 faces the support 401, and the panel 403 covers the front of the display film 100. The panel 403 may protect and support the display film 100, facilitating the secure assembly of the display film 100. The substrate of display film 100 may be a flexible film. The panel 403 is translucent or fully transparent. In the embodiment shown in fig. 9 and 10, the panel 403 comprises a translucent PC (Polycarbonate) panel. The translucent PC panel may obscure some components behind the PC panel, leaving the color icons displayed in clear. The PC panel has good light transmission and high light transmittance, so that the color icons are clear.
In some embodiments, the display film 100 is affixed to the support 401. The display film 100 may be adhered to a side of the support 401 facing the panel 403. The display film 100 is adhered to the support 401, so that the adhesion is convenient, and is not influenced by the shape of the panel 403, and the shape of the panel 403 can be a plane or a non-plane. In another embodiment, the display film 100 is adhered to the panel 403. The display film 100 may be adhered to the side of the panel 403 facing the support 401. The display film 100 is attached to the panel 403, more clearly. The display film 100 is attached to the panel 403 of the non-planar panel 403 so as to be as close as possible to the non-planar panel 403, thereby making the color icons more visible from the side of the panel 403 opposite to the display film 100.
The display film in the embodiment shown in fig. 9 may be the display film 100 shown in fig. 1 and 2. In other embodiments, the display film of the home appliance display screen 400 may be the display film 200 or 300 or 1200 shown in fig. 4-8, or the display film of other embodiments described above.
In one embodiment, the display film is the display film 100 of fig. 1 and the colored icon A, B, C, D is a visible colored icon. Fig. 11 and 12 are schematic diagrams of different operating states of the display film 100 shown from the first side 111 of the base layer 101 of the display film 100. When the backlight 420-423 is not energized and not lit, the colored icon A, B, C, D is visible but not lit, as shown in FIG. 11. In one embodiment, when the backlight 420 and 423 are turned on, the corresponding color icon A, B, C, D transmits light and turns on. In some embodiments, one or more of the backlights 420 and 423 may be controlled to illuminate or flash such that the corresponding colored icon A, B, C, D illuminates or flashes indicating that the corresponding colored icon A, B, C, D is selected.
As shown in fig. 12, the backlight 420 corresponding to the color icon a is lit, and the color icon a is lit, indicating that the color icon a is selected. In one embodiment, the illumination of the color icon a may indicate that the home appliance is performing a function corresponding to the color icon a. In another embodiment, the colored icon A may blink. In some embodiments, the colored icon A, B, C, D can be illuminated to indicate one operational state of the appliance, such as one of selected function but not started, end, and working, and the colored icon A, B, C, D can be illuminated to indicate another operational state, such as another one of selected function but not started, end, and working. The additional icon E is not illuminated and is visible on the first side 101 of the substrate 101.
In another embodiment, the display film of the display screen 400 of the home appliance is the display film 200 shown in fig. 4, and the colored icon A, B, C, D is a hidden colored icon. Fig. 13-15 are schematic diagrams of different operating states of the display film 200 shown from the first side 211 of the base layer 201 of the display film 200. When the backlight 420-423 is not powered and not lit, the colored icon A, B, C, D is not visible, as shown in FIG. 13. The additional icon E is not illuminated and is visible on the first side 101 of the substrate 101.
When the backlight 420 and 423 are powered on, the corresponding color icon A, B, C, D is lit. In some embodiments, one or more of the backlights 420 and 423 may be controlled to illuminate or flash such that the corresponding colored icon A, B, C, D illuminates or flashes indicating that the corresponding colored icon A, B, C, D is selected. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 14, a plurality of backlights 420 and 423 are illuminated and a plurality of colored icons A, B, C and D are illuminated. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, backlight 420 corresponding to color icon a blinks, and color icon a blinks, indicating that color icon a is selected. In another embodiment, the selected colored icon may light up or flash, and the other colored icons may not light up.
In another embodiment, the display film of the home appliance display screen 400 is the display film 300 shown in fig. 6, the colored icons A, B are visible colored icons, and the colored icons C, D are hidden colored icons. Fig. 16-19 are schematic diagrams of different operating states of the display film 300 shown from the first side 311 of the base layer 301 of the display film 300. When the backlights 420 and 423 are not powered and not lit, the color icon A, B is visible and the color icon C, D is not visible, as shown in fig. 16.
When the backlight 420 and 423 are turned on, the corresponding color icon A, B, C, D transmits light and is turned on, and the hidden color icon appears. In some embodiments, one or more of the backlights 420 and 423 may be controlled to illuminate or flash such that the corresponding colored icon A, B, C, D illuminates or flashes indicating that the corresponding colored icon A, B, C, D is selected. In one embodiment, upon selection of the visible colored icon A, B, the corresponding backlight 420, 421 is controlled to light up. Upon selection of the hidden colored icon C, D, the backlights 422, 423 are controlled to flash. In another embodiment, upon selection of the visible colored icon A, B, the corresponding backlight 420, 421 is controlled to flash. In another embodiment, the visible colored icon A, B can light up and flash, and the visible colored icon A, B lights up and flashes to indicate different operating states, respectively.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 17, after the display 400 of the household appliance is powered on, the backlight 422 and 423 (shown in fig. 5) corresponding to the hidden color icon C, D is lit, so that the hidden color icon C, D appears, and the user can see the color icon A, B, C, D and make a selection. When visible color icon A is selected, color icon A lights up as shown in FIG. 18. In another embodiment, upon selection of visible color icon A, color icon A blinks. In one embodiment, when hidden color icon C is selected, hidden color icon C blinks, as shown in fig. 19.
In another embodiment, the display film of the display screen 400 of the home appliance may be the display film 1200 shown in fig. 8, and the operation state may be similar to the display film 300 shown in fig. 6, as described in detail above.
Fig. 20 is an exploded perspective view of another embodiment of a display screen 500 of a home appliance. Fig. 21 is a side exploded view of the display 500 of the home appliance shown in fig. 20. The home appliance display screen 500 shown in fig. 20 and 21 is similar to the home appliance display screen 400 shown in fig. 9 and 10. In comparison with the home appliance display screen 400 shown In fig. 9 and 10, the display film 100 of the home appliance display screen 500 shown In fig. 20 and 21 is formed on the injection-molded part 503 by In-Mold Decoration (IMD). The injection-molded part 503 can support the display film 100, and the assembly process of the display film 100 is omitted, thereby simplifying the assembly process. In one embodiment, the display film 100 is located on the side of the injection molded part 503 facing away from the light barrier 401, and the injection molded part 503 and the display film 100 are assembled together to the light barrier 401. The injection molded part 503 is completely transparent or translucent.
In other embodiments, the display film of the home appliance display screen 500 may be the display film 200, 300, 1200 described above or the display film of other embodiments. The operating state of the display screen 500 of the household appliance can be referred to as described above.
Fig. 22 is an exploded perspective view of another embodiment of a display screen 600 of a home appliance. The home appliance display screen 600 shown in fig. 22 is similar to the home appliance display screen 500 shown in fig. 20 and 21. Compared to the display screen 500 of the home appliance shown in fig. 20 and 21, the base layer of the display film 100 of the display screen 600 of the home appliance shown in fig. 22 includes a PVC base layer, a PET base layer, a PC base layer, or a glass base layer, has a certain strength and thickness, and is not easily bent or deformed. In one embodiment, the display film 100 may be directly assembled to one side of the light barrier 401, and the panel may be omitted.
Fig. 23 is an exploded perspective view of another embodiment of a display screen 700 of a home appliance. The home appliance display screen 700 shown in fig. 23 is similar to the home appliance display screen 400 shown in fig. 9 and 10. Compared with the home appliance display screen 400 shown in fig. 9 and 10, the home appliance display screen 700 shown in fig. 23 includes the touch switch member 724 and 727 electrically connected to the control board 702, and the control board 702 is electrically connected to the backlight 720 and 723, so that the home appliance display screen 700 can perform display and touch operations, which is convenient for a user to operate. The touch control of the backlight 720 and 723 can be realized by touching the touch switch member 724 and 727 from the surface of the home appliance display screen 700. The corresponding backlight 720 and 723 may be lit, flashed, or extinguished by touching the surface of the home appliance display screen 700 at a location corresponding to the colored icon A, B, C, D.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 23, the touch switch member 724-727 may include an elastic member extending from the control board 702 toward the display film 100. In one embodiment, the elastic member extends from the control board 702 to the display film 100 through the light guide holes 410 and 415 of the light barrier 401, and the elastic member can be pressed to change the state of the backlight 720 and 723 by pressing the surface of the display screen 700 of the household appliance. The elastic member is low in cost and easy to implement, and can implement touch operations on surfaces (planar or non-planar) of different shapes of the display screen 700 of the home appliance. The elastic member may be adapted to have a flat or non-flat surface as the panel of the display screen 700 or a rigid substrate (e.g., glass substrate or PVC substrate) of the display screen 700, and the end of the elastic member may abut or be close to the color icon A, B, C, D, and the color icon A, B, C, D may be pressed to activate the elastic member. The size of the colored icon A, B, C, D is larger than the size of the end of the elastic member near the colored icon A, B, C, D.
In one embodiment, the control board 702 is provided with a switch (not shown) connected to the backlight 720 and 723, the elastic member can be connected to the switch, and the switch can be triggered by pressing the elastic member, so as to control the backlight 720 and 723. The elastic member may correspond to the backlight 720-723 and the color icon A, B, C, D, and pressing the color icon A, B, C, D may control the corresponding backlight 720-723. In one embodiment, the elastic member comprises a spring surrounding the backlight 720 and 723 to prevent the light from blocking the backlight 720 and 723 to the display film 100.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 23, the front surface of the display film 100 is covered with the panel 403, and the detailed description is referred to above and will not be repeated herein. In other embodiments, the display film may be the display film of display film 200, 300, 1200, or other embodiments above.
Fig. 24 is a perspective exploded view of another embodiment of a home appliance display screen 800. The home appliance display screen 800 shown in fig. 24 is similar to the home appliance display screen 700 shown in fig. 23. The display screen 800 of the household appliance shown in fig. 24 includes a touch switch member 724-727 electrically connected to the control board 702, similar to the embodiment shown in fig. 23, and will not be described herein again. In contrast to the home appliance display screen 700 shown in fig. 23, the display film 100 of the home appliance display screen 800 shown in fig. 24 is formed on the injection-molded part 503 by the in-mold decoration technique, and the related description is referred to above.
In another embodiment, the display film is a display film with a PVC, PET, PC or glass substrate as the substrate, as described above.
Fig. 25 is a side exploded view of another embodiment of a home appliance display screen 900. The home appliance display screen 900 shown in fig. 25 is similar to the home appliance display screen 400 shown in fig. 9 and 10. In comparison with the home appliance display screen 400 shown in fig. 9 and 10, the home appliance display screen 900 shown in fig. 25 includes a touch switch member electrically connected to the control board 402. In the embodiment shown in fig. 25, the touch switch member includes the touch film 905, and is sensitive to response and good in touch effect, the touch film 905 transmits light, the color icon is less shielded from light, and the size of the color icon is not limited. The touch film 905 is electrically connected to the control board 402, an electrical signal generated by the touch film 905 after being touched can be transmitted to the control board 402, and the control board 402 generates a corresponding control signal to control the backlight lamps 420 and 422.
In one embodiment, the touch film 905 is located on the side of the display film 100 facing away from the backlight 420, 422. The touch film 905 is located on the front surface of the display film 100. The touch film 905 can sense a touch more sensitively. The touch film 905 is located on a side of the display film 100 facing away from the light-blocking plate 401. The display film 100 is located between the touch film 905 and the light-blocking panel 401. In the embodiment shown in fig. 25, one side of the touch film 905 covers the panel 403. In one embodiment, the touch film 905 can be adhered to the panel 403. The display film 100 may be adhered to the light barrier 401. In another embodiment, the touch film 905 is positioned on the side of the display film 100 facing the backlight lamps 420, 422. The touch film 905 is located on the back surface of the display film 100. The touch film 905 is located between the light-blocking panel 401 and the display film 100. The touch film 905 and the control board 402 have short connecting lines, thereby facilitating wire arrangement. In one embodiment, the touch film 905 and the display film 100 are independently provided, and are formed on different base layers, respectively.
In other embodiments, the display film may be the display film of display film 200, 300, 1200, or other embodiments above.
Fig. 26 is a side exploded view of another embodiment of a home appliance display screen 1000. The home appliance display screen 1000 shown in fig. 26 is similar to the home appliance display screen 900 shown in fig. 25. Compared to the home appliance display screen 900 shown in fig. 25, the touch film 1005 and the display film 1010 of the home appliance display screen 1000 shown in fig. 26 share a base layer, so that material, cost, assembly, and thickness can be saved. A color mark layer of the display film 1010 and the like are formed on one surface of the base layer, and a conductive layer of the touch film 1005 and the like are formed on the other surface of the base layer. In one embodiment, display film 1010 is on the side of touch film 1005 that faces away from the backlight. In another embodiment, touch film 1005 is on the side of display film 1010 facing away from the backlight.
Fig. 27 is a side exploded view of another embodiment of a home appliance display screen 1100. The home appliance display screen 1100 shown in fig. 27 is similar to the home appliance display screen 1000 shown in fig. 26. In contrast to the home appliance display screen 1000 shown in fig. 26, the display film 100 of the home appliance display screen 1100 shown in fig. 27 is formed on the injection-molded part 503 by the in-mold decoration technique, and the related description is referred to above. A touch film 905 is located between the injection molded part 503 and the light barrier 401. In one embodiment, the touch film 905 may be adhered to the side of the light barrier 401 facing the injection molded part 503. In another embodiment, the touch film 905 may be adhered to the side of the injection molded part 503 opposite to the display film 100.
In another embodiment, the display film is a display film with a PVC, PET, PC or glass substrate as the substrate, as described above. The touch film 905 is located between the display film and the light-blocking plate 401.
Fig. 28 is a schematic cross-sectional exploded view of a display film 1400 of the present application, and fig. 29 is a schematic perspective exploded view of another display screen 1300 of a home appliance of the present application. As shown in fig. 28 and 29, the display film 1400 includes a base layer 1401 and a color icon layer 1402, the color icon layer 1402 is disposed on the base layer 1401 and includes color icons A, B, C, D, E, F, at least one of the color icons includes a plurality of different colors, and the light transmittance of the color icon layer 1402 is in a range of 10% to 50%.
Because the color icon layer 1402 can provide color display icons for the home appliance display screen 1300, the icons are colorful, vivid and intuitive, and easy to understand by a user, and meanwhile, the display film 1400 is low in cost compared with a color liquid crystal screen. The light transmittance of the color mark layer 1402 is 10% to 50%, so that the problems of too bright and dazzling color icons caused by too high light transmittance are avoided, the problem of use influence caused by too dark color icons caused by too low light transmittance is also avoided, and the light transmittance effect and the display effect of the display film 1400 are optimized.
In some embodiments, the light transmittance of the color mark layer 1402 is in a range of 20% to 40%, for example, 25%, 30%, and 35%, which avoids the problem of too bright and dazzling color marks caused by too high light transmittance, and avoids the problem of too dark color marks caused by too low light transmittance, which affects the use of the display film 1400, and optimizes the light transmittance and display effect of the display film 1400.
In other embodiments, display film 1400 further comprises window menu layer 1403, window menu layer 1403 overlays color icon layer 1402, and window menu layer 1403 is disposed on a side of color icon A, B, C, D, E, F opposite base layer 1401. The color appearance of the color icon layer 1402 is optimized by the cooperation of the window menu layer 1403 and the color icon layer 1402. Wherein, window menu layer 1403 can be translucent brown to provide the whole additional effect of translucent brown for the colored light of the colored icon that sees through window menu layer 1403, the display effect of the colored icon of being convenient for can be unified with domestic appliance's whole effect. In other embodiments, the window menu layer 1403 can also be in other color effects such as translucent yellow, translucent gold, translucent gray, etc., which is not limited in this application.
In other embodiments, the display film 1400 further includes a diffuser layer 1404, the diffuser layer 1404 overlying the color icon layer 1402. The light spreading layer 1404 is disposed on the side of the colored icon A, B, C, D, E, F opposite the base layer 1401 to make the light transmitted through the colored icon A, B, C, D, E, F more uniform. In one embodiment, the light diffusing layer 1404 is translucent to prevent light leakage, and can block components, such as backlight, located behind the display film 1400 in the display screen 1300 of the home appliance using the display film 1400, to prevent the components from being seen from the display film 1400 by the user, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance and making the color icon A, B, C, D, E, F clear. The light diffusing layer 1404 may be formed by printing on the side of the color mark layer 1402 opposite to the base layer 1401. In one embodiment, the diffuser layer 1404 can be screen printed using a semi-transmissive white ink. In another embodiment, the light dispersing layer 1404 may be formed by printing with a material containing light dispersing particles.
In some embodiments, the light transmittance of the diffusion layer 1404 may be 10% to 50%, for example, 20%, 30%, 40%, and light leakage can be prevented on the one hand by defining the light transmittance of the diffusion layer 1404, and components located behind the display film 1400 in the display screen 1300 of the home appliance using the display film 1400 can be shielded; on the other hand, the display effect of the color icon can also be enhanced by the light diffusing layer 1404.
In some embodiments, the display film 1400 includes a window menu layer 1403 and a light scattering layer 1404, and the light scattering layer 1404 is located between the window menu layer 1403 and the color icon layer 1402, so that light rays respectively pass through the color icon layer 1402, the light scattering layer 1404, and the window menu layer 1403 and then are emitted out, which not only can improve the color effect of color icons, but also can shield components located behind the display film 1400 in the display screen 1300 of the home appliance using the display film 1400 and improve the overall display effect.
In some embodiments, display film 1400 further includes a background layer 1405, where background layer 1405 is disposed on the first side of base layer 1401 outside the area of colored icon A, B, C, D, E, F. The background layer 1405 and the color icon layer 1402 are disposed on the same surface of the base layer 1401, and the background layer 1405 and the color icon A, B, C, D, E, F are disposed on the first surface of the base layer 1401. The background layer 1405 and the colored icon A, B, C, D, E, F are offset so that they do not overlap, and the background layer 1405 does not affect the light transmission of the colored icon A, B, C, D, E, F. The background layer 1405 may make the colored icon A, B, C, D, E, F visible and may make the appearance pleasing. The color of the background layer 1405 can be coordinated with the color of the frame of the display screen 1300 of the home appliance using the display film 1400 and/or the housing of the home appliance, so that the overall appearance is coordinated and beautiful.
The background layer 1405 is at least partially disposed in the spacing region between the plurality of colored icons A, B, C, D, E, F to distinguish the plurality of colored icons A, B, C, D, E, F.
In some embodiments, the background layer 1405 may be printed over the base layer 1401. The background layer 1405 may be printed directly on the surface of the base layer 1401, or may be printed on another layer on the base layer 1401, i.e. there may be another layer between the background layer 1405 and the base layer 1401. In other embodiments, the background layer 1405 may be applied to the substrate 1401 by other films or sheet materials.
In some embodiments, the background layer 1405 is formed on the base layer 1401 by screen printing. The silk screen printing method includes using silk screen as printing base and making silk screen printing plate with picture and text by photosensitive plate making method. By screen printing, the method can be applied to a variety of base layers 1401 without being limited by the surface shape and the area size of the base layer 1401, and has high flexibility and applicability. The soft base layer 1401 or the hard base layer 1401 may be printed by screen printing, and the base layer 1401 may be printed on a plane or a non-plane (e.g., a curved surface or a spherical surface). A background layer 1405 is screen printed in an area outside the color symbol layer 1402 of the base layer 1401.
In one embodiment, the background layer 1405 includes opaque light blocking layers formed over the colored icons A, B, C, D, E, F, the light blocking layers not allowing light to pass through, making the colored icons A, B, C, D, E, F more visible under light. In another embodiment, the background layer 1405 may be translucent and the transparency of the background layer 1405 may be lower than the transparency of the colored icon A, B, C, D, E, F.
In some embodiments, the color of the background layer 1405 may be the same or close to the exterior color of the home appliance display screen 1300 and/or home appliance using the display film 1400, harmonizing the appearance color of the home appliance. In one example, the background layer 1405 is a black or silver gray light-shielding layer.
As shown in fig. 29, in some embodiments, a home appliance display screen 1300 includes a panel 1303 and a display film 1400. The side of the display film 1400 facing the display surface is a front side, the side opposite to the display surface 1400 is a back side, and the panel 1303 covers the front side of the display film 1400. The panel 1303 may protect and support the display film 1400, facilitating the fixing assembly of the display film 1400. The base layer of display film 1400 may be a flexible film.
In some embodiments, the light transmittance of the panel 1303 is in the range of 20% to 60%, which provides soft color and moderate brightness. In other embodiments, the light transmittance of the panel 1303 is in a range of 30% to 50%, for example, 35%, 40%, and 45%, so that the color of the transmitted light is softer and the brightness is moderate, thereby achieving a better display effect. By combining the design of the light transmittance of the color icon layer 1402, the light diffusion layer 1404 and the panel 1303, the color icons can have better display effect.
In some embodiments, the substrate of the panel 1303 may include at least one of ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic and PC (Polycarbonate). Among them, ABS plastic has high hardness and strength, better heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance and toughness, and has a high surface gloss, is easily colored and easily processed, thus contributing to the improvement of the overall performance of the panel 1303. The PC has better heat resistance, light transmission and impact resistance, and has better wear resistance compared with ABS plastic, so that color icons are clear.
In other embodiments, the substrate of the panel may be a transparent material.
Fig. 30 is an exploded perspective view of another embodiment of a display screen 1300 for a home appliance. The home appliance display screen 1300 includes a backlight 1320-. The backlight 1320-.
One or more backlights 1320 and 1325 may be provided, the position of the backlight 1320 and 1325 corresponds to the position of the color icon A, B, C, D, E, F, and the light emitted from the backlight 1320 and 1325 is irradiated on the color icon A, B, C, D, E, F to light up and display the color icon A, B, C, D, E, F. The backlight 1320-1325 may emit white light. The number of backlights 1320-1325 may be the same as the number of colored icons A, B, C, D, E, F and may correspond one-to-one.
In one embodiment, the home appliance display screen 1300 further comprises a light barrier 1301 and a control panel 1302, the control panel 1302 is fixed on one side of the light barrier 1301, the background light 1320 is installed on the control panel 1302, and the display film 1400 is located on one side of the light barrier 1301 opposite to the control panel 1302. The control board 1302 stabilizes the structure of the backlight 1320, making the cable neat. The bus lines may be arranged on the control board 1302 or formed directly on the control board 1302, so that the bus lines are neat. The control panel 1302 and the display film 1400 are located on opposite sides of the light barrier 1301, and the light barrier 1301 can play a supporting and fixing role. In one embodiment, control circuitry 1326 may be provided on the control board 1302 to control the backlight 1320 and 1325.
The light barrier 1301 is provided with light guide holes 1310 and 1315, and the background light 1320 and 1325 and the color icon A, B, C, D, E, F of the display film 1400 correspond to the light guide holes 1310 and 1315, so that the assembly is simple and convenient. The light barrier 1301 can form one or more light guide holes 1310-.
The light guide holes 1310 and 1315 give way to the backlight 1320 and 1325 and the color icon A, B, C, D, E, F, so that the light emitted from the backlight 1320 and 1325 can be irradiated onto the color icon A, B, C, D, E, F, and the color icon A, B, C, D, E, F is lighted. The light guide holes 1310- ' 1315 may be spaced from each other to separate the backlights 1320- ' 1325, so that the lights emitted from the backlights 1320- ' 1325 can be irradiated onto the corresponding color icons A, B, C, D, E, F to avoid mutual influence.
In some embodiments, the display film 1400 is adhered to the light barrier 1301. The display film 1400 may be attached to a side of the light-blocking plate 1301 facing the panel 1303. The display film 1400 is adhered to the light barrier 1301, so that the adhesion is convenient, and is not affected by the shape of the panel 1303, and the shape of the panel 1303 may be a plane or a non-plane. In another embodiment, the display film 1400 is attached to the panel 1303. The display film 1400 may be attached to a side of the panel 1303 facing the light barrier 1301. The display film 1400 is attached to the panel 1303, which is more clear. For the non-planar panel 1303, the display film 1400 is adhered to the panel 1303, and the non-planar panel 1303 may be attached as much as possible, so that the color icons are more clearly seen from the side of the panel 1303 opposite to the display film 1400.
In other embodiments, fig. 31 is a schematic perspective view of the display screen 1300 of the household appliance in fig. 30 at another angle, as shown in fig. 31, a second mounting hole 1400a is formed on the display film 1400, a second positioning column 1303c is formed on the panel 1303, and the second mounting hole 1400a of the display film 1400 is correspondingly matched with the second positioning column 1303c of the panel 1303. Specifically, the second positioning column 1303c passes through the second mounting hole 1400a and is in spacing fit with the second mounting hole 1400a to define the relative position relationship between the display film 1400 and the panel 1303. The second mounting hole 1400a may be disposed at an edge of the display film 1400, and correspondingly, the second positioning column 1303c is disposed at an edge of the panel 1303. The number of the second positioning columns 1303c and the second mounting holes 1400a should be the same, and may be 2, 3, or 4, so as to limit the relative position relationship between the display film 1400 and the panel 1303 through the matching of the preset number of the second positioning columns 1303c and the second mounting holes 1400a, which is not limited in the present application. In particular, as shown in fig. 30 to fig. 31, second mounting holes 1400a may be respectively disposed at four corners of the display film 1400 to reduce the space occupation of the display film 1400, and correspondingly, second positioning posts 1303c are respectively disposed at four corners of the panel 1303, which can also prevent the second positioning posts 1303c from interfering with the structure and the display function of the panel 1303.
The second mounting hole 1400a and the second positioning post 1303c are matched to improve the mounting accuracy of the display film 1400 and the panel 1303, improve the assembly convenience, prevent the position and posture of the color icon on the display film 1400 relative to the panel 1303 from being changed in the assembly process, and ensure the display effect of the display screen 1300 of the household appliance.
In some embodiments, the home appliance display screen 1300 further includes a panel bezel 1304, and the control panel 1302, the light barrier 1301, and the panel 1303 are assembled in an assembly space 1304a formed by the panel bezel 1304. The panel decorative ring 1304 can assemble and fix the control panel 1302, the light barrier 1301, the display film 1400 and the panel 1303, so that the assembled structure can be assembled with a household appliance host as a whole, and the assembly efficiency can be improved. The assembly space 1304a is a space surrounded by the annular side wall of the panel bezel 1304, and when the control panel 1302, the light barrier 1301, the display film 1400 and the panel 1303 are assembled with the panel bezel 1304, the control panel 1302 and the light barrier 1301 are completely accommodated in the assembly space 1304. When the display film 1400 and the panel 1303 are flat plates, the display film 1400 and the panel 1303 may be completely accommodated in the assembly space 1304 a; when the display film 1400 and the panel 1303 include a curvature, the display film 1400 and the panel 1303 may be partially or completely accommodated in the assembly space 1304a based on their own curvature. For example, when the curvature of the display film 1400 and the panel 1303 is larger, the middle area of the display film 1400 and the panel 1303 protrudes out of the assembly space 1304a, so as to form an appearance effect with a predetermined curvature.
In some embodiments, the panel bezel 1304 is provided with a first positioning post 1304b, the control panel 1302 is provided with a first mounting hole 1302a, and the first mounting hole 1302a is correspondingly matched with the first positioning post 1304b, so that the control panel 1302 can be fixed on the panel bezel 1304. Specifically, the first positioning column 1304b passes through the first mounting hole 1302a and is in limit fit with the first mounting hole 1302a, so as to define the relative position relationship between the control panel 1302 and the panel bezel 1304. The first mounting hole 1302a may be disposed at an edge of the control panel 1302 or in a gap between the backlights 1320 and 1325 on the control panel 1302, and correspondingly, the first positioning pillar 1304b is disposed at a position on the panel bezel 1304 that matches the position of the first mounting hole 1302 a. The number of the first positioning columns 1304b and the first mounting holes 1302a should be the same, and may be 2, 3, or 4, so as to define the relative position relationship between the control panel 1302 and the panel bezel 1304 through the matching of the preset number of the first positioning columns 1304b and the first mounting holes 1302a, which does not limit the number of the first positioning columns 1304b and the first mounting holes 1302 a. Specifically, as shown in fig. 30 and 31, two first mounting holes 1302a may be respectively disposed at the top and the bottom of the control board 1302 to reduce the space occupation of the control board 1302, and correspondingly, four first positioning pillars 1304b matched with the four first mounting holes 1302a are respectively disposed on the inner side surface of the panel bezel 1304 facing the control board 1302, so that the relative position relationship between the control board 1302 and the panel bezel 1304 is determined by the first positioning pillars 1304b and the first mounting holes 1302a at the four positions.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 30 and 31, a fastening portion 1303d is further disposed on the panel 1303, a third mounting hole 1304c is disposed on the panel decorative ring 1304, the panel 1303 covers the panel 1303 for decoration, and the fastening portion 1303d passes through the third mounting hole 1304c to be in fastening fit with the host 11 of the household appliance, so as to fasten the display film 1400, the light blocking plate 1301 and the control panel 1302 inside the panel 1303 between the panel 1303 and the panel decorative ring 1304. The buckling part 1303d may be disposed in an edge region of the panel 1303, so as to facilitate buckling operation and reduce the structural occupation of the panel 1303 by the buckling part 1303 d. The third mounting hole 1304c may be a through hole which is arranged on the panel decoration ring 1304 and corresponds to the buckling part 1303d one by one, so that the buckling part 1303d on the panel 1303 can penetrate through the panel decoration ring 1304 to be buckled with the household appliance host 11, and the panel decoration ring 1304, the control panel 1302, the light barrier 1301 and the display film 1400 which are located between the panel 1303 and the household appliance host 11 are pressed and fixed, so that the assembly and matching of the household appliance display screen 1300 and the household appliance 10 are realized. The number of the buckling parts 1303d may be 2, 3, 4, etc., and the number of the buckling parts 1303d and the number of the third mounting holes 1304c are not limited in this application.
In some embodiments, fig. 32 is an exploded schematic view of the household appliance display screen 1300 and the household appliance main unit 11, as shown in fig. 32, a first ground color additional layer 1304d is disposed on a side of the panel decorative ring 1304 facing the panel 1303, and the first ground color additional layer 1304d is at least one of black, brown and brown. The first base color additional layer 1304d forms a dark background by its own color at the bottom of the home appliance display screen 1300, preventing some of the structure of the panel bezel 1304 from penetrating through the panel 1303. The first base color additional layer 1304d may be a plating layer, a coating layer, a paint layer, or the like formed on the panel decorative ring 1304, or may be a film layer adhered to the panel decorative ring 1304. The panel decorative ring 1304 includes an inner side facing the panel 1303 and assembly structures formed on the inner side, and the first ground color additional layer 1304d may be coated on the inner side and the assembly structures, so that the panel decorative ring 1304 presents a dark background to the whole area facing the panel 1303, thereby preventing some structures of the panel decorative ring 1304 from penetrating through the panel 1303.
In some embodiments, a second additional layer 1302b of ground color is disposed on the side of the control panel 1302 facing the panel 1303, a third additional layer 1301a of ground color is disposed on the side of the light barrier 1303 facing the panel 1303, and the colors of the second additional layer 1302b of ground color and the third additional layer 1301a of ground color are at least one of black, brown and brown. Similar to the first ground color layer, the second ground color additional layer 1302b and the third ground color layer form a dark background on the bottom of the home appliance display screen 1300 by their own color, avoiding some of the structures of the control panel 1302 and the light barrier 1303 from passing through the panel 1303. Similar to the first additional base color layer 1304d, the second additional base color layer 1302b may be a plating layer, a coating layer, a paint layer, or the like formed on the control board 1302, or may be a film layer adhered to the control board 1302, and the form of the second additional base color layer 1302b is not limited in this application. The side of the control panel 1302 facing the panel 1303 is provided with a backlight 1320 and a key structure, and the like, and the second bottom-color additional layer 1302b can cover the side of the control panel 1302 facing the panel 1303 except other areas provided with the backlight and the key structure, so that the side of the control panel 1302 facing the panel 1303 is provided with a dark-colored background, and some structures of the control panel 1302 are prevented from being exposed through the panel 1303. The third additional base color layer 1301a may be a plating layer, a coating layer, a paint layer, or the like formed on the light barrier 1301, or may be a film layer adhered to the control panel 1302, and the form of the third additional base color layer 1301a is not limited in this application. The side of the light barrier 1301 facing the panel 1303 is provided with structures such as light guide holes, and the third ground color additional layer 1301a can cover the free area and the light guide hole structure of the side of the control panel 1302 facing the panel 1303, so that the side of the light barrier 1301 facing the panel 1303 presents a dark background, and some structures of the light barrier 1301 are prevented from penetrating through the panel 1303.
The display film 1400 in the embodiment shown in fig. 28-32 may be the display film 100 shown in fig. 1 and 2. In other embodiments, the display film 1400 of the display screen 1300 of the home appliance may be the display film 200 or 300 or 1200 shown in fig. 4-8, or the display films of other embodiments described above. The positions of the color icons a-F in the color icon layer of the display film 1400 may be different in different embodiments, and correspondingly, the positions of the backlight and the light guide hole may be adjusted according to the positions of the color icons. 28-32 are merely exemplary labels for the locations of the colored icons.
The household appliance of some embodiments of the present application includes a household appliance display screen.
Fig. 33 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of the household appliance 10. In one embodiment, the household appliance 10 comprises a food processor. In some embodiments, the food processor may include at least one of a blender, an electric rice cooker, a pressure cooker, a water kettle, a coffee maker, a grill, and a microwave oven. The blender can include at least one of broken wall cooking machine, soybean milk machine, juice extractor and complementary food machine. The pressure cooker may include at least one of a pressure cooker and an induction cooker. In other embodiments, the processor may also include other food preparation devices. In other embodiments, the household appliance 10 may include a refrigerator, a washing machine, an air conditioner, a range hood, and the like.
The household appliance 10 comprises a household appliance display screen 13. The home appliance display 13 may be the home appliance display of the above-described embodiment. The household appliance 10 may interact with a user via the household appliance display 13.
In the illustrated embodiment, the household appliance 10 is a food processor, and includes a main body 11 and a food processor 12. The host 11 can control the operation of the food processor and can provide the electric energy required by the operation of the food processor. The food can be contained in the food processor 12, and the food can be processed in the food processor 12. The cooking appliance 12 may include a cup assembly and/or a cooking pot. In some embodiments, the main frame 11 is in the form of a stand, and the cooking utensil 12 can be placed on the main frame 11. The home appliance display 13 may be provided to the host 11. In some embodiments, the food processor 10 includes a lid assembly 14 that can be placed over the food processor 12.
In other embodiments, the host 11 may be located within the lid assembly 14. In other embodiments, the home appliance display screen 13 may be provided to the cover assembly 14.
For the method embodiments, since they substantially correspond to the apparatus embodiments, reference may be made to the apparatus embodiments for relevant portions of the description. The method embodiment and the device embodiment are complementary.

Claims (26)
1. A display film, comprising:
a base layer;
the color icon layer is arranged on the base layer and comprises at least one color icon, the at least one color icon comprises multiple different colors, and the light transmittance of the color icon layer is 10% -50%.
2. The display film of claim 1, wherein the color icon layer has a light transmittance ranging from 20% to 40%.
3. The display film of claim 1, further comprising a background layer disposed on the base layer, wherein the background layer is located outside the area of the color icon layer.
4. The display film of claim 1, wherein the color symbol layer comprises a color ink layer printed on the base layer.
5. The display film of claim 1, wherein the base layer comprises first and second oppositely disposed faces; the colored icons include visible colored icons formed on the first side of the base layer, the visible colored icons appearing on the second side of the base layer in the absence of light illumination.
6. The display film of claim 1, wherein the base layer comprises first and second oppositely disposed faces; the colored icons include hidden colored icons formed on the first side of the base layer, and on the second side of the base layer, the hidden colored icons are hidden without light illumination and appear under light illumination.
7. The display film of claim 6, wherein: the display film comprises a semitransparent bottom color layer formed on the first surface of the base layer, and the hidden color icons are formed on one surface, opposite to the base layer, of the bottom color layer.
8. The display film of claim 1, further comprising a diffuser layer overlying the color icon layer.
9. The display film of claim 8, wherein the light-diffusing layer has a light transmittance of 10% to 50%.
10. The display film of claim 1, wherein: the colored icon includes a plurality of regions, at least two of the regions being different in color and being translucent.
11. The display film of claim 1, further comprising a window menu layer, the window menu layer overlaying the color icon layer.
12. The display film of claim 11, wherein the window menu layer is translucent brown.
13. A display screen for a household appliance, comprising:
a backlight; and
the display film of any one of claims 1-12.
14. The display screen of a home appliance of claim 13, further comprising a panel, wherein the display film is disposed on one side of the panel.
15. The display screen of a household appliance of claim 14, wherein the panel has a light transmittance in the range of 20% to 60%.
16. The display screen of a household appliance of claim 15, wherein the panel has a light transmittance in the range of 30% to 50%.
17. The display screen of a household appliance according to claim 14, further comprising a control board and a light barrier, wherein the control board is provided with a control circuit (1326); the backlight lamp is assembled on the control panel and is electrically connected with the control circuit (1326), the light barrier comprises a plurality of light guide holes, and the backlight lamp is accommodated in the light guide holes.
18. A display screen of a domestic appliance according to claim 17, wherein the display screen of a domestic appliance further comprises a panel bezel (1304), the control panel, the light barrier and the panel being assembled to the panel bezel (1304).
19. A display screen of a household appliance as in claim 18 wherein the panel bezel (1304) is provided with a first positioning post (1304 b); a first mounting hole (1302a) is formed in the control plate, and the first mounting hole (1302a) is correspondingly matched with the first positioning column (1304 b); and/or
A second mounting hole (1400a) is formed in the display film, a second positioning column (1303c) is formed in the panel, and the second mounting hole (1400a) is correspondingly matched with the second positioning column (1303 c); and/or
The panel is also provided with a buckling part (1303d), and the panel decorative ring (1304) is provided with a third mounting hole (1304 c); the panel covers the panel decoration, and the buckling part (1303d) penetrates through the third mounting hole (1304c) to be in buckling fit with a host (11) of the household appliance.
20. A display screen of a household appliance as in claim 18, characterized in that the panel bezel (1304) is provided with a first additional layer (1304d) of undertone on the side facing the panel.
21. A display screen of a household appliance as claimed in claim 20, wherein the first additional layer of base color (1304d) is at least one of black, brown and brown.
22. A display screen of a household appliance as in claim 17, characterized in that the side of the control panel facing the panel is provided with an additional layer (1302b) of a second base color.
23. A display screen of a household appliance as claimed in claim 22, wherein the second additional layer of base color (1302b) is at least one of black, brown and brown.
24. A display screen of a domestic appliance according to claim 17, wherein the side of the light barrier facing the panel is provided with an additional layer (1301a) of a third base colour.
25. A display screen of a household appliance as claimed in claim 24, wherein the third additional layer of base color (1301a) is at least one of black, brown and brown in color.
26. A domestic appliance comprising a domestic appliance display screen as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 25.
