S208, judging whether the identification data conform to a preset data format, if so, executing a step S209; if not, the flow is ended.
For example, the process may be understood as determining whether the data is in a particular format, such as a product code of 86 first 7 digits, a production date of 2019 first 8 digits; then, it is determined whether the product record contains the record, if the product code is identified as 8617316, it is determined whether there is a product code of 8617316.
S209, judging whether the quality information, the size information and the identification data are matched with preset warehouse-in and warehouse-out article pre-stored information, if so, executing a step S210; if not, the flow is ended.
In this embodiment, it may also be determined preferentially whether the quality information, the size information, and the identification data are complete, and if the data are incomplete, information to be manually added is prompted: in addition, when the various data are completely unclear and cannot be associated through identifiable information, information which needs to be manually added is also prompted.
In this embodiment, the process may be understood as that, for the ex-warehouse scene and the warehouse-in scene, whether the identification data conforms to the order form or the existing inventory is respectively determined, and if the identification result conforms to the actual situation, the warehouse-in/ex-warehouse operation is performed. If the order is not met/the inventory is available, a verification and processing procedure is performed.
And S210, carrying out warehouse entry and exit operation on the articles.
In this embodiment, the process is a process of controlling the articles to enter and exit the warehouse, and a description thereof is omitted.
For example, at warehousing: if the identified data does not conform to the order, a prompt is returned that does not conform to the order and is verified manually. If the item is multiple related items, manually judging which item is actually the related item, and warehousing. If the identification is correct, the goods are delivered by mistake, and the goods are manually put in storage and abnormal conditions are recorded; when the warehouse is out: if the identified data does not accord with the existing inventory, returning a prompt of not conforming with the existing inventory, manually confirming the purchase, sale and inventory information, calibrating whether the identification is accurate, and operating the warehouse-out.
S211, performing a cross-check process on the quality information, the size information, and the identification data, determining whether the quality information, the size information, and the identification data have integrity, if yes, performing step S213; if not, go to step S212.
In this embodiment, the process may be understood as a process of checking information with each other, where if there is insufficient information identification, the system may complete with basic information of the product, for example, if the product code identifies less than one, the product code is locked into 2 items, and the size and weight information is used to perform a re-determination, and if the product code is locked into 1 item, the product code is complemented with one, and the complete product code, weight, size, date of production, and validity period are transmitted to the inventory system to verify whether there is an order/inventory. If the size and weight still cannot be determined to be a specific item, the relevant 2 items are sent to the inventory system for verification.
S212, information integrity integration processing is carried out on the quality information, the size information and the identification data to obtain complete article information, wherein the complete article information comprises the processed quality information, the processed size information and the processed identification data.
And S213, storing the complete article information.
