Claims (10)

1. An ultrasonic probe wheel test bed is characterized by comprising a portal assembly (1), a test bed frame (5), a probe wheel assembly (7) and a rail base angle adjusting device (8);
the gantry assembly (1) is in sliding connection with the test bench (5);
the probe wheel assembly (7) is connected with the gantry assembly (1) through an adjusting mechanism and horizontally and/or vertically moves above the test bench (5);
the rail base angle adjusting device (8) is fixed on the test bench (5) and is at least one.
2. The ultrasonic probe wheel test bed according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting mechanism comprises a motion assembly (2) and a probe wheel adjusting assembly (3), the motion assembly (2) is fixedly arranged on the gantry assembly (1), the motion assembly (2) is in transmission connection with the probe wheel adjusting assembly (3) and drives the probe wheel adjusting assembly (3) to slide on the gantry assembly (1), and the probe wheel assembly (7) is fixedly connected with the probe wheel adjusting assembly (3).

The ultrasonic probe wheel test bed according to claim 2, wherein the gantry assembly (1) comprises a gantry and a moving guide rail fixed on the gantry, the motion assembly (2) comprises a first driving mechanism and a lead screw (25), the lead screw (25) is rotatably mounted on the gantry, the first driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the lead screw (25) and can drive the lead screw to rotate, and the probe wheel adjusting assembly (3) is in threaded transmission connection with the lead screw (25) and is in sliding connection with the moving guide rail.

The ultrasonic probe wheel test bed according to claim 2, wherein the probe wheel adjusting assembly (3) comprises an adjusting lead screw (32) and a connecting block (33), the moving assembly (2) is in transmission connection with the connecting block (33) and drives the connecting block (33) to slide on the gantry assembly (1), the adjusting lead screw (32) is rotatably and vertically arranged on the probe wheel assembly (7), and the middle part of the adjusting lead screw (32) is in threaded transmission connection with the connecting block (33).

The ultrasonic probe wheel test stand according to claim 4, wherein the probe wheel adjustment assembly (3) further comprises a rotary support (34) and a bracket (35), the rotary support (34) comprises an inner ring and an outer ring which can rotate relatively, the inner ring is fixedly connected with the connecting block (33), the outer ring is fixedly connected with the bracket (35), and the bracket (35) is connected with the probe wheel assembly (7).

The ultrasonic probe wheel test bed according to claim 5, wherein the probe wheel adjusting assembly (3) further comprises a positioning plate (30), the positioning plate (30) is fixedly connected with the inner ring, and the positioning plate (30) is detachably connected with the bracket (35); or the positioning plate (30) is fixedly connected with the bracket (35), and the positioning plate (30) is detachably connected with the inner ring.

The ultrasonic probe wheel test bed according to claim 5, wherein the probe wheel adjusting assembly (3) further comprises a slide rail assembly (37) and a probe wheel connecting plate (38), the slide rail assembly comprises a first slide rail and a second slide rail which are slidably connected, the first slide rail is vertically fixed on the bracket (35), the second slide rail is vertically fixed on the probe wheel connecting plate (38), the probe wheel connecting plate (38) is fixedly connected with the probe wheel assembly (7), and the adjusting screw rod (32) is rotatably and vertically arranged on the probe wheel connecting plate (38).
8. The ultrasonic probe wheel test stand according to any one of claims 4 to 7, wherein the probe wheel adjustment assembly (3) further comprises a lifting drive assembly (36) in driving connection with the adjustment screw (32).

The ultrasonic probe wheel test bed according to claim 1, wherein the rail base angle adjusting device (8) comprises a base (81), a support (83) and two positioning blocks (85), the base (81) is fixedly connected with the test bed (5), the support (83) is rotatably connected with the base (81) and used for fixing a test block, the two positioning blocks (85) are respectively arranged on two sides of the support (83), and each positioning block (85) is clamped between the support (83) and the test bed (5).
10. An ultrasonic probe test stand according to any of claims 1 to 7 or 9, further comprising an electrical control device (6), wherein the electrical control device (6) is mounted on the test stand (5) and electrically connected to the adjustment mechanism.
