Abstract
The invention provides a method for fixing embedded parts of concrete walls and columns, which comprises the steps of fixedly connecting the embedded parts with locking screws, drilling holes in a template according to the position requirements of the embedded parts, then installing the template, fixing square timbers and building steel pipes on the outer side of the template, finally fixing the parts of the locking screws, which extend out of the holes in the template, through the building steel pipes, completing the installation of the embedded parts, pouring concrete, and dismantling the template after the concrete is solidified; and after the template is dismantled, cutting the locking screw and polishing the embedded part to be smooth. The fixing method of the invention has the advantages of simple method, easy operation, accurate positioning of the embedded parts, capability of ensuring that the embedded parts of the wall and the column plate are kept flush with the concrete surface, reduction of the treatment cost caused by the depression, shortening of the construction period and reduction of the engineering cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building construction, and particularly relates to a method for fixing a concrete wall and column embedded part.
Background
A stressed supporting structural member commonly used by concrete wall and column embedded parts in industrial and civil buildings easily causes the height difference between the embedded parts and the surface of concrete to be over-differential due to improper fixing method in construction, thereby not only influencing the appearance quality of the concrete, but also causing the position deviation of the embedded parts. The common embedded part fixing method for construction at present has two general ways: firstly, the anchor bars are connected with the column and the wall reinforcing steel bars through welding after the alignment and leveling of the embedded part, although the method is simple, the embedded part is easy to deviate if a vibrator is in direct contact with the reinforcing steel bars and the embedded part in the concrete pouring process; and secondly, directly fastening the embedded part and the template through bolts, and attaching the embedded part to the template, wherein the method easily causes local deformation of the template and has the risk of local mold expansion. The design combines the advantages of the two fixing methods, so that the embedded part and the template are tightly attached and are not influenced by external force, and the installation precision of the embedded part is ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a method for fixing embedded parts of concrete walls and columns, which is used for solving the problem that the height difference between the embedded parts and the surfaces of the concrete walls and the columns is out of tolerance (standard 0-5mm), and ensuring that the embedded parts are tightly attached to the surfaces of the concrete walls and the columns without gaps.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: a method for fixing embedded parts of concrete walls and columns comprises the following steps:
step 1, manufacturing an embedded part, and fixedly connecting the embedded part with a locking screw rod;
and 7, after the template is disassembled, cutting the locking screw and polishing the embedded part to be flat.
Further, in the step 1, the locking screw and the embedded part are fixedly connected through perforation welding or drilling tapping, and seamless fit between the embedded part and the template is ensured.
Further, in the step 5, the building steel pipe is provided with a mountain-shaped clamp, and the locking screw penetrates through the mountain-shaped clamp and is fixed through the locking nut, so that the installation of the embedded part is completed.
The fixing method has the advantages of simple method, easy operation, accurate positioning of the embedded parts, capability of ensuring that the embedded parts of the wall and the column plate are kept flush with the concrete surface, reduction of treatment cost caused by depression, shortening of construction period and reduction of engineering cost.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment includes a formwork 1, a building square timber 2, a building steel pipe 3, a locking screw 4, an embedded part 5, a sector clamp 6, and a locking nut 7. During construction, the embedded part 5 is manufactured firstly, and the embedded part 5 and the locking screw rod 4 are fixedly connected through perforation welding or drilling tapping, so that seamless joint between the embedded part 5 and the template is ensured. After the reinforcing steel bars of the concrete wall and the concrete column are installed, the embedded part 5 is positioned and pre-installed before the template 1 is installed; and then, matching a die, and drilling a hole on the template 1 according to the position requirement of the embedded part 5 for extending out the locking screw rod 4. After the template 1 is installed, the square timber 2 is tightly attached to the template 1 and installed on two sides of the opening of the template 1, and the two building steel pipes 3 are tightly attached to the square timber 2 and fixed on two sides of the opening of the template 1 and are perpendicular to the square timber 2. The building steel pipe 3 is provided with a mountain-shaped clamp 6, the part extending out of the opening of the template 1 penetrates through the mountain-shaped clamp 6 and is fixed through a locking nut 7, the installation of an embedded part is completed, then concrete is poured, and the template 1 is detached after the concrete is solidified; and after the template 1 is dismantled, cutting the locking screw rod 4 and polishing the embedded part 1 to be flat.
The above embodiments are preferred examples of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
