Accordingly, the assembly of the door glass 30, the gasket 50, and the rear door ring 20 is simple.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the seal ring 50 includes a body 51, a bent portion 52, and an extended portion 53. The body 51 is configured in a ring shape, the bending portion 52 is connected to the outer peripheral wall of the body 51 and the bending portion 52 defines a first open slot 52a, the opening of the first open slot 52a faces to one side of the center of the body 51, the extending portion 53 is connected to the outer peripheral wall of the body 51 and is spaced from the bending portion 52, a second open slot 53a is defined between the extending portion 53 and the bending portion 52, and the opening of the second open slot 53a faces away from one side of the center of the body 51. The center of the body 51 refers to a center of a ring shape surrounded by the body 51, and the outer peripheral wall of the body 51 refers to a peripheral wall on a side of the body 51 away from the center of the ring shape.
Specifically, the bending portion 52 includes a first bending portion 521, a second bending portion 522 and a third bending portion 523, the first bending portion 521 extends outward from the outer peripheral wall of the body 51, the second bending portion 522 extends from one end of the first bending portion 521, which is away from the body 51, toward the front door assembly 10 (i.e., toward the front in the drawing), the third bending portion 523 extends inward from a front end of the second bending portion 522, and the first bending portion 521, the second bending portion 522 and the third bending portion 523 jointly define a first slot 52a which is opened toward the center of the body 51. The extending portion 53 extends from the outer peripheral wall of the body 51 in a direction away from the center of the body 51, the extending portion 53 and the bending portion 52 are arranged in a staggered manner in the annular radial direction surrounded by the body 51, and a second slot 53a with an opening facing away from the center of the body 51 is defined between the extending portion 53 and the first bending portion 521. Preferably, the body 51, the bent portion 52 and the extending portion 53 are integrally formed, so that the sealing ring 50 has good overall structural strength and is convenient to machine and manufacture.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, the inner wall of the first slot 52a is provided with a fixing projection 521 a. Specifically, the fixing projections 521a are formed by outwardly projecting the wall surface of the first bending portion 521 facing the first open groove 52a, the fixing projections 521a are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the first bending portion 521, and when the fixing collar 31 of the door glass 30 is inserted into the first open groove 52a, the fixing projections 521a are pressed by the outer surface of the fixing collar 31 and the first bending portion 521, thereby improving the fixing effect of the fixing collar 31 in the first open groove 52 a.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the fixing member 40 has a stopper protrusion 42 extending toward the door glass 30, the stopper protrusion 42 abuts against the outer peripheral edge of the door glass 30, and at least a part of the bent portion 52 is sandwiched by the stopper protrusion 42 and the outer peripheral edge of the door glass 30.
Specifically, in the axial direction of the front door assembly 10, the first slot 52a is disposed closer to the front door assembly 10 than the second slot 53a, the stopper protrusion 42 is formed by a portion of the fixing member 40 protruding in a direction toward the door glass 30, and the third bent portion 523 of the bent portion 52 is clamped by the stopper protrusion 42 and the fixing protrusion ring 31 of the door glass 30, so that the fixing protrusion ring 31 of the door glass 30 is supported on the stopper protrusion 42 of the fixing member 40, so that the fixing member 40 functions to support the door glass 30, thereby preventing stress concentration between the door glass 30 and the inner ring wall 11, reducing an acting force of the inner ring wall 11 on the door glass 30, making stress distribution of the door glass 30 more uniform, and in addition, the third bent portion 523 can buffer an interaction force between the door glass 30 and the fixing member 40 to further protect the door glass 30.
A door assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 8 as a specific embodiment. It is to be understood that the following description is illustrative only and is not intended to be in any way limiting.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the door assembly 100 includes a front door assembly 10, a rear door ring 20, a door glass 30, a gasket 50, and a fixing member 40.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the rear door ring 20 is disposed opposite to the front door assembly 10, the rear door ring 20 has an installation notch 20a at the center, the door glass 30 is installed in the installation notch 20a, the outer peripheral edge of the door glass 30 is sandwiched between the front door assembly 10 and the rear door ring 20, the fixing member 40 is installed on the front door assembly 10, the rear door ring 20 is connected to the fixing member 40 by a fastening member 60, and the sealing ring 50 is wrapped around the outer peripheral edge of the door glass 30 and is assumed to be between the door glass 30 and the rear door ring 20.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the front door assembly 10 has a fixing groove 14, and the fixing member 40 is installed in the fixing groove 14. The number of the fixing members 40 is plural, the plurality of fixing members 40 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the front door assembly 10, and the fixing grooves 14 are plural and are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of fixing members 40.
Specifically, the front door assembly 10 is provided with an inner ring wall 11 and an outer ring wall 12 extending in a direction toward the rear door ring 20 on a side surface facing the rear door ring 20, the inner ring wall 11 abuts against the fixing protrusion ring 31 of the door glass 30, the outer ring wall 12 is disposed around the inner ring wall 11 to define a mounting space 13 between the inner ring wall 11 and the outer ring wall 12 for mounting the fixing member 40, the fixing groove 14 includes an inner fixing groove 111b and an outer fixing groove 121b disposed oppositely, wherein the inner ring wall 11 is provided with an inner protrusion 111, the inner protrusion 111 includes two inner lugs 111a disposed oppositely, a gap between the two inner lugs 111a of the inner fixing groove 111b is defined, the outer protrusion 121 is provided on the outer ring wall 12, the outer protrusion 121 includes two outer lugs 121a disposed oppositely, and the outer fixing groove 121b is defined by the gap between the two outer lugs 121 a. Among them, a plurality of ribs 15 are provided between the inner lugs 111a and the inner annular wall 11 and between the outer lugs 121a and the outer annular wall 12.
As shown in fig. 6 and 8, the inner fixing groove 111b and the outer fixing groove 121b are disposed in a staggered manner in the axial direction of the front door assembly 10, both ends of the fixing member 40 in the length direction respectively have a first end 44 and a second end 45, and a bent portion 41 is configured between the first end 44 and the second end 45, so that the first end 44 and the second end 45 are disposed in a staggered manner in the axial direction of the front door assembly 10, and the first end 44 is clamped in the inner fixing groove 111b, and the second end 45 is clamped in the outer fixing groove 121 b. In addition, the fixing member 40 is a metal member.
As shown in fig. 6 and 8, the fixing member 40 has a first mounting hole 43, the rear door ring 20 has a second mounting hole 21 corresponding to the first mounting hole 43, and the fastening member 60 passes through the second mounting hole 21 and the second mounting hole 21 in sequence to tightly couple the front door assembly 10 and the rear door ring 20. The fixing member 40 further has a stopper protrusion 42 extending toward the door glass 30, and a portion of the packing 50 is held by the stopper protrusion 42 and the fixing protrusion ring 31 of the door glass 30.
As shown in fig. 7, the sealing ring 50 includes a body 51, a bent portion 52 and an extended portion 53, wherein the body 51 is configured in a ring shape, the bent portion 52 is connected to the outer peripheral wall of the body 51 and the bent portion 52 defines a first open groove 52a, the first open groove 52a opens to one side of the center of the body 51, the extended portion 53 is connected to the outer peripheral wall of the body 51 and is spaced from the bent portion 52, a second open groove 53a is defined between the extended portion 53 and the bent portion 52, and the second open groove 53a opens to one side of the center of the body 51. Wherein the fixing convex ring 31 of the door glass 30 is inserted in the first slot 52a, and the rear door ring 20 has the position-limiting convex ring 22 inserted in the second slot 53 a.
The laundry treating apparatus according to the second aspect embodiment of the present invention includes the door body device 100 according to the first aspect embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the laundry treating apparatus may be a drum type washing machine.
According to the clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, by utilizing the door body device 100 provided by the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention, the advantages of good stability, high reliability, good user experience and the like are achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus further includes an outer tub, and the door device is mounted on the outer tub. It is understood that the "outer tub" is understood by those skilled in the art, that is, the outer tub is located outside the inner tub of the laundry treating apparatus, the central axis of the outer tub is disposed along a horizontal direction or inclined with respect to the horizontal direction, the inner tub rotates in the outer tub during use of the drum-type laundry treating apparatus, and the door device 100 is mounted to the outer tub to open or close the inner tub.
Other configurations and operations of the door body apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention and the laundry treating apparatus having the same are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (19)

1. A door assembly, comprising:
a front door assembly;
the rear door ring is arranged opposite to the front door assembly, and the center of the rear door ring is provided with an installation notch;
the door glass is arranged in the installation notch;
a fixing member installed on one of the front door assembly and the rear door ring, the other of the front door assembly and the rear door ring being connected with the fixing member,
wherein, the periphery of door glass presss from both sides and is established between one of preceding door assembly and back door ring and the mounting.
2. The door assembly of claim 1, wherein the outer peripheral edge of the door glass is sandwiched between the front door assembly and the rear door ring.
3. The door assembly of claim 1, wherein the front door assembly has a fixing groove, and the fixing member is mounted to the fixing groove.
4. The door assembly according to claim 3, wherein a side surface of the front door assembly facing the rear door ring is provided with an inner ring wall and an outer ring wall extending toward the rear door ring,
wherein the outer annular wall is disposed around the inner annular wall to define an installation space for installing the fixing member between the inner annular wall and the outer annular wall, and the fixing groove is disposed in the installation space.
5. The door assembly according to claim 4, wherein the fixing grooves include an inner fixing groove and an outer fixing groove, the inner fixing groove is formed in the inner ring wall, the outer fixing groove is formed in the outer ring wall, and both ends of the fixing member are engaged with the inner fixing groove and the outer fixing groove, respectively.
6. The door body assembly according to claim 5, wherein the inner fixing groove and the outer fixing groove are offset in an axial direction of the front door assembly such that at least one bent portion is provided between both ends of the fixing member.
7. The door body assembly according to claim 5, wherein the inner annular wall is provided with an inner convex portion protruding in a direction toward the outer annular wall, the inner convex portion includes at least two inner lugs arranged oppositely, and the at least two inner lugs define the inner fixing groove therebetween;
the outer ring wall is provided with an outer convex part protruding towards the direction of the inner ring wall, the outer convex part comprises at least two outer support lugs arranged oppositely, and the outer fixing groove is defined between the at least two outer support lugs.
8. The door assembly of claim 7, wherein a plurality of ribs are disposed between the inner lobe and the inner annular wall; and/or a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged between the outer convex part and the outer ring wall.
9. The door body assembly according to claim 4, wherein the door glass has a fixing bead extending outward in a direction perpendicular to a central axis of the door glass, the fixing bead abutting against the inner ring wall.
10. The door assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the fixing member has a first mounting hole, the rear door ring has a second mounting hole corresponding to the first mounting hole, the rear door ring is connected to the fixing member by a fastening member, and the fastening member passes through the second mounting hole and the first mounting hole in sequence to connect the front door assembly and the rear door ring.
11. The door assembly of any one of claims 1-9, wherein the fixture is a metal member.
12. The door assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the fixing member includes a plurality of fixing members, and the plurality of fixing members are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the front door assembly.
13. The door body device according to claim 1, wherein the fixing member has a stopper projection extending toward the door glass, and the stopper projection abuts against an outer peripheral edge of the door glass.
14. The door assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising:
and at least one part of the sealing ring covers the outer peripheral edge of the door glass and is clamped between the door glass and the rear door ring.
15. The door body assembly according to claim 14, wherein the gasket has a first groove and a second groove having opposite openings formed in sequence along an axial direction thereof,
the outer periphery of the door glass is inserted in the first open groove, and the rear door ring is provided with a limiting convex ring inserted in the second open groove.
16. The door assembly of claim 14, wherein the gasket comprises:
a body configured in a ring shape;
the bending part is connected to the peripheral wall of the body and defines the first open slot, and the opening of the first open slot faces one side of the center of the body;
the extension part is connected with the peripheral wall of the body and is arranged at an interval with the bending part, a second groove is defined between the extension part and the bending part, and an opening of the second groove faces back to one side of the center of the body.
17. The door body assembly according to claim 16, wherein the fixing member has a stopper projection extending toward the door glass, and at least a part of the bent portion is sandwiched by the stopper projection and an outer peripheral edge of the door glass.
18. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising: the door body apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 17.
19. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 18, further comprising: and the door body device is arranged on the outer barrel.
