Background
The electroplating is a process of plating a thin layer of other metals or alloys on the surface of some metals by utilizing the electrolysis principle, and is a process of adhering a layer of metal film on the surface of a metal or other material workpiece by utilizing the electrolysis effect so as to play the roles of preventing metal oxidation (such as corrosion), improving wear resistance, conductivity, light reflectivity and corrosion resistance (such as copper sulfate) and enhancing the appearance.

The invention aims to overcome the existing defects and provides an automatic hardware electroplating production line which is simple in process, convenient to install and use, capable of effectively cleaning, electroplating and drying hardware workpieces, free of operator transfer in the processing process, low in labor intensity, high in safety and capable of effectively solving the problems in the background technology.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the number of the convex keys is four, and the upper end surfaces of the four convex keys are all cambered surfaces.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, a rubber ring is fixed on the outer side of the middle part of the locking seat, an annular sealing groove is formed in the inner wall of a shaft hole where the locking seat is located, and the rubber ring is clamped in the sealing groove.

1) the automatic hardware electroplating production line is simple in overall structure, the cantilever and the clamp are driven to rotate through the frame shaft, so that hardware workpieces are transferred, the workpieces do not need to be disassembled and assembled midway after being clamped in the clamp, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, the contact time of the operators and a severe working environment is reduced, the health of the operators is guaranteed, the operators are sequentially cleaned, electroplated and dried, the hardware workpieces are disassembled after being processed, the pollution is small, and the production speed of the production line is increased;

3) according to the automatic hardware electroplating production line, the rotatable locking seat is arranged at the bottom of the electroplating box and can be matched with the locking pin, so that the descending clamp and a hardware workpiece in the clamp can rotate along with the locking seat, the electroplating efficiency is improved to a certain extent, the single electroplating period is shortened, meanwhile, the rotation of the hardware workpiece can drive the rotation of electroplating solution, the gas generated in the electroplating solution can float upwards, bubbles are prevented from being attached to the surface of the hardware workpiece, and the uniformity of a coating is facilitated;
4) according to the automatic production line for hardware electroplating, the cleaning tank is used for ultrasonic cleaning before electroplating, so that dust and other impurities on the surface of a hardware workpiece can be effectively removed, the subsequent electrolytic reaction of the hardware workpiece is facilitated, a metal coating is generated on the surface of the workpiece, the cleaning tank can be lifted, the transfer of a clamp and the hardware workpiece is not influenced, meanwhile, cleaning liquid is circularly filtered through the filter, the cleanliness of the cleaning liquid is ensured, and the efficient use of the cleaning liquid is facilitated;
