Abstract
The invention discloses water-based black ink, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-60% of water-based resin, 8-35% of iron oxide black, 8-20% of carbon black, 3-10% of wax powder, 1-6% of matting powder, 2-4% of zinc stearate, 1% of water-based defoaming agent, 0.3-0.7% of water-based dispersing agent, 1-2% of water-based anti-scraping agent, 2-5% of polyester emulsion, 12-25% of epoxy resin and 15-30% of water. The water-based black ink disclosed by the invention is light in taste, cannot pollute the environment, cannot cause danger in hot summer, and is less harmful to the bodies of field operators due to light taste; when the ink is used, the operation flow of printing is the same as that of a solvent type ink, the operation is easy, the fluidity is good, the solvent type ink is operated by diluting water, and the solvent type ink needs to be diluted by a chemical solvent, so that the ink is more environment-friendly and more economical compared with the existing solvent type ink.

Technical Field
The invention relates to ink, in particular to water-based black ink.
Background
Ink is an important material for printing, and is used for expressing patterns and characters on a printing material through printing or inkjet. The ink comprises a main component and an auxiliary component which are uniformly mixed and repeatedly rolled to form a viscous colloidal fluid. Consists of a binder, a pigment, a filler, an auxiliary agent, a solvent and the like. (1) and dispersing: adding the water-based resin, the iron oxide black, the carbon black, the wax powder, the zinc stearate and the water-based dispersing agent into a dispersion machine according to the formula proportion for dispersion, wherein the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 1000-1500r/min, and the dispersion time is 8-11 min;
(2) and grinding: grinding the dispersed mixed material in the step (1) by using a three-roller machine for 3-5 times;
(3) and secondary dispersion: adding the mixed material ground in the step (2) into a dispersion machine again, adding a water-based defoaming agent, a water-based anti-scraping agent, polyester emulsion, matting powder, epoxy resin and water, and dispersing again by using the dispersion machine;
(4) and packaging: and (4) obtaining a finished product by dispersing the materials in the step (3) again, and then filling and packaging.
As a further scheme of the invention: the rotating speed of the disperser in the step (1) is 1200r/min, and the dispersing time is 10 min.
As a still further scheme of the invention: and (3) grinding the mixed material for 4 times by using a three-roller grinding machine in the step (2).
As a still further scheme of the invention: and (4) when the secondary dispersion is carried out in the step (3), the rotating speed of a dispersion machine is 1000r/min, and the dispersion time is 15 minutes.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the water-based black ink disclosed by the invention is light in taste, cannot pollute the environment, cannot cause danger in hot summer, and is less harmful to the bodies of field operators due to light taste;
2. when the water-based black ink is used, the printing operation flow is the same as that of a solvent type, the operation is easy, the fluidity is good, the solvent type ink is operated by diluting water, and the solvent type ink needs to be diluted by a chemical solvent, so that the water-based black ink is more environment-friendly and more economical compared with the existing solvent type ink.

The invention also provides a preparation process of the water-based black ink, which comprises the following specific process flows:
(1) and dispersing: adding water-based resin, iron black, carbon black, wax powder, zinc stearate and a water-based dispersing agent into a dispersion machine according to a formula ratio for dispersion, wherein the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 1000r/min, and the dispersion time is 8 min;
(2) and grinding: grinding the dispersed mixed material in the step (1) for 3 times by using a three-roller machine;
(3) and secondary dispersion: adding the mixed material ground in the step (2) into a dispersion machine again, adding a water-based defoaming agent, a water-based anti-scraping agent, polyester emulsion, matting powder, epoxy resin and water, and dispersing again by using the dispersion machine, wherein the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 1000r/min, and the dispersing time is 15 minutes;
(4) and packaging: and (4) obtaining a finished product by dispersing the materials in the step (3) again, and then filling and packaging.

The water-based black ink comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 33% of water-based resin, 12% of iron black, 10% of carbon black, 5% of wax powder, 3% of matting powder, 3% of zinc stearate, 1% of water-based defoaming agent, 0.5% of water-based dispersing agent, 2% of water-based anti-scraping agent, 3% of polyester emulsion, 12.5% of epoxy resin and 15% of water.
The invention also provides a preparation process of the water-based black ink, which comprises the following specific process flows:
(1) and dispersing: adding water-based resin, iron black, carbon black, wax powder, zinc stearate and a water-based dispersing agent into a dispersion machine according to a formula ratio for dispersion, wherein the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 1200r/min, and the dispersion time is 10 min;

The water-based black ink comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30% of water-based resin, 10% of iron black, 15% of carbon black, 4% of wax powder, 1% of matting powder, 2.3% of zinc stearate, 1% of water-based defoaming agent, 0.7% of water-based dispersing agent, 1% of water-based anti-scraping agent, 2% of polyester emulsion, 13% of epoxy resin and 20% of water.
The invention also provides a preparation process of the water-based black ink, which comprises the following specific process flows:
(1) and dispersing: adding water-based resin, iron black, carbon black, wax powder, zinc stearate and a water-based dispersing agent into a dispersion machine according to a formula ratio for dispersion, wherein the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 1500r/min, and the dispersion time is 11 min;
(2) and grinding: grinding the dispersed mixed material in the step (1) for 5 times by using a three-roller machine;
(3) and secondary dispersion: adding the mixed material ground in the step (2) into a dispersion machine again, adding a water-based defoaming agent, a water-based anti-scraping agent, polyester emulsion, matting powder, epoxy resin and water, and dispersing again by using the dispersion machine, wherein the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 1000r/min, and the dispersing time is 15 minutes;
(4) and packaging: and (4) obtaining a finished product by dispersing the materials in the step (3) again, and then filling and packaging.
The black ink prepared by the water-based black ink formula disclosed by the invention is light in taste, cannot pollute the environment, cannot cause danger in hot summer, and simultaneously, the light taste reduces harm to the bodies of field operators; when the ink is used, the operation flow of printing is the same as that of a solvent type ink, the operation is easy, the fluidity is good, moreover, the ink is operated by diluting water, the solvent type ink needs to be diluted by chemical solvents, and compared with the existing solvent type ink, the ink is more environment-friendly and economical.
