The first carriage 18 is provided with a photoelectric sensor 14 positioned above the conveyor belt 12, senses a product, sends a signal to a PLC controller, and controls the feeding device 1 and the alternate turnover conveying device 2 through the PLC controller. In conclusion, the product overturning and arranging device provided by the invention realizes horizontal feeding, overturning, arranging and pushing of products, is high in working efficiency, forms product assemblies, is beneficial to gathering of multiple groups, and facilitates subsequent bagging and packaging.
