Abstract

In order to solve the problem of how to optimize the structure of the side wall outer panel, the invention provides an automobile side wall outer panel structure 100, please refer to fig. 1-11, which is a specific embodiment of the structure of the side wall outer panel, in the embodiment, an a pillar 1 of the automobile side wall outer panel structure 100 has a front mounting end 11 for overlapping with a fender and an engine cover outer panel, in the length direction of the automobile side wall outer panel structure 100, the front mounting end 11 is provided with a front end convex rib 111 which is inclined downwards, the front end convex rib 111 is arranged in a protruding manner along the direction of the automobile side wall outer panel structure 100 towards the outside of the automobile, and in the direction of the automobile side wall outer panel structure 100 towards the inside of the automobile, the front mounting end 11 is concavely provided with a front end concave rib 112 at the side of the front end convex rib 111.

In addition, compared with the front end concave rib 112, the length of the front end convex rib 111 is longer, the distance from the lower end of the front end convex rib 111 to the wall surface of the front mounting end 11 is 4-5 mm, the upper end of the front end convex rib 111 is inclined compared with the lower end thereof, and the included angle in the extending direction of the lower end is 20-25 degrees.
In this embodiment, the concave depth of the front concave rib 112 is 1.5-2.5 mm, or in other embodiments, the width of the front concave rib 112 is 9-11 mm, or in other embodiments, the distance between the front concave rib 112 and the front convex rib 111 is 3-5 mm in the width direction of the front concave rib 112. The first connecting arc surface 21 enables one end (i.e., the upper end of the B pillar 2 in this embodiment) of the B pillar 2 connected to the top of the automobile side-wall outer panel structure 100 to be fully formed, and further solves the problem that a concave surface is easily formed on an outer leakage surface of the upper end of the B pillar 2.
In this embodiment, the concave depth of the connecting arc surface is 3 to 5mm, please refer to fig. 4, the concave depth of the connecting arc surface is h1, in other embodiments, in the extending direction of the B pillar 2, the distance between the periphery of the connecting arc surface and the door opening side wall of the automobile side wall outer plate structure 100 is 28 to 32mm, please refer to fig. 4, the front door opening side wall 311 of the automobile side wall outer plate structure 100 is taken as an example, and the distance is h 2. The two embodiments described above with respect to the connecting arcs can also be implemented simultaneously.
Referring to fig. 5-8, in the present embodiment, the automobile side-frame outer panel structure 100 further includes a side-frame vertical surface 4 extending along the circumferential direction of the door opening, the side-frame vertical surface 4 is disposed at the lower front side of the door opening in the direction from the rear of the automobile to the front of the automobile side-frame outer panel structure 100, wherein the automobile side-frame outer panel structure 100 further includes a second connecting arc surface 33 for guiding and connecting the side-frame vertical surface 4, the side wall of the door opening and the bottom wall of the door opening, and the arc surface is inclined gradually toward the outside of the automobile in the extending direction of the second connecting arc surface 33.
Because the side wall vertical face 4 in this embodiment is also arc-shaped and is generally a right angle or close to a right angle, and the corresponding angle of other corner positions of the door opening is an obtuse angle, the side wall vertical face 4 in this embodiment is more easily cracked, and the second connecting cambered surface 33 is arranged to reinforce the side wall vertical face 4 in this embodiment, thereby solving the problem that the side wall vertical face is easily cracked.
In this embodiment, the second connecting arc surface 33 is connected with the side wall vertical surface 4, the side wall of the door opening and the bottom wall of the door opening in a guiding manner, and a plurality of arc surfaces can be additionally arranged to strengthen the guiding connection among the above structures.
Further, the second connecting cambered surface 33 has a lower connecting surface connected with the front door hole bottom wall 312 of the automobile side wall outer plate structure 100, and an included angle between the lower connecting surface and the automobile side wall outer plate structure 100 towards the outside direction is 40-50 degrees, or in other embodiments, in the height direction of the automobile side wall outer plate structure 100, the extending height of the second connecting cambered surface 33 is 155-165 mm. The two embodiments of the second connecting arcs 33 described above can also be implemented simultaneously.
