In this embodiment, the seat cover 11 includes a plate 111, a first connecting post 112 extending from the plate 111 to one side of the first rotating seat 71, and a partition plate 113, the first rotating seat 71 is provided with a corresponding second connecting post 718, the second connecting post 718 and the first connecting post 112 are locked and fixed by a countersunk head screw, so as to connect the seat cover 11 and the first rotating seat 71, and the partition plate 113 divides the space between the seat cover 11 and the first rotating seat 71 into the upper accommodating space 711 and the lower accommodating space 712 which are communicated with each other.
The second through hole 716 is disposed on the plate body 111. The third spring 94 is disposed between the plate 111 and the third locking member 92.
Referring to fig. 13 to 16, in this embodiment, the frame further preferably includes a push handle bar 12, and the lower end of the push handle bar 12 is pivotally connected to the upper end of the handle 7, so that the height of the handle 7 and the push handle bar 12 is the same as the height of the push handle bar 12 when the frame is in the unfolded state, so that a stroller needs not to bend over.
Preferably, a third locking device for limiting the relative rotation between the lower end of the push handle rod 12 and the upper end of the handlebar 7 is arranged between the lower end of the push handle rod 12 and the upper end of the handlebar 7, and after the third locking device is unlocked, the second unlocking piece 10 can be driven to move downwards to unlock the second locking device by rotating the push handle rod 12.
The lower end of the push handle rod 12 is fixedly connected to a second rotating seat 13, the upper end of the handlebar 7 is fixed to a third connecting seat 70, the second rotating seat 13 is pivoted with the third connecting seat 70, a third locking device is arranged between the second rotating seat and the third connecting seat, the push handle rod 12 is rotated after the third locking device is unlocked, and the second rotating seat 13 rotating along with the push handle rod 12 can push the second unlocking piece 10 to move downwards to unlock the second locking device.
The lower end of the second rotary seat 13 is provided with a second receiving groove 131, and a part 132 of the top wall of the second receiving groove 131, which extends along the rotation direction of the second rotary seat 13, is set to be arc-shaped or inclined-plane-shaped, when the frame is in an unfolded state, the upper end of the second release member 10 is clamped in the second receiving groove 131, and when the second rotary seat 13 rotates, the part 132 of the top wall extends to push the second release member 10 to move downwards to unlock the second locking device. Preferably, the second receiving groove 131 is configured such that when the second unlocking member 10 moves downward until the upper end thereof is completely separated from the second receiving groove 131, the second locking device is unlocked, and when the second rotating base 13 continues to rotate, the upper end of the second unlocking member 10 contacts the outer wall of the second rotating base 13, so that the second locking device is always in an unlocked state.
In this embodiment, the second release 10 includes a second transmission member 103, a second intermediate member 104, and a second driving member 105, which are connected in sequence, and the second active inclined surface and the third active inclined surface are disposed on the second driving member 105; when the frame is in the unfolded state, the upper end of the second transmission member 103 is clamped into the second accommodating groove 131.
A third receiving space 133 is formed in the lower side of the second rotary base 13, the third locking device includes a fourth locking member 14 relatively movably connected in the third receiving space 133, a fourth spring 15 disposed between the fourth locking member 14 and the second rotary base 13, a locking pin 16 connected to one side of the fourth locking member 14, and a matching groove 700 disposed on the third connecting base 70, one side of the locking pin 16 is inserted into the matching groove 700, the matching groove 700 includes an arc-shaped groove 701 and a fourth locking hole 702 extending from one end of the arc-shaped groove 701 to one side, when the frame is in the unfolded state, under the action of the fourth spring 15, the fourth locking member 14 moves toward the side connected with the locking pin 16, one side of the locking pin 16 is clamped in the fourth locking hole 702, and the second rotary base 13 cannot rotate relative to the third connecting base 70, the third locking device is in a locked state; when the fourth locking member 14 is moved away from the fourth locking hole 702, the locking pin 16 is disengaged from the fourth locking hole 702 and enters the arc-shaped groove 701, the third locking device is unlocked, the second rotating base 13 can rotate relative to the third connecting base 70, and during the rotation of the second rotating base 13 relative to the third connecting base 70, one side of the locking pin 16 moves in the arc-shaped groove 701, and the second unlocking member 10 is also pushed to move downward. In this embodiment, the fourth spring 15 is disposed between the other side of the fourth locking element 14 and the side wall of the corresponding side of the third accommodating space 133.
The matching groove 700 further includes a fifth locking hole 703 extending from the other end of the arc-shaped groove 701 to the other end, and when the frame is in the folded state, one side of the locking pin 16 is clamped into the fifth locking hole 703. Therefore, the child stroller disclosed by the invention can be locked in a folded state, so that the child stroller cannot be easily dispersed after being folded.
A protruding pillar 1331 extends from a side wall of the third receiving space 133, an extending direction of the protruding pillar 1331 is perpendicular to a moving direction of the fourth locking member 14, a long hole 141 is formed in the fourth locking member 14 along the moving direction, and the protruding pillar 1331 extends into the long hole 141, so that the fourth locking member 14 can be connected to the third receiving space 133 in a relatively movable manner. In other embodiments, a pivot may directly pass through the second rotating seat 13, the long hole 141 and the third connecting seat 70, so as to connect the second rotating seat 13, the long hole 141 and the third connecting seat 70.
In this embodiment, the third connecting seat 70 includes a fixed connection portion 704 connected to the upper end of the handle 7, two connection portions 705 extending upward from two sides of the upper end of the fixed connection portion 704, the second rotating seat 13 is pivoted between the two connection portions 705, a second through hole (not shown) is disposed in the middle of the upper end of the fixed connection portion 704, and the upper end of the second unlocking member 10 upwards passes through the second through hole and then is clamped into the second accommodating groove 131.
Correspondingly, the two connecting portions 705 are provided with the matching grooves 700, and two ends of the locking pin 16 are respectively clamped in the matching grooves 700 of the two connecting portions 705. In order not to interfere the movement of the locking pin 16, two side walls of the third accommodating space 133 are respectively provided with a through hole 1330 having the same extending direction as the moving direction of the fourth locking member 14, and two ends of the locking pin 16 respectively pass through the through holes 1330 on the two side walls of the third accommodating space 133 and then are inserted into the mating grooves 700 on the two connecting portions 705.
In other embodiments, the third connecting seat 70 may include only a fixed portion connected to the upper end of the rider 7 and a connecting portion extending upward from one side of the upper end of the fixed portion, and the second rotating seat 13 is pivotally connected to one side of the connecting portion. The other side of the upper end of the fixed connection part is provided with the second through hole.
The lower side of the second rotary seat 13 is open towards one side, and the side is connected with a shielding plate 135, the third accommodating space 133 is formed between the lower side of the second rotary seat 13 and the shielding plate 135, and the side walls of the shielding plate 135 and the lower side of the second rotary seat 13 far away from the shielding plate 135 are provided with the through hole 1330. Preferably, the lower end of the third release lock 17 is provided with a fourth driving inclined surface 170, and the fourth locking element 14 is provided with a corresponding fourth driven inclined surface 144, so that when the third release lock 17 is moved downwards, the fourth locking element 14 is pushed to move away from the fourth locking hole 702 by the interaction between the fourth driving inclined surface 170 and the fourth driven inclined surface 144.
The fourth locking member 14 includes a main body 145 and a driven portion 146 extending upward from an upper end of the main body 145, and the fourth driven slope 144 is disposed on the driven portion 146.
One end of the third release member 17 extends out of the handle bar 12, thereby facilitating the operation.
As shown in fig. 17, in this embodiment, a T-shaped handle 18 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the push handle rod 12, the upper end of the push handle rod 12 is connected to a vertical portion of the T-shaped handle 18, and when the folding mechanism is in the unfolded state, the upper end of the third release member 17 extends out of the upper end of a horizontal portion of the T-shaped handle 18, so as to press the third release member 17 downward.
The third release member 17 includes a button 171, a third transmission member 172, a third intermediate member 173 and a third driving member 174 connected from top to bottom, the fourth driving inclined surface 170 is disposed at the lower end of the third driving member 174, and when the stroller is in the unfolded state, the upper end of the button 171 extends out of the upper end of the transverse portion of the T-shaped handle 18. The third release member 17 is arranged in this way, so that the poor operation caused by easy damage due to the long whole third release member can be avoided.
A second accommodating cavity 181 and a third accommodating cavity 182 are respectively arranged at the transverse part and the vertical part of the T-shaped handle 18, a partition plate 183 is arranged between the second accommodating cavity 181 and the third accommodating cavity 182, a fourth through hole 184 is arranged on the partition plate 183 to enable the second accommodating cavity 181 to be communicated with the third accommodating cavity 182, a fifth through hole 1811 is arranged on the top wall of the second accommodating cavity 181 to allow the upper end of a button 171 to pass through, the lower side of the button 171 can be connected into the second accommodating cavity 181 in a relatively up-and-down moving manner, the lower side of a third transmission member 172 can be connected into the third accommodating cavity 182 in a relatively up-and-down moving manner, and the upper end of the third transmission member 172 upwards passes through the fourth through hole 184 and then extends into the second accommodating cavity 181 and is abutted against the lower end of the button 171. Thus, when the button 171 is pressed downward, the third transmission member 172, the third intermediate member 173, and the third driving member 174 all move downward to unlock the third locking mechanism.
Preferably, the button 171 is provided with a first flange 1711 protruding outward from the outer wall, and when the folding mechanism is in the unfolded state, the upper end of the first flange 1711 abuts against the top wall of the second accommodating cavity 181 around the fifth through hole 1811, so as to add one more limit to the upward movement of the button 171.
In other embodiments, the third release 17 may be integrally formed.
The T-shaped handle 18 includes a body 185 and a cover 186 connected to one side of the body 175, and the second receiving cavity 181 is formed between the body 185 and the cover 186. So configured, assembly of the button 171 is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 18 to 24, the folding operation of the stroller of the present invention is as follows:
when the button 171 is pressed downwards, the third transmission member 172, the third intermediate member 173 and the third driving member 174 all move downwards, and under the interaction between the fourth driving inclined surface 170 of the third driving member 174 and the fourth driven inclined surface 144 of the fourth locking member 14, the fourth locking member 14 moves towards the side away from the fourth locking hole, so that the locking pin 16 moves together to disengage from the fourth locking hole 702 and enter the arc-shaped groove 701, at this time, the third locking device is unlocked, and the second rotating seat 13 and the third connecting seat 70 can rotate relatively, that is, the push handle bar 12 can rotate relative to the handlebar 7;
rotating the handle bar 12 forward and downward, the second rotating base 13 and the locking pin 16 rotate together, and the rotating second rotating base 13 drives the second release member 10 to move downward, and the downward movement of the second release member 10 drives the second locking member 91 and the third locking member 92 to move away from the second locking hole 820 and the third locking hole 821; when the push handle bar 12 is rotated to a certain angle, the upper end of the second release member 10 is completely separated from the second receiving groove 131 (as shown in fig. 20), the second locking device is completely unlocked, and the rider 7 can rotate relative to the first supporting member 1;
at this time, the push handle rod 12 drives the upper end of the handle 7 to rotate backwards and downwards, so that the first rotating base 71 rotates together with the handle rod to push the first releasing piece 72 to move downwards, the first releasing piece 72 moving downwards drives the first locking piece 62 to move in a direction away from the first locking hole 61, when the handle 7 rotates to a certain angle, the upper end of the first releasing piece 72 is completely separated from the first accommodating groove 711 (as shown in fig. 21), the first locking device is also completely unlocked, and the sliding piece 6 can move upwards and downwards relative to the first supporting piece 1;
at this time, the second supporting member 2 can be used as a fulcrum, so that the supporting member 1 is lifted off the ground, the first supporting member 1 rotates backwards to lean against the direction of the second supporting member 2 under the action of gravity, and the first supporting member 1 can force the front end of the third connecting member 5 to push the sliding member 6 to move downwards along the first supporting member 1 when rotating, so as to drive the lower end of the second connecting member 4 to move downwards along the first supporting member 1 to rotate, and pull the front end of the first connecting member 3 to rotate downwards (as shown in fig. 22); until the first supporting part 1, the second supporting part 2, the first connecting part 3, the second connecting part 4, the third connecting part 5, the handlebar 7 and the push handle bar 12 relatively rotate to approach, the frame is in a folding state (as shown in fig. 23 and 24). The components of the folded frame are folded together, and the folded frame has small volume and is convenient to carry and store.
In the rotating process of the handle bar 12, the fourth spring 15 is compressed all the time, when the handle bar 12 rotates to a certain angle, the long hole 1330 on the second rotating seat 13 corresponds to the fifth locking hole 703, and under the action of the restoring force of the fourth spring 15, the fourth locking piece 14 moves to one side connected with the locking pin 16 again, so that the locking pin 16 moves together and is clamped in the fifth locking hole 703, and at the moment, the stroller of the present invention is just in the folded state, so that the stroller of the present invention is locked in the folded state and cannot be easily unfolded, thereby facilitating the taking. And during the process of moving the fourth locking element 14 again, the fourth driven inclined surface 144 pushes the fourth driving inclined surface 170, so that the third release 17 moves upward, and the upper end of the third release 17 protrudes out of the upper end of the handle 18 again.
When the folded stroller of the present invention is adjusted to the unfolded state again, the button 171 is pressed downward, that is, the third locking element 17 is pushed downward, so that the fourth locking element 14 moves to drive the locking pin 16 to disengage from the fifth locking hole 703 and enter the arc-shaped groove 701 again, and then the handle bar 12 is rotated reversely and the handle 7 is pulled to rotate reversely, so that the first rotary seat 71 and the second rotary seat 13 rotate reversely; when the second rotary base 13 rotates to a certain angle, the second receiving groove 131 faces the second unlocking member 10 again, so that the second locking member 91 and the third locking member 92 move to the locking position under the restoring force of the second spring 93 and the third spring 94, thereby pushing the second unlocking member 10 to move upwards; when the first rotating base 71 rotates to a certain angle, the first receiving groove 711 faces the first unlocking piece 72 again, so that the first locking piece 62 moves to the locking position under the restoring force of the first spring 63, thereby pushing the first unlocking piece 72 to move upwards; when the first, second, third, and fourth locking members 62, 91, 92, and 14 are again in the locked state, the frame is also fully unfolded, and the frame is locked in the unfolded state.
As described above, as long as the third unlocking piece is driven to move downwards and the push handle rod is rotated along with the movement, each locking mechanism can be interlocked for unlocking, and other components of the frame can be interlocked and rotated to be close to the frame for folding, so that the unlocking and folding operations of children are very simple; moreover, the structure of the frame of the children's cart of the invention enables the first supporting piece 1 to rotate backwards to be close to the second supporting piece 2 after the frame is folded, the handle 7 is relatively close to the push handle rod and is close to the second supporting piece 2 together with the push handle rod, the upper end of the handle 7 and the lower end of the push handle rod are close to the lower side of the second supporting piece 2, the lower end of the handle 2 and the upper end of the push handle rod are approximately close to the first connecting seat 8, the first connecting piece 3 and the second connecting piece 4 are basically positioned on the same plane and are also close to the first supporting piece 1, and the distance between the two second supporting pieces 2 is also reduced, namely, all components of the frame are folded together, so that the folded frame is very small in volume and is very convenient to carry and store.
When the stroller frame is in a folded state, the upper side of the push handle rod is located between the two second connecting portions, and the handle 18 is located above the two second connecting portions. Therefore, the folded frame tends to be flatter, and the volume of the folded frame is smaller.
In other embodiments, the push handle bar may not be provided, but an operating element (not shown) that can move up and down relatively is connected to the outer side of the handle 7, the operating element is connected to the second unlocking element, and a corresponding avoiding hole is provided on the wall of the handle tube, so that the second locking device can be unlocked by directly moving down the operating element, the first locking device can be unlocked by rotating the handle backward and downward, and the first supporting element, the second supporting element, the first connecting element, the second connecting element, and the third connecting element are linked to rotate to approach each other, so that the frame is in a folded state. Therefore, the unlocking and folding operations are very simple, and the volume of the folded frame is very small.
In this embodiment, preferably, the first connecting seat 8 is further pivotally connected with a carrying handle 80, so as to facilitate carrying the folded frame.
The rear end of the first connecting member 3 is pivotally connected to the first connecting seat 8, and in this embodiment, two first connecting members 3 are provided, so that the first connecting members 3 are connected more stably.
The first connecting base 8 further includes a third connecting portion 84 extending from the upper end of the first connecting portion 81 to the upper side, and the rear end of the first connecting member 3 is pivotally connected to the third connecting portion 84.
In this embodiment, the third connecting member 5 has two ends, the front end of the third connecting member is pivotally connected to the moving member 6, and the rear end of the third connecting member is pivotally connected to the two second supporting members 2. In other embodiments, only one third connecting member 5 may be provided, the two second supporting members 2 are respectively connected to the left and right ends of a cross bar, and the third connecting member 5 is pivotally connected to the middle of the cross bar.
Preferably, the frame comprises two second connecting pieces 4, the upper ends of the two second connecting pieces 4 are respectively pivoted to the left side and the right side of the upper end of the first connecting piece 3, and the lower ends of the two second connecting pieces are pivoted to the sliding piece 6. In this way, the first connecting member 3 can be supported more stably. In other embodiments, only one second connecting element 4 may be provided.
In this embodiment, a first wheel set 20 is connected to the front lower portion of the first supporting member 1, and a second wheel set 30 is connected to the rear lower portion of the second supporting member 2. Preferably, the first wheel set 20 is a universal wheel, so that when the frame is folded, the first wheel set 20 can steer to avoid interference with the second wheel set 30, so that the second wheel set 30 can be as close to the first support member 1 as possible, and the folding volume is further reduced.
As shown in fig. 25 and 26, in the present embodiment, a seat 19 is connected to the first connecting member 3, that is, the first connecting member 13 is configured to be connected to a seat, the seat 19 includes a seat portion 191 and a backrest 192, the seat portion 191 is connected to the first connecting member 3, and the lower end of the backrest 192 is pivoted to the rear end of the seat portion 191, so that the backrest 192 can rotate relatively forward and downward to approach the seat portion 191, and during the frame folding process, the seat portion 191 can move along with the first connecting member 3 and rotate the backrest 192 to approach the seat portion 191 before or after the frame folding process, so that the seat is also in the folded state. After folding, the seating portion 191 and the backrest 192 are substantially parallel to the first connecting portion 81. Therefore, when the frame is folded, the frame can be not taken down, and the seat can be driven together, so that the folding operation of the whole baby stroller is simpler and more convenient.
The seat 19 further includes an armrest 193, and a rear end of the armrest 193 is pivotally connected to a lower end of the backrest 192 or/and a rear end of the seating portion 191, so that the armrest 193 can also rotate forward and downward to be adjacent to other components of the seat 19.
In this embodiment, the seat 19 can be disposed forward or backward relative to the first connecting member 3, and correspondingly, the first pedal 194 is connected to the front lower side of the first supporting member 1, and the second pedal 195 is connected to the second supporting member 2, so that the pedals can be used for the child to step on regardless of whether the seat 19 is disposed forward or backward.
Preferably, one end of the second pedal plate 195 is sleeved on the second support 2, and a pivot passes through the rear end of the first connector 3, the second pedal plate 195 and the second support 2, so as to achieve the purpose of pivotally connecting the rear end of the first connector 3 with the second support 2 and connecting the second pedal plate 195 with the second support 2, and the assembly is more convenient due to the connection.
In other embodiments, the first connecting element 3 can also be provided directly as part of a seat. Such as a book, the first link 3 is directly arranged as a sitting portion of a seat.

A stroller comprising a frame convertible between an unfolded state and a folded state, characterized in that: the frame comprises a first supporting part, a second supporting part, a first connecting part, a second connecting part, a third connecting part, a sliding part, a handle part, a first locking device and a second locking device, wherein the front end of the second supporting part is pivoted with the rear end of the first supporting part, the rear end of the third connecting part is pivoted with the second supporting part, the sliding part is connected with the first supporting part in a relatively sliding way, the handle part is pivoted with the rear end of the first supporting part or/and the front end of the second supporting part, the lower end of the second connecting part and the front end of the third connecting part are both pivoted with the sliding part, the child stroller further comprises a first locking device and a second locking device, the first locking device is arranged between the sliding part and the first supporting part and used for limiting the sliding of the sliding part and the handle part, the second locking device is arranged between the lower end of the handle part and the rear end of the first supporting part or/or the front end of the second, after the second locking device is unlocked, the first locking device can be unlocked by rotating the driver.

The stroller of claim 1, wherein: the first connecting seat comprises a first connecting part and two second connecting parts which respectively extend outwards from two sides of the upper end of the first connecting part at intervals, the lower end of the driver is fixedly connected with a first rotating seat, the lower side of the first rotating seat is pivoted between the two second connecting parts, and the second locking device is arranged between the first rotating seat and the two second connecting parts; the upper end of the first supporting piece is fixedly connected to the first connecting part, and the upper ends of the two second supporting pieces are respectively pivoted to the two second connecting parts; or the upper end of the first supporting piece is pivoted to the first connecting part, and the upper ends of the two second supporting pieces are respectively and fixedly connected to the two second connecting parts; or the upper end of the first supporting piece is pivoted to the first connecting part, and the upper ends of the two second supporting pieces are respectively pivoted to the two second connecting parts.

The stroller of claim 2, wherein: a first unlocking piece is arranged between the first rotating seat and the second locking device, a driver is rotated after the second locking device is unlocked, and the first rotating seat rotating along with the driver can push the first unlocking piece to move downwards to unlock the first locking device.

The stroller of claim 3, wherein: the lower end of the first rotating seat is provided with a first accommodating groove, the part of the top wall of the first accommodating groove, which extends along the rotating direction of the first rotating seat, is arranged in an arc shape or an inclined plane shape, the lower side of the first unlocking piece can be connected into the first supporting piece in a relatively up-and-down moving manner, the middle of the upper end of the first connecting part is provided with a first through hole, and when the frame is in an unfolded state, the upper end of the first unlocking piece upwards penetrates through the first through hole and then is clamped into the first accommodating groove; when the first rotating seat rotates, the extended part of the top wall of the first accommodating groove pushes the first release part to move downwards.

The stroller of claim 4, wherein: the first locking device comprises a first perforation arranged on the side wall of the first support piece, a first locking hole arranged on the side wall of the sliding piece and corresponding to the position of the first perforation, a first locking piece connected in the first support piece in a relatively movable manner, and a first spring arranged between the first locking piece and the first support piece, wherein under the action of the first spring, one side of the first locking piece passes through the first perforation and then is clamped into the first locking hole; preferably, the first locking member is provided with a first driven inclined surface, and the lower end of the first unlocking member is provided with a first driving inclined surface matched with the first driven inclined surface.

Child stroller according to any of claims 2 to 5, characterized in that: the second locking device comprises a second locking piece and a third locking piece, wherein one side of the second locking piece is connected with the second locking piece and the third locking piece in the first rotating seat in a relatively movable manner, a second locking hole and a third locking hole are formed in the second connecting portion and the second connecting portion respectively, a second spring is arranged between the second locking piece and the first rotating seat, and a third spring is arranged between the third locking piece and the first rotating seat.
